Chapter 28

Cio raised his eyebrows up when he accidentally saw Bern holding a young boy. Next to her cousin was a woman whose face was no longer unfamiliar. Renata, yes, that's it.

"Why did Renata and her son get to be with Bern? Maybe they slept together last night?" muttered Cio while knocking on the car steering wheel. "Ummm, this is interesting. I'd better ask what happened to Bern. Who knows if he can give you a clue."

Not rashly, Cio chose to stay in the car while keeping an eye on what the three people wanted to do. Soon a car came and stopped in front of them. Cio then laughed to himself watching how Bern legs when facing Renata. Similar to teenagers who are first in love.

"If I make this scene a joke, Bern's about to beat me up?" cio started thinking strangely. Biasalah, will like nosy.

While waiting for Renata to leave, Cio reminisces about his conversation with Ruth, his older sister Amora. In order to find out the truth, last night Cio was willing to visit the Shin family residence just to ask whether Amora was born twins or not.

"Amora ... Is she a twin?"

Ruth took a breath. He then clasped his hands while staring cynically at the man who had just asked him.

"Sorry, Mr. Cio. If your goal is to come here just to open old wounds in this family, I'm asking you to leave immediately. We don't need to talk to a real family member who could make my sister's life fly away. Go awayl. The exit is there!" ruth forcefully expelled the man who was Bern and Karl's cousin. He was disgusted to see it.

Instead of feeling offended, Cio instead laughed as he was driven away. He then woke up, moved to sit to Ruth's side and then brought his face to the side of this woman's ear.

"Miss Shin, don't forget that your father threw Amora into Bern's hands as a guarantor of the family's survival. So don't just blame my cousin. The brain behind all this is your own father's greed. Don't forget that!"

"What, hem? Still don't want to confess the sins you've committed?" sergeant Cio. He pulled back his body then grabbed onto Ruth's shoulder. "Now tell me if Amora has a twin sister or not. Can you?"

"Amora has no twin. Only the three of us became his brothers" Ruth said, holding back her annoyance.

"You sure?"

"Twenty years we lived together under the same roof. How could I not know if Amora has a twin sister!"

Ruth's face looked extremely ugly as the man next to her laughed. Totally nuts. All the men connected to the Ma family were men whose brains were out of their minds. Besides Karl and Bern, Cio and Reiden are in a row of very disgusting bastards. If only this man had been harmless, Ruth would have stuffed the shoes into her mouth. But what power. He was in no condition to be able to do that.

"What did you come here for?" bern asked ignoring Cio's question. "Has the test result come out?"

"Ck, instead of answering, you asked me back. You are not polite!"

Cio exhaled and then leaned towards the car door. His eyes looked deep, dissatisfied with something.

"I went all night to Mr. Kendra's house. But I could only meet her eldest daughter, Ruth. From him I tried to extract information about the possibility of Amora having a twin sister. And the woman's answer made me feel very dissatisfied. Ruth says Amora doesn't have a twin. Which means Renata has nothing to do with your lover!"

Bern's face pias heard Cio's words. Instantly his heart throbbed pain, unable to hear the reality that would likely make him again suffered a broken heart.
