Chapter 53

In a fairly luxurious and private pub, there was a woman who was drinking alone at a table near the bar. A man came and sat down next to him

"What are you doing here, Olie? Why did you arrive drinking like this?" ask Figo to the woman.

"So, I'm dizzy! I want to forget all the pain I feel!" exclaim Olivia angry.

"What's really going on? Tell me everything so I can help ease your burden" Vero said, trying to calm her down.

Shouldn't he have met Vero this afternoon? Why does he seem sad and frustrated once instead of feeling happy?, Figo's inner.

"I am so disappointed and hurt by what he said!" exclaimed Olivia then downed the drink in front of her in one gulp. When he was about to pour the drink back into the glass, Figo's hand prevented it.

"Later you can get drunk Olie. Tell me the problem, I'll be a good listener" said Figo distracting Olivia from the drink.

"You know? It turns out that the rumor that has been circulating is true, that Vero is in a relationship with the damn secretary!" olivia exclaimed furiously with eyes that began to dew. "What disappointed me even more was the fact that she was the woman that Vero had been looking for. The love of his childhood" he said again as he began to tear.

Figo who was surprised and tried to digest the situation, could not say anything so Olivia took advantage of the opportunity to pour the drink into her glass again.

"Oli stop it!" figo exclaimed preventing him from drinking back. "We'd better get home before you get drunk" he continued, trying to help Olivia stand up.

"Dispose! I don't want to go home! I don't want to go back to my lonely apartment" Olivia said in tears. "I who had been accompanying Vero struggled in his solitude, helping him in realizing his dreams, I always gave him spirit when he was getting tired to learn. I was always by his side! But why in the least did he not see me" he said in a roaring cry.

Figo who was compassionate with Olivia's condition finally sat back down and accompanied Olivia who was sad.

I won't be this easy to give up and lose. If I can't have it, then no one can have it. I'll find a way to destroy it! I will not fall alone like this, Olivia's mind while holding tightly to the glass in her hand as if to break the glass into pieces.

...❁ ❁ ❁ ❁ ❁ ❁...

"Who are you chatting to? Why smile like that?" ask Vero suspiciously in between their lunches.

"Iiihhh kepo dech's brother! Want to know about people's business" answered Rania trying to tempt Vero.

"It's been brave to answer now yes" Vero replied furiously.

Instead of answering, Rania just stuck out her tongue as if mocking Vero. Finally Vero who was upset took Rania's phone and put it on the table.

"Finish your meal first, it will be cold" said Vero coldly.

"Okay sir" Rania replied annoyedly as she began to eat.

During the meal, Rania's phone did not stop vibrating indicating that there were several chat notifications coming in.

"It seems urgent to your business!" said Vero increasingly annoyed because disturbed.

"You're wondering, sir?!" rania's reply is back to tease Vero.

Vero kept quiet and continued eating.

Let sister know how it feels in the work, like I used to always mistake and ask questions, Rania with a smile.

After eating, he immediately took his phone back, which was immediately called in.

📞 'Hello Where have you arrived?'

Not yet he heard the answer from the person, Vero was immediately alert to take the phone from Rania.

📞 'Sister! Why are you answering the phone?' ask someone from across the street who turns out to be his own sister. With a red face in shame, Vero returned the phone to Rania.

Rania received the phone while holding her laugh.

"What!" exclaim Vero slowly because it gets more upset.

📞 'Hello... Hola... Hola... Nia.. ' call Ale for not hearing the answer from across.

📞 'Excuse me Ale, there was a padlock' replied Nia while still holding her laugh.

📞 'Hahaha... Did you suspect you were chatting with another man?' asked Ale while laughing. 'He should have answered my phone. Ooooo yeah. I'm in a minute until the bus stop. Are you guys done eating?' ask Ale again.

📞 'Yes we're done. Well wait there later I will go there and return to the office, replied Nia.

📞 'Well I'll wait. Don't be long' said Ale.

📞 'Ok' answered Nia before disconnecting the call.

He then put his phone in his bag and prepared to leave.

"You've been teasing me on purpose?" ask Vero annoyed.

"No sir, but you're the one who's too suspicious" Rania replied with a sweet smile. "Here come Ay don't get angry, it's okay if Ale waits a long time at the stop" he continued, putting on an adorable cute face.

"Yes already. Let's go" Vero replied with a sigh of being unable to get angry at this lover.

While paying at the cashier, Rania's phone rang back.

"It looks like Ale has arrived, I'm waiting at the bus stop in front of ya Ay" Rania said, showing her phone displaying a call from her best friend. Vero just nodded his head, then Rania rushed out of the cafe.

Olivia who was lurking from a distance saw Rania who came out of the cafe while calling, then walked towards the intersection while waving towards someone across.

"That's the spoiled girl I like to see with Vero?" muttered Olivia when she saw where the direction of Rania's hand wave. "Who is he? Do they know each other? Don't let them team up to keep Vero away from me!" said Olivia increasingly furious to see the face of the two who look carefree and happy.

Without knowing that there would be danger, Rania stood at the crossroads waiting for the crossing lights to turn green. While Ale saw with his eyes that there was a red car that was advancing towards the intersection of the road was waiting.

This is my chance. I should be able to make good use of it!, Inner Olivia.

Then he stepped on the gas so that the car was speeding faster and did not stop even though the lights had changed to red.

Brru!!!

There was a loud bang, then a body floated and then fell into the street with a lot of blood flowing around the body.
