13 Years Ago (part 2)

"Finally the show is over and running smoothly." Said Anika felt relieved while sitting on the sofa by holding the Emperor who was drinking milk using his baby bottle.

"Mr Lastri, have all the guests gone home?" Anika asked Lastri, the Emperor's nanny.

"It's Mom." Answer Lastri.

"Alright, please get everything in order, sir Hari told me to help let the chips be finished."

"Good Mom." Lastri replied again who then immediately cleaned up the house that had just been used to celebrate the second anniversary of the Emperor's birthday party with the help of Mr. Hari, Anika's driver.

"My mom's son is two years old now?" Anika spoke to the Emperor while smirking her chubby cheeks.

"Happy birthday, dear Mama's beautiful child, may be a filial child with parents, love the same family and happy always." Anika said again, her eyes slightly watering when saying that sentence.

Anika looked out the window in her living room and said, "When there is no 8pm yet, why does it seem to be so late, is it cloudy outside?"

Sure enough after Anika said so, the rain suddenly fell so fast, accompanied by strong winds and thunderous lightning.

"Bak Lastri." Call Anika.

Lastri immediately approached him with a little run, "Yes Ma'am?"

"Have you finished cleaning?" Ask Anika.

Lastri looked back and replied, "Mom, just move the table."

"That's let Mr. Hari aja who move, you bring the Emperor alone to his room." Anika said as she handed the Emperor off her lap, which was then directly carried by Lastri. The emperor seemed to be asleep.

"Oh yes, the Emperor should not let him be alone. Outside again the heavy rain because, afraid he woke up and you don't know."

"Good Mom." Answer Lastri.

"Yes there." Said Anika who then Lastri went to the Emperor's room to put the handsome baby to sleep.

Anika got up from her seat then walked closer to the window, she folded her hands in front of her chest feeling cold.

"Why do I suddenly feel bad?" Anika said to herself.

"Ah no, this must be due to heavy rain so I feel this way." The next one who shook his head repeatedly tried to expel his anxiety.

Moments later the door opened quite hard and then it was seen Rendra appeared there in a drenched state that was still wearing his black work suit.

"Rendra?" Anika then walked up to Rendra.

"You're home yet? Why not tell me first?" Anika asked again but Rendra just silently did not answer.

Anika noticed Rendra's appearance then realized her husband was soaking wet because of the rain.

"You're rained? Let's take a quick shower so as not to catch a cold. I'm ready for some warm water, right?" After saying so, Anika was about to go to the bathroom to prepare warm water for Rendra, but her hand was held back by her husband.

"Basin' cheap women!" Rendra said suddenly, the sound of lightning sounded as Rendra said that and instantly made Anika widen her eyes in shock.

"What do you mean?" Anika asked because she really felt confused.

"What I mean? You still ask what I mean?" Rendra asked in a loud voice.

Anika frowned feeling very confused, "What do you mean Rendra? I really don't understand."

"See this!" Rendra replied while throwing some photos onto Anika's face.

Anika is clearly confused by Rendra's suddenly rude attitude to her, but she takes a photo that has fallen on the floor and then sees it.

Anika widened her eyes when she found out the person in the photo was her sleeping self in the arms of another man.

Anika glanced at Rendra whose face had turned red, "Is this Rendra?" Ask in a soft voice

"What's this?! I'm the one who should be asking! Is this Ika?!" Rendra snapped at Anika.

"Rendra I don't know who this guy really is and I don't know where this picture came from either." Anika tried to explain, she started crying in fear.

"Impossible! If you don't know him, then why are you with him!"

"I didn't know Rendra really! This must be someone else, yes this must not be me."

Rendra smiled cynically then asked, "Can you prove it?"

"I-i... I-I can, I can prove it." Anika replied with a stammer.

"You're not even sure of your answer Ika!"

Anika tries to grab Rendra's hand but the man brushes her off violently.

Rendra turned her face away, she was very angry and disappointed to Anika, "If you really don't love me you just need to talk to me, I will definitely let you go if it makes you happy. You don't have to do this Ika." Rendra said in a soft voice even her eyes began to water.

Anika shook her head repeatedly with sobs she tried to convince Rendra, "No Rendra, I really never betrayed you I dare swear! That photo, I must have been framed!"

Rendra just kept quiet, he just went somewhere and left Anika.

"Tok 13 years old mulu thor?" In the past 13 years it was a lot of happenings, so don't be surprised if the episode can be more than two, keep the story short, I'm short, I did not go into detail about things that I did not think were necessary, such as the newborn Emperor's age suddenly being 2 years old.
