The next day, Vero woke up and looked around the room but did not see anyone else there. He sat down in surprise because the chair next to his bed was empty.

Chequek.....

Vero turned to the open toilet door. From inside there appeared a figure in his car with a fresher face without makeup and hair in the ponytail. Rania immediately looked at the patient's bed and their eyes met each other for a moment.

"You're aware, sir?" asked Rania who was surprised to see Vero had sat on the bed

"I feel better" he said, trying to calm his turbulent heart as they met in an instant.

"If so I'll call the doctor to check on you" Rania continued while out to tell the nurse that the patient was conscious so that the doctor could check on her. He went back in and brought a breakfast tray that had been prepared by the hospital.

"Here you have breakfast first" while placing the tray towards the table in Vero's lap.

"Aaawww.. hot" said Vero as he stuck out his tongue that felt sore because it immediately ate the porridge.

"You okay, sir?" Rania asked while handing over the drinking water to Vero "Let me help Master" he continued again as he approached and took a spoon in the bowl of porridge. Slowly and carefully, he fed the Boss until the breakfast was gone.

"Thank you" said Vero while looking at Rania with a difficult view to understand.

"No problem Master" he replied while blushing in embarrassment

"It's adorable if his face is like that" Vero murmured inwardly.

"Excuse me sir" said Jeff who arrived and immediately damaged the atmosphere created by two people who stared at each other.

Rania went straight out to return the leftover breakfast plate, while Vero looked at her in annoyance while muttering "You're just so annoying".

"Is there anything you want to say, sir?" jeff asked because it was unclear what was muttered by the Boss.

"none. Be quick to help me change into the bathroom" Vero ordered

"Okay sir" said Jeff as he rushed to his Master.

"That's why I bought you breakfast Rani" Jeff said as he exited the bathroom.

"Thank you assistant Jeff" Rania replied as she opened the yellow rice package on the table and directly devoured it.

"Slowly eat it later you choke" said Vero who just finished changing clothes and saw Rania eating quickly.

"Okay sir" he said, wiping one corner of his lips.

"I've been figuring out what happened at the restaurant yesterday" Jeff said after helping Vero lean on the bed.

"Then?!" ask her while leaning comfortably using the pillow carried by the Assistant.

"The chef who used to cook for you is on leave so the new chef in charge of replacing it does not know about your allergies, so he uses seafood broth containing shellfish into the spaghetti sauce you ordered. Do I have to replace him, sir?" obviously Jeff while asking about the solution he had to take.

"What do you mean?!" asked Vero wonder "Just give him a warning so that this incident does not happen again in the future" he continued to provide a solution.

"I should thank him, for his mistake I was able to spend the night with Rania" Vero murmured inwardly while smiling meaningfully.

Suddenly the door opened, Olivia went straight in and wanted to hug Vero. But Vero quickly held him back by raising his hand.

"How are you doing? Are you okay?" tanyanya while trying to cover the shame that was rejected by Vero.

"Where do you know that I'm here?!" asked Vero without intending to answer Olivia's question and his eyes immediately saw Rania as if to ask for an explanation. Rania just shrugged her shoulders a sign she didn't know. Vero's gaze turned to his assistant who immediately shook his head when he got that sharp look.

"It doesn't matter who told me, the most important thing now is that I'm here to take care of you" said the spoiled Olivia.

"no need. There are doctors and nurses who will take care of me here" Vero replied coldly

"Hey quickly peel the fruit that I brought!" olivia exclaimed as she handed over the fruit parcel she had brought to Rania.

Rania took the parcel and peeled a red fuji apple.

"How could he know my favorite fruit?" think Vero inwardly while continuing to pay attention to Rania's movements.

While Olivia who felt neglected said "You can go now" and snatch a plate containing fruit that had been peeled to give to Vero.

"Rani go home, you must rest. No problem because now there is Jeff who takes care of me" said Vero softly when he saw Rania confused to have to take a stance.

"Okay, sir, if that's the case, excuse me" he said, bowing his head and moving out.

"Be careful on the road" exclaimed Vero before Rania came out, she turned around and smiled as she lowered her head and left.

After Rania's departure, Olivia offered Vero a piece of fruit but was immediately rejected.

"I can eat by myself" he said, grabbing a fork and eating fruit from the plate.

"Haaaah. "How did you end up in this treatment room?" ask because I want to know.

"That's none of your business" answered Vero lazily "If you have no other need you can go. Thank you for visiting me, but I need a break now" continued Vero did not want Olivia any longer nearby.

"Alright, but before that I'll excuse you to borrow your toilet" Olivia said as she passed away feeling hurt.

"Heeeeeey! Who're you?!" asked Olivia who was surprised when she came out of the toilet and saw a beautiful young girl in Vero's arms. While Vero when seen from the expression of his face full of smiles then he also felt comfortable with the embrace of the girl.
