CHAPTER 124

The Hinoto POV

I've always been around Lexa, I don't know why I'd want to be away from her at tonight's party. I know Lexa is still upset with me for seeing me with Yu-Ri.

"Hallo Mr Young Jin, how are you?" I said to Young Jin.

"Hallo Mr. Hinoto, I'm fine. You guys together?" Mr. Young Jin replied at once asking why I was with Lexa.

I explained that Lexa and I were married, indeed our marriage was not held in a big way. So that all my business friends, Lexa and Alex's dad don't know.

"Why didn't Miss Lexa invite me?" Master Young Jin asked Lexa.

"I'm sorry Mr. Young Jin, it's not our intention not to invite you. But it all happened so fast that I haven't had a wedding reception either!" Lexa said carefully so as not to inflict hurt.

Mr. Young Jin smiled, then he said that he had received an invitation from Alex's father. To attend a party, but he doesn't know what party Alex's father is going to have.

We talked, and I saw Isamu approaching Aiko. I glanced at Lexa who was still conversing with Master Young Jin, she looked very beautiful. She was so charming that I could not take my eyes off her.

"Who is Hinoto?!" Yu-Ri asked me, I was really surprised by her arrival.

Lexa who saw Yu-Ri approaching me then asked who she really looked really upset about. I approach Lexa and tell Yu-Ri that Lexa is my wife.

Yu-Ri can't believe what I'm saying, she thinks I'm not married. He also said everything I said was true. It was obvious in Yu-Ri's eyes there was so much disappointment and anger towards Lexa.

I'm afraid Yu-Ri will do things that will embarrass herself. Because whatever he's planning on me won't pay off.

"Oh..., are you Hinoto's wife? But I don't like you! Because you're no match for Hinoto!" Yu-Ri said in a condescending tone to Lexa.

"If I don't match up with Hinoto, do you match up with Hinoto?" Lexa replies to Yu-Ri's question.

I smiled at Lexa like this, she was so sweet to be angry and jealous. I wonder what Yu-Ri will plan to do. But for sure I hope she doesn't tell Lexa to play music, Karen I don't know if Lexa can play an instrument or not.

All I know is that Lexa is good at riding her motorcycle and fighting with her martial arts. The look on Yu-Ri's face began to change, she felt once with all Lexa's words to her. Yu-Ri is the type of woman who does not want to lose to other women.

"Okay, I challenge you to play a game. If you lose, you'll have to hand Hinoto over to me!" Yu-Ri said confidently.

I hope Lexa doesn't accept the challenge, if she dares to make me a bet. Then I will absolutely not forgive him and I will punish him tonight as well.

"Well I accept your challenge, if I win then you should stay away from my husband!" Lexa says.

"You dare

once made me a bet huh!" I whispered to Lexa.

I saw him smiling, I don't know what he had planned. But I don't like it if I'm made into a betting material by both of them.

"Well, the challenge this time is to play an instrument! There are already 3 pianos available, I will play first! If I'm done then it's your turn." Said Yu-Ri arrogantly.

True my guess is Yu-Ri will definitely play music, because she is a talented pianist. Whether Lexa will be able to defeat him, I'm really worried. I don't want to have to leave Lexa for this stupid gamble.

I see Aiko smiling with the gamble that Lexa and Yu-Ri are doing. I was really annoyed by these women, it looks like I already have a wife who is rancid. He risked his own husband.

"Well then I'll start first, if the one who gets the most applause is a sign that he's the winner!" Yu-Ri said with complete confidence.

Yu-Ri walks towards the piano which happens to be not too far away from our position. I'm really worried about her making, if Lexa loses then I won't agree to what they bet. This is my life not theirs, so it's at stake.

"Lexa how? I heard Yu-Ri is a talented pianist this year! Can you play the piano?" aiko said to Lexa.

"How's Aiko, I can't play the piano! I studied when I was 11, I thought he was just bragging!" lexa replied with a slightly worried voice.

I was really surprised by what Lexa said, I pulled Lexa's arm. I looked into his eyes, I wanted to see the truth of his words. But I can't see if he's lying, I really want to devour him right now to punish him.

"You dare Lexa?!" I told him with emphasis.

He smiled, not knowing what was on his mind. I can't see exactly what Lexa's gonna do. There was also a bit of worry on his face.

Yu-Ri is already sitting in front of the piano, she takes her breath and starts pressing her piano keys. All the invited guests were mesmerized by Yu-Ri's play.

Surprisingly I couldn't enjoy playing Yu-Ri's piano, when I first listened to her piano I was amazed. But I don't like Yu-Ri, because I prefer the piano.

From then on Yu-Ri always approached me, but I always avoided her. Turns out she's an aggressive woman and I don't like that type of woman.

But if Lexa's being aggressive with me, I like her a lot. Is this a sign that I love her so much, there is nothing about her that I do not like.

Guests are fascinated by Yu-Ri's play, all whispering that they feel lucky to enjoy the piano playing of the talented pianist. I'm really worried about Lexa.

I looked at Lexa, not looking worried from her face. He is so calm and enjoys playing Yu-Ri piano. Likewise with Aiko, I was confused why the two of them could be so calm while enjoying the sound of Yu-Ri piano music.

"What's wrong with you?" Isamu asked me.

"You see Lexa and Aiko, they look calm and enjoy playing Yu-Ri music. I'm just worried!" my answer.

Isamu chuckled, he said only this first time seeing me not calm in the face of a problem. I wish I had kicked him with all my might if I saw Isamu laughing at me.

All the guests applauded after hearing Yu-Ri's piano playing. He smiled after seeing the guests clapping at him. I know he must be feeling high-hearted for his success this time around.

He walked up to me he said, "Hinoto, what about my appearance?"

I just kept quiet because for me this time I couldn't enjoy the piano, I saw her approaching Lexa. He smiled haughtily, then said that no one could defeat him.

"You are indeed a great Miss Yu-Ri, I congratulate you on your pianom game!" Lexa said calmly.

"It's your turn now Miss Lexa! I want to see you play the piano even though I'm the one who wins in the end!" Yu-Ri said confidently.

Lexa smiled and then she walked towards the piano, I was really worried about her. Is he really able to play the piano, because I have not known about his skills other than fighting and racing his bike at high speed.

"Miss Yu-Ri, enjoy it while you can enjoy it! Because this is history in your life!" Aiko said with a smile.

I really don't understand what Aiko is saying, can Lexa play the piano? Would he not embarrass himself? But I will always be there for him.
