CHAPTER 95

The Still Lexa POV

I kept running to catch Rey Hirasaki who was carrying me, it turned out to be true what Lexi said she was taking me to the ravine. Behind me was still a masked man while in front of me was Mamoru who was fighting with Rey Hirasaki's bodyguard.

It only occurred to me that the two of them were protecting me from the front and back. Throwing my thoughts like this again, I saw my already drooping weak father, he was trying to fight Rey.

"If you can save your father, save him!" Rey Hirasaki said, then let go of my father to the abyss.

"Dad!!"

I screamed for Dad while running towards the ravine, I didn't expect Rey to do that. As I ran I saw him smiling with satisfaction.

I skated using my body, I immediately held the hand of my father who was still holding the edge of the abyss. I saw you smiling at me, I don't know what was going through my mind. He was not afraid of falling.

As I held my father's hand still hanging, a shadow of the past swirled back in my brain. I thought back to when my mother would fall from the top of the building.

I didn't feel my tears running down my cheeks, then dripping in my father's hands. I don't want to remember that back, I don't want a father like a mother who fell from a height and ended up leaving me alone.

"Lexa, let go of Daddy's hand son! If you keep hold of Dad then you'll get hurt even more! Let me go so I can meet your Mother! It's enough for me to see you both safe and happy!"

"I'm not letting go of you, Dad! I couldn't save Mother! But this time I will not give up! I've lost Mother enough! Not with Dad!" I said with all the pain.

Rey Hirasaki chuckled at all my words, she was very upset by what she saw. So he kicked me until I fell into the abyss, but I was still able to hold on with one hand.

"Lexa!" I heard Lexi's voice quite clearly.

But everything I said was too late, Rey managed to hit Lexi. But Lexi tried to endure the pain of a blunt blow from Rey Hirasaki.

"Take me off Lexi! This is the best for you! I don't want us all to fall!" I said to Lexi, I don't want her to feel any more pain.

Dad said the same thing, but Lexi stayed with his stance. He won't let go of either me or dad, even though Rey Hirasaki keeps beating him.

"Listen to me! Dad and you Lexa, didn't you promise me you wouldn't leave me alone! So whatever happens you can't let go of each other!"

I looked at Lexi with pride, and it turned out that she had become even more mature. I told my father to trust his son so that he would not think of letting go of my hand.
