Chapter 15

After Oliver brings Flowrence home, Bern decides to stay at the restaurant while waiting for Cio to call. The plan after this they will go to Renata's shop. In silence, Bern again swore the actions of Karl who could harm Flowrence to become what it is now.

Three years ago, when Bern's mother tried to stop him from shooting Karl, the bastard viciously confessed that everything that happened in their family was his doing. But at that time Karl refused to admit that he had sabotaged the car carrying Flow and Amora. Bern of course couldn't believe it considering that that bastard was a young-faced person. So he asked Flowrence what happened before the car got into the river. But, dear, he failed to get an answer.

“Ck, I'm really sick of thinking about this. Why is it that no one wants to explain clearly to me. I'm tired of constantly wondering like this!” annoyed Bern while gripping his drinking glass. Chest throbbing.

Emotionally, Bern intends to slam the glass. But just as his hand was about to swing upwards, a call came into his phone. Cio called.

“I'm outside. Hurry here!”

Clik. Without even having a chance to answer that bastard had already turned off the call. Bern immediately rubbed his face violently then stepped away from there. He ignored it when the manager and the restaurant servants bowed their heads towards him.

“Quickly a little, Bern. Don't be like your palace princess. Basic melt!” cio shouted with his head sticking out of the car window.

“I'm not deaf. Just run your car, I'll follow him from behind,” said Bern reluctant to approach so see that next to Cio there is a woman whose makeup is very menor. That's repulsive. Cihhh.

Shortly after, two cars left from there. While driving, Bern's mind drifts on what means he must use in order to take Justin's hair without having to be caught by Renata. If Justin is my son, will Renata admit me as his father? Justin's age is one month away will only be three years old, while the incident is over three years old. If my count is not wrong, it means that when the accident occurred Amora was pregnant. Oh my God …..

Furious to think of it, Bern sent a message to Cioa to accelerate the pace of their car. Suddenly he became impatient to meet Justin, a funny boy who had made Bern stunned. Inside the flower shop, Justin who was busy messing up secretly looking for a gap to be able to escape out. And while everyone was busy arranging flowers for a customer, Justin managed to sneak in. He ran very fast while looking back. Justin is afraid of being discovered.

Renata and his workers immediately turned to the door as soon as they heard a scream. Soon she realized it was her son's voice. Renata, who was holding a flower without a second thought, immediately threw it on the floor and ran to Justin who was crying in someone's arms.

“Justin, why are you shouting? What happened?”

“Hikssss, Mom. This uncle plucked out Justin's brain,” Justin said complaining about what happened.

“A-what?”

Shock, Cio to scream loudly when he heard Bern has been accused of plucking the brain of his son Renata. He did not think that this boy turned out to be quite rancid as well.

“Honey, can't talk like. Not polite,” said Renata while taking Justin from Bern's sling. Honestly, he was shocked to find out that this man had appeared in his shop. “Bern, I'm sorry on behalf of Justin. He is still a child, not really understanding how to talk well with older people. Again I'm sorry yes,”

“So he ran and hit me. Then his hair accidentally got stuck in the buttons of his shirt. Maybe that makes him cry,” said Bern tried to reason. And as soon as Justin moved into Renata's arms he immediately put the proceeds into his pants pocket. “I just found out this store is yours, Ren.”

While trying to calm Justin down, Renata confirmed Bern's words. Not to forget also he asked what purpose Bern came to his shop.

“It's been two years that I run a flower shop business. It's good to fill the time while babysitting Justin. Yes although not too big anyway,” said Renata. “Where did you come from, Bern? Want to buy flowers?”

“I'm from a restaurant and want to come here.” Bern coughed, feeling awkward for being too honest. Good thing Cio nudged his arm. Otherwise, he would have been speechless. “I mean my friend and I just got out of the restaurant. He then invited me to stop at this flower shop, Larena wanted to buy a gift for his girlfriend. His man is now waiting in the car.”

Although Bern's answer sounds a little ambiguous, Renata tries to keep thinking posistively. It was possible that Bern was acting this way because of his face that was similar to his lover, so he was nervous.

“Mother, what's Justin bolong's head?”

Justin's question successfully broke the awkwardness that was going on. Holding back a laugh, Renata pretended to check on him. He tells Justin that his head is fine.

“Uncle, next time can't be like that anymore huh. Justin was a kid, so Uncle had to wait for Justin to grow up if he wanted to pull out his brain. Okay?” justin said as he looked closely at the man who had been holding him.

“Iya,” sahut Bern obediently.

If not on a mission, Cio swears he will immediately roll on the floor so powerfully hear a strange conversation between Bern and Justin. This polar bear is so obedient to the orders of Justin who is so bad. Unwilling to be caught laughing, Cio calls a waiter to wrap flowers for him. He then let Bern stay with Renata and Justin, looking for a slightly quiet place for him to let off laughter.

“Yeah, I can't imagine that Justin is Bern's son. I guarantee he can vomit blood if he has to hear his strange babble. Xixixixi,” said Cio while peeking at Bern from a distance.

Meanwhile Bern and Renata who are still in front of the store entrance, are equally confused what to say. Both of them just kept quiet while listening to Justin. Long enough they were in such a condition until finally Cio invited Bern to go from there. In his hand was a bouquet of flowers that they made an excuse to go to Renata's shop. What a very cliche reason. Hmmmmmmm.
