CHAPTER 172

The Still Lexa POV

I mustn't be reckless with following Rosetta unprepared because she's no ordinary woman without guard. I'd rather go back to the hotel than see Hinoto with the ladies.

"Lexa!"

Someone called out to me, as I turned my face away I saw Mamoru walking towards me. He smiled and asked why I was here. I said that I was accompanying Hinoto. He said to me if he also had a dinner, would it be the same as Hinoto.

"Let's go inside, I want to meet Hinoto!" mamoru said to me while smiling.

I had to follow him to enter, so that I would hang on with Hinoto who was busy talking to the women. When I entered with Mamoru, I saw Hinoto talking to a male friend and Shoera too. She kept trying to get close to Hinoto.

"Are you jealous?!" ask Mamoru to me.

Hearing his words made me smile and then I said that there was no point in being jealous. Because I'm sure he only loves me and will never turn away from me.

Mamoru chuckled at my words and said that I had changed. It was obvious that I was so confident in what I had just said.

"Stop your laughter! What I'm saying is true as it is!" I told him with emphasis.

However, he still chuckled to stop his laughter I hit his shoulder. Instantly he fell silent but again chuckled, he really makes me very upset.

"Where's your wife? Why isn't he with you?" ask him to stop his laughter.

Mamoru said his wife was not feeling well right now in a hotel room. I told her why she didn't keep it and had fun here. Apparently it was his wife who had forced him to attend tonight.

"How are you Mamoru?!" Hinoto asked with a cold tone and an eye that was so frightening.

I don't care about him because I'm still upset by his attitude. I didn't think she would forget me when she was with her girlfriend.

"I'm good— how are you?" mamoru answered and asked Hinoto again.

Hinoto said he was fine and he asked his wife. Mamoru said his wife was unwell and was now in a hotel room. I saw Shoera walking up to us, actually wanting to take Hinoto from here.

"Hi Mamoru— how are you?!" Shoera asked in her flirtatious tone.

If I see it I feel sick, want it to be watering with water so that all the make-up thick can be eroded. I chuckled at the thought of what if what I imagined happened.

"Why, baby?" Hinoto whispered to me.

I was surprised because Hinoto was already at the side and whispered to me, why did I not realize that she was already beside me. He whispered back because I did not answer what was asked earlier, now he whispered in a stressed tone.

"Stop that! Don't always whisper to me— amused to know!" I said to Hinoto.

Hinoto smiled pervertedly at me but I felt that there was such a sharp look in my eyes. I looked at Shoera who was looking at me with a gaze that wanted to pounce on me.

However, what makes me not understand is Mamoru why he chuckles more and more to see me and Hinoto. However, he also glanced at Shoera, it seemed like he realized something that made him laugh.

"Stop your laughter, Mamoru!" I said in an annoyed tone then walked away from them.

I'd better just leave here, my steps stopped when someone held my hand. There was such beautiful music, I saw who was holding my hand. When I was about to see it I immediately pulled it so that my body went into his arms. The only one who can do this is Hinoto.

Hinoto asked me to dance, she held my waist and moved her legs slowly so I could follow her movements.

"Take me off! Why don't you just take Shoera to dance— don't you like her!" I said with a soft word.

She smiled at what I just said, seeing him like that made me even more upset. I stepped on his foot, and then left him. Although he was in pain, I did not care.

"I'll drive you home!" Mamoru said to me while chuckling.

Maybe your mamoru laughed at my attitude towards Hinoto but I also did not care about her who always laughed at me. Now he wants to take me to the hotel. However, I rejected him when I was outside because I did not want to cause trouble between Mamoru and his wife.

"Go home, accompany your wife— pity she was left alone in the hotel! I can order a taxi." I said to Mamoru.

He kept pushing me but I kept to the decision I said. Finally he left me, a few moments later came the taxi I ordered. I got in the taxi and told him where he was going.

My phone kept ringing, I saw who called me with the name Hinoto. I ignored all the calls from her, let her know it wasn't that easy to make me forgive her.

I decided to go somewhere, I picked up my phone and looked for somewhere I wanted to go. I found out what I wanted to visit right now, then told the driver to head for the Kamo river. The driver immediately turned around and headed to the Kamo river.

Set me up in the river Kamo, after paying the driver to leave. I walk to enjoy the atmosphere of the river at night, seen a lot of people who walk here. Some walk with their partners, if I see them I remember Hinoto. But tonight he made me very upset.

My phone just kept ringing, I saw on the phone screen the name Hinoto. I turned off my phone so he wouldn't bother me. Let her feel the annoyance I felt earlier, I better enjoy tonight.

After being satisfied with the walk, I decided to return to the hotel. After all, it's too late, it's not good for me to be outside. I booked a taxi waiting to pass, a taxi came up and I came in and said I was heading to the hotel.

I felt something strange about this taxi driver, I took my phone and activated it and opened the google map to see if my position was right to go to the hotel. Surely the road that is passed by the driver does not go to the hotel. Maybe he'll act bad to me.

The car stopped somewhere quiet, I saw that outside there were already a few people waiting. Looks like they're a herd of thugs from this driver. I want to see where they are capable of.

"Nona— if you want to survive quickly get out of the car!" said the driver to me.

I smiled and got out of the car, looking at them one by one to see if they had any great ability. Looks like they're just common criminals, they're smiling pervertedly at me. I know that they are not just robbers but men who do not know themselves and have no heart.

One of them approached me and his hand was about to touch my body. I won't let my body be touched by his dirty hands.

It's good that tonight I'm going to let out all my frustration with Hinoto by attacking these scoundrels. I survived every attack of theirs, if it was time I would attack them mercilessly.

Now it's time for me to strike back at them, it turns out that this is just what they are capable of. Even though they all attacked me, they still couldn't overwhelm me.

I threw my punches at them one by one and threw my kicks. One by one they fell down and could not stand. I saw the taxi driver, he looked scared.

They're just petty criminals, nothing compared to me. I hope after this they no longer commit crimes and get back on the right path.

Everyone nodded, I gave them a choice. If they stop doing this then I won't report it to the police. However, if they do it again then I won't just shut up. After settling in with them I approached the taxi driver.

"You dare do this to me! You can either take me back to the hotel or I'll beat you up like them!" say him.

"Well, miss." she answered in a stammer and opened the car door for me. After that he took a taxi to the hotel where I was staying.

On the way, I asked them why they did all that. The driver said if they were all very good friends, they did all this because they wanted to help the orphans who were displaced. Hearing that I was filled, even though they were doing evil things but the intention behind it was good.

However, it should not be done because it is tantamount to committing a crime. Better they work hard to help people they think are important.

"Stop all your dirty work! Find a good job to take care of the kids. Because kids are better fed by clean money!" I said to the driver.

The car stopped, before I got out of the car I asked the address the orphans were in. I want to see if they're telling the truth or just another lie. He gave me an address, I took it and gave him a taxi fare. The driver did not want to accept it but I forced him. And finally he got the money I gave him.

I walked over and pressed the elevator button, waiting for a while for the elevator door to open. After opening I entered and then pressed the floor button where my room was. Not long after the elevator stopped on the floor I was on, I got out and walked towards the room.

It was fortunate that I had a card to enter the room, if Hinoto held it then I would not be able to enter. I opened the door, did he not come home yet? The room lights are still dark. I walked towards the switch to turn on the lights.

Before I made it to the switch someone pulled my hand, I was really surprised by that. Why is there someone in my room, is this person malicious? Is he Rosetta's man? All the bad thoughts are in my brain.

I hit him in the stomach with Kuta, so I could get away from him. Seen a shadow that so I could attack him mercilessly, a blow I kept on laying on him. However, he managed to fend it off and occasionally he dodged my attacks.

What made me wonder why he didn't attack me, he just dodged and fended off my attack. He was quite great because he managed to survive long enough, my hands hurt whether this was due to my fight before arriving at the hotel.

Awwwwws! I grimaced in pain as my sore wrist was clutched by it.

"Why your hand?!" he said to me while releasing his grip.

This voice is very familiar to me, he must be Hinoto. Not long after the room became bright. Hinoto stepped closer to me after she turned on the light. Looking worried in the look on his face, I was still annoyed with him.

"How can your hand hurt?" ask me while holding my wrist gently.

"It's none of your business!" I replied as I flung out my arm and walked slowly to the bathroom.

My steps came to a halt as he hugged me from behind, he whispered his words that were always spoken when he had made a mistake. I asked him if he had done anything wrong and apologized to me.

I took off both of her hands that were coiled around my body and walked towards the bathroom to clean myself up. After finishing the routine of cleaning myself I walked out of the bathroom to the closet to take my clothes.

Aaa....

"What are you doing? Lower me!" I said to Hinoto in an annoyed tone because he was holding me.

He said nothing, what made me even more annoyed was only a smile on his lips. He threw my body on the bed, all he did was look at me intently. What he wanted to do this time, I didn't want to do with him.

"Are you jealous, baby?" she turned to me while bringing her body closer to me.

Before I answered, she directly attacked my lips with her kiss. The game was very gentle but the resentment in my heart did not allow me to enjoy every single one of his games. He stopped his play then looked at me gently and finally he smiled back.

Hinoto laid her body beside me, and then she started telling me if what she was doing was just to find information about Rosetta. Because Shoera was a friend of Rosetta and she was convinced that Shoera was assigned by Rosetta to approach her so that I would feel upset and angry.

"Why didn't you tell me that from the beginning?" ask her.

"Because I want to see you like this! Feeling annoyed if I ignore it and jealous if I get close to another woman!" he said to me as his hands walked on my body.

I was wondering if this was a reply to my mischief this morning, I haven't asked back yet. He hugged me and launched his attack.
