The Still Lexa POV

Today I started going into the office again, I saw so much work to do around. I thought Lexi was gonna help me, but she's only petrified half of it. I don't know what he's working on, he's so serious about Aldo.

There was a knock on the door, and I told him to come in. Aiko came in, she handed me back the documents I had to sign. After that he informed me that tonight there was a party invitation at the company JPn .

The party was held at the residence of the owner of the JPn company, so I had to attend it. I saw two invitations, one for me, the other for Lexi.

I asked Aiko why we get 2 invitations at once, but we only need one. Either me or Lexi are the same. Aiko did not know the reason why she got 2 invitations.

I don't know why I have a bad feeling, whether it's a trap or not. I also told Aiko to find out who exactly owns the JPn company.

Aiko nodded and went to check what I ordered. I called Lexi, I told her tonight that there was an invitation to attend the party.

Finally I decided to go in, Lexi was behind me. I saw that there were a lot of invited guests already present. A guy comes up to me, he's Alan. She greeted me with a gentle smile, but strangely I did not like it.

"How are you Miss Alexa?!"

I was surprised by the voice that greeted me, he was Rey Hirasaki. He smiled but it contained a meaning that made me feel goosebumps. I tried to be calm, I smiled and answered flatly.

As Lexi approached me, Rey Hirasaki began to observe the two of us. Maybe he already knows who we are. But Lexi's attitude signals a challenge to Rey Hirasaki. I'm afraid Lexi can't hold back her emotions, I wink at Aiko.
