CHAPTER 84

The Still Lexa POV

I was at a Japanese restaurant, mamoru brought me here. Actually I wanted to directly say to resign the wedding date.

"I'm sorry Lexa, I'm sorry for always making you sad!" Mamoru said softly.

I asked him what happened, but he just kept quiet. Is this his true nature, I keep waiting for answers from him. He still wasn't telling the truth, I was really upset.

Aiko hugged back, she could only shut up and wait for me to calm down. After my crying subsided, I let go of myself hugging Aiko.

Aiko just kept quiet, I knew she would want to know what had happened to me. I took a breath so I could calm down a little more, and then I told her what had just happened.

Aiko growled and said, "What does Mamoru really want? Why is he treating you like this!"

I just kept quiet, because I didn't know what to answer. Because I also don't know why Mamoru did this to me. I told Aiko not to tell Dad or Lexi any of this.

Aiko fell silent at my request, it was obvious that she was very upset with Mamoru. I tried to give understanding to Aiko, I told her let me take care of my problem.

"All you have to do! I'm already upset with Mamoru!" Aiko said then she invited me back to the office.

I woke up from my daydream after Aiko stopped her car, I looked around and found that I had arrived in front of the company. I opened my seat belt and opened the car door.

I walked straight into my room as well as Aiko, before entering her room. Aiko told me that on my desk there are some documents that I need to look at.

I set my foot to enter my room, I told me to look at some of the files that Aiko had said. I read all the documents one by one, after which I signed all the documents I had read.

My phone read, there was a message from Mamoru. He said he would never back down to marry me. I don't care what he says.

The sound of the door being knocked, I told him to come in. I saw Aiko come in, she walked up to me. He said that it was time to go home, I saw the clock on my wrist. It was time to go home, and I told him to go home.

"Are you going to talk about this with your father and Lexi?" Aiko asked me.

I nodded, because anyway I had to tell them everything. After hearing my answer, Aiko got permission to go home.

After Aiko's return, I gave her all my belongings. Then I walked out of the room to my car. I don't want to go home, but I have to face all this.

I got home, I saw Lexi and Dad haven't come back yet. I decided to go into the room and clean myself up. After finishing the routine, I walked out of the room to see if Dad and Lexi had returned.

I asked one of the servants if Dad and Lexi had gone home. The waiter said that dad had come home, he was in his study.

I rushed to my father in his study, the sooner I said this the better. I knocked on my desk door, then I heard my father's voice telling me to come in.

I opened the door and then I walked into my dad's office, and it turned out that Lexi and Ari's assistant were there.

"I want to say something to Dad and you Lexi?!" Hearing me say that Ari's assistant left us.

I sat next to Lexi, and I said everything in my heart. I said that I wanted to cancel my wedding plans with Mamoru. I tried to stop myself from crying, but my tears fell on my hands.

Lexi held my hand without saying anything, I knew what she was doing so I could be strong against all this. I lowered my head because I couldn't hold back my sadness.
