Shopping Together

"We stop first at the minimarket ahead of Van." Anika said while looking towards Revan who was focusing on driving.

"What do you want to buy?" Revan asked, who turned to Anika by showing her sweet smile.

"I want to buy some ingredients to eat later."

"Oh... You don't have to go down, let me be the same Emperor who's shopping, how's Kai?" Revan said as he turned towards the back seat where the Emperor was sitting there while playing his online game.

The emperor immediately turned his head towards Revan with a puzzled expression, "Yes doc? Why?"

"This child if you have played a game will definitely not be horrified by people talking." Anika said while patting her forehead.

"Hehe yes sorry Ma, what did the doctor say?" Asked the Emperor then who turned his head towards Revan.

"It's nothing, not papa Van, I'm the one who shopping alone all gerakin body so as not to stiff."

"Oh shopping... Kai's coming! Kai wants some snacks, too." The young man looked enthusiastic and put his phone in his pants pocket.

Revan nodded slowly before saying, "Alright then we go shopping together."

Moments later the car stopped at one of the minimarkets, Revan immediately parked his car there and the three got out of the car to shop.

Revan takes the trolley and pushes it while Anika starts to choose what she will buy.

"Ma, Kai's there to grab a snack." The Emperor said as he pointed at the shelf that contained a special snack.

Anika nodded softly in response to the Emperor's words. If you look at Revan and Anika like a happy married couple.

Just as Anika was about to take a bottle of drink her hand accidentally came into contact with the hands of others who wanted to take the same drink. This made Anika look towards the person.

"Renra?!" Anika said in shock, hearing Anika mention a name Revan also looked in the same direction. There was a bit of an awkward feeling when Revan found out Rendra was there too.

"Well? Can you go home already? Are you all right? Why go shopping instead of going straight home?" Rendra held onto both shoulders of Anika by throwing various kinds of questions.

Anika who was feeling uneasy about Rendra's attitude slowly she removed Rendra's hand from her shoulder before saying, "Yes I can go home today. And please, don't touch me like that we're not what we used to be."

"What are you saying Ika? You're my wife, then let's go home together." Rendra was ready to withdraw Anika's hand, but the middle-aged woman was faster to hide her hand back.

Seeing that Rendra laughed a little and then he was about to pull Anika's hand again before Anika finally said, "I won't go home to you. I'm going home to my own apartment."

"Whatchu mean? Why go back to the apartment when we have a house?" Rendra certainly did not accept.

Anika smiled wryly before replying, "That's your house not ours."

"Don't turn me down, let's go home now." Rendra said in a cold tone because she had started to lose patience while trying to forcefully pull Anika's hand.

"Hey, don't be rude to women!" Finally Revan spoke while trying to release Rendra's hand from Anika's hand.

Rendra who saw that clearly felt offended, "Doctor Revan?! Huh! Who are you? Dare to go like that with me, huh!"

"I'm my future husband." Revan replied firmly.

"What?! No kidding! She's still my wife!" Not only Rendra was surprised, Anika was equally surprised.

"What do you mean Revan?" Anika asked softly.

Revan only turned his head towards Anika at a glance before looking back at Rendra.

"Yes, Anika is my future wife. I already know all about you, and from this moment on don't ever disturb the life of Anika or the Emperor, understand!" After saying so Revan pulled Anika's hand to go from there and left all her groceries.

"What?! Shit!" Rendra swore loudly trying to chase after Anika and Revan, but someone held his hand from behind which made Rendra look back.

"Kai?" Rendra said when he found out that the one holding him back was the Emperor.

"What doctor Revan said was true, so don't ever bother us again." Said the Emperor who immediately stepped away without waiting for an answer from Rendra.

"Kai, Kai!" Call Rendra from behind but the young man still walked as if he had not heard.
