CHAPTER 165

Lexa POVs

Seeing these two children make me feel even more worried, I think all the tension in our family will be over. However, I thought wrong as this all continued. I really don't want to see my son suffer the loss of a loved one.

"Darling, how are the kids?!" whispered Hinoto to me.

"They just fell asleep" I replied.

I went back to silence and looked at the two children who were in front of me, they still seemed to be clean with a thicket of sadness and suffering. So I don't want them to be like me or Lexi who's being hunted by a vendetta against your killer.

Hinoto hugged me from behind, I held both hands that were coiled around my body. However, I recalled Hinoto's story of Rosetta's intentions to us. Had it all started, I'd been feeling calm and happiness for five years.

But why only hold on for a moment? Why can't she move on with her life and forget her past. But I won't give him what he wants! This is my life and I will keep everything that is mine.

"Are you thinking about that woman? You don't have to worry, I will always protect our family! For me the most important and beloved is my wife and Zeroun." Hinoto whispered to me.

I was so relieved to hear what Hinoto whispered, that I did not feel alone. Again hoping not to go back to the time when I had to deal with weapons and fights that would result in injury and death.

Hinoto invited me to rest and let the children sleep well. We walked out of the room slowly so as not to wake them.

I saw Aldo who had just come out of Lexi's reading room, he came up to me and said hello. He asked what about the children, and I said they were sleeping because they were tired.

After hearing my answer, he asked permission to see the children. I nodded with the meaning of agreeing to what he asked, actually I wanted to ask how he was doing. Because he looks so different to the Aldo I used to know.

However, I said it was better to leave it first. If he thinks he's made himself sick and suffering then I'll talk to him. Right now all I have to think about is stopping Rosetta's bad act of aiming for my family's happiness.

Hinoto told me to go back to the room, and I decided to find Lexi. I walked into his room and knocked on his door. And Himawari who opened the door, I asked if Lexi was in the room. Himawari said Lexi was in the reading room.

I rushed to the reading room, I opened the door of the reading room to see Lexi still sitting. My feet stepped into the reading room and sat in front of him but he was unaware of my presence. It was obvious that his body was here but his mind was drifting somewhere.

"What are you thinking?!" my many.

He's still quiet, maybe he didn't hear what I was asking. Intent on trying Lexi, I picked up the book on the table and dropped it on the table.

Bruckk!

He was surprised then looked at me with annoyed eyes, "God Lexa! You surprise me— what if I die of a heart attack huh?!" pekik me.

I chuckled at Lexi saying that but I controlled my laughter. And refocus on what I'm going to discuss with Lexi.

"How do you think?!" ask her.

He fell silent again, and said he would tighten guard against children. Because he's afraid that the kids are Rosetta's target this time.

It's true what Lexi said, now is to protect the kids so that Rosetta doesn't make them our weak point. We talked about all the things to do. Maybe now you should split the task. I asked Lexi to tell Himawari to be more vigilant in looking after the children. Because all this time Himawari is looking after the children.

While talking about it all, there was a knock on the door. A waiter said it was time for dinner. After saying that the waiter went to do the unresolved work again.

Rosalina shouts, running towards the children's room as well as Lexi. When we arrived, Rosalina was crying and Zeroun hugged her, trying to calm Rosalina down.

"What's up, baby?! lexi asked gently to Rosalina.

Rosalina looked towards Lexi then she released her embrace from Zeroun. She hugs Lexi while crying, saying that criminals will come back after her. Rosalina continued to be hysterical, not how long Himawari and Hinoto arrived because they heard Rosalina's screams.

Himawari asked what was going on, neither me nor Lexi could say anything. He immediately approached Rosalina who was in Lexi's embrace, then he asked her gently.

"Mom, are they still after us?"

"No dear, they won't be chasing us anymore! Now you can rest easy there is a Father and Mother here, try to see besides that there is also Mother and Father Hinoto." Himawari answered gently so that made Rosalina feel calm.

"There's me too, so you take it easy Rosalina— I'll protect you this time!" timpal Zeroun's.

I feel happy with Zeroun, he already looks tough this time around. However, I was still worried about her, after hearing from Lexi if she was also frightened during the attack.

"Darling, don't you want to hug Mother?!" I said to Zeroun with a smile.

He looked at me and smiled and jumped into my arms. I love you so much Zeroun, I will not let you suffer and be saddened by the actions of the enemies of father and mother.

Hinoto hugged both of us, this felt warm to me so I felt calm if she hugged me. I don't want anything to happen to them both. Because they are both very important to me.

"Calm down baby, I'll protect you!" whispered to me.

After everything calmed down, I invited them all to dinner. As it was almost past his dinner, they nodded and walked towards the dining table.

We also had a nice dinner on the dinner table. It was seen that Zeroun and Rosalina were eating food voraciously. I'm glad if they're like this, I hope they're both not going to experience anything like today.

After dinner, I invited Zeroun to clean up. As usual he always wanted to soak while playing water and I always accompanied him to play.

While I was playing water with Zeroun, Hinoto suddenly entered the bathroom. He came to play with me, Zeroun started acting up.

Zeroun hit the water in the bathtub so that splashes of water wet my clothes and Hinoto. Finally Hinoto avenged Zeroun's mischief, there was a water play that made Hinoto's body drenched.

"Have stopped— for too long you've been playing water!" I said to Zeroun.

After cleansing Zeroun's body, I dried his body and put on some sleeping clothes. I asked him if he would sleep with me or sleep in his own room.

"I'll sleep in my own room Mother! Because I'm already big and have to be brave, if I'm a coward then I can't protect Rosalina!" zeroun told me confidently.

Hearing Zeroun's words made me happy, finally this child had dared to sleep in his own room. Usually he does not want to and always whines to want to sleep with me and Hinoto.

I escorted Zeroun to his room first, when I wanted to accompany him to sleep. He said I didn't need to accompany him and told me to go back to the room because my clothes were still wet from the splash of water that hit my body while he and Hinoto were playing water.

Zeroun has really changed, he became a brave boy. I smiled then kissed her on the forehead gently, covered her and listened to her pray before going to bed. After that I turned off the room lights so that what was lit was the lights on the nightstand.

I walked out of Zeroun's room, then closed the door quietly. Waiting for a moment behind the door, to check if she won't run out of the room and ask to sleep with me.

"He's asleep! I better clean myself up before the break!" I muttered as I walked towards the room.

I walked towards the room, when I arrived inside the room I did not see Hinoto. Maybe he's outside or talking to Lexi. It's better that I clean up after that rest.

When I opened the bathroom door I was surprised to see Hinoto who was still in the bathroom. I think he's done cleaning himself up. Apparently she was soaking in a bathtub, I approached her slowly. The heart wants to tempt him.

Hinoto pulled my hand so I fell into the bathtub. My whole body was wet, she looked at me gently but I knew she was thinking perverted at the moment.

"I know what you're doing, baby!" smirk at me.

Did he know of my mischievous intentions, so he was so wary of me. I smiled to see him succeed in knowing earlier the mischievous intentions I would have done to him.

He looked back at me then pulled the nape of the neck and kissed the lips gently. The game is getting more reliable so I was lulled by the game. I started to follow all the games.

His hands began to touch my body and then release one by one the buttons of my shirt. After she finished taking off my clothes, she just threw her away.

Hinoto stopped the game and looked at me from my head to the pants I was still wearing. I know what he meant by his eyes.

I stood up and his hand helped me take off the pants that were still attached. With a perverted smile he pulled my hand back until I sat down in front of him in the bathtub.

"What if Zeroun knocks on the door?" shirihku.

He didn't answer my question and then he came back to gently attack me. The kiss for the sake of a gentle kiss from her made me feel happiness like a woman. He just keeps playing with his kiss and his hand doesn't want to miss out on his game.

Next day.

I woke up early and prepared to go to the company because I had left my job in Indonesia. And I don't feel good if Aiko has to do everything.

"Darling, so early are you ready?" hinoto asked me who was still relaxing on the bed.

I walked slowly to the bed and sat down next to her. He kissed her forehead gently but she asked for more and kissed my lips gently as he held the nape of my neck so that I could not escape from it.

Geck! Geck! there was the sound of the bedroom door being knocked on but Hinoto still did not want to let go of his game. Then Zeroun heard me calling my name.

"Mother— it's me Zeroun! Quickly open the door! Dad, I know you must have arrested Mommy, right?!" zeroun shouted while knocking on the door of the room.

Hinoto stopped her game, she looked annoyed like she was annoyed at what Zeroun said. He said, "Hurry to open the door, otherwise he'll make a whole house riot!"

I smiled at Hinoto's words, as I walked towards the door and opened it. Without saying anything, Zeroun walked into the room, and he walked over to Hinoto. This time they will argue again.

"Dad— what have you done to Mommy?!" Zeroun asked Hinoto in an investigative tone.

Hinoto just kept quiet she pretended to be cold to her own son. Zeroun was visibly upset that his father had not responded to his question . He jumped on the bed and sat on Hinoto's stomach so that Hinoto was stunned.

"Honest me! What have you done to Mother?!" Zeroun asked back.

"It's none of your business, boy!" hinoto replied coldly.

Zeroun was not satisfied with Hinoto's answer that if he started acting, he was about to jump on the bed. And that's what Hinoto dislikes the most.

My son began to threaten Hinoto, eventually the threat succeeded. However, Hinoto pulled on Zeroun's arm and held him tightly and heard Hinoto say to Zeroun if he would give a sister to him if not constantly bothering him with me.

I chuckled when I heard Hinoto say that to Zeroun, rather than seeing them arguing again. I better go to the company.

"Honey listen to Mother ya— because Mother will leave early, you have to obey what my orders Father!" I said to Zeroun.

"Ready Mother dear!" said Zeroun and Hinoto who responded because Hinoto knew very well what would be Zeroun's answer.

As I was about to kiss Zeroun on the forehead, my lips touched Hinoto's lips. I was surprised because he had gone rogue in front of his own daughter.

"Dad..., Why did you cheat? Taking your kiss from me?!" shouted Zeroun.

Hinoto did not care about Zeroun's shout, she instead smiled in satisfaction as she had already managed to snatch my kiss for Zeroun. They argue back and make me dizzy.

I kissed Zeroun's forehead gently, seeing that Hinoto wanted to also get a kiss from me. I ignored him because he had already received many kisses from me.

"You cheating, honey? Only Zeroun gets a warm kiss in the morning!" Hinoto said in a feigned tone of anger.

I smiled and put my lips close to her ear and said that she took a lot of kisses from me last night. After saying that I was about to pull my lips but he pulled the nape of my neck and said that tonight would charge for all the kisses that were not given in the morning.
