"Why? Do you want to eat a plate with me?!" asked Vero when he saw Rania just standing still in her place.

"Ah...no sir" replied Rania and rushed out to take her lunch. Not to forget he also brought two bottles of cold mineral water from the pantry refrigerator.

"Hey! What do you think I am a virus? why sit so far away!" exclaiming Vero who saw Rania chose to sit on the end sofa opposite her. "Moving here, I don't have any infectious diseases" he said, pointing to the sofa beside him.

"I'm sorry, sir, I don't mean it that way" replied Rania.

"It's fast to eat, before this rice becomes cold" said Vero while starting to eat rice along with side dishes and vegetables available.

Rania who saw Vero eating voraciously could only be silent by still biting the spoon in her mouth.

"Do you want me to take a bribe?" tanya Vero tried to tease the adorable looking Rania with that expression.

"No sir, thank you" Rania replied and started eating her lunch as well.

They also enjoy lunch in silence, in contrast to their brains are busy thinking each of the different things.

...❁ ❁ ❁ ❁ ❁ ❁...

"So it's our first day as lovers, right?" ask Vero after finishing his lunch.

"Uhukis... Uhuk... Uhuk..." Rania who was drinking was choking, there was even a bit of water coming out of her mouth.

"Slow down if you're drinking" said Vero casually while handing a tissue box to Rania.

"What did Master mean?" rania asked when she finished drinking.

"Did you not hear what I said this morning?" Vero asked back.

"But I think it's just a way you joke with your employees so that your employees can focus on working without being distracted by personal matters" Rania replied trying to accept her common sense rather than hearing her heart.

"Whatchu mean? You think everything I did to you was just a joke?" said Vero annoyed while leaning his body towards Rania. "Tell me the truth Rani, don't you like me? Don't you feel like you're pounding when you're near me?" ask Vero again getting closer until Rania was cornered at the end of the sofa.

"Mom..it's not what I mean Sir, it's just me.." Rania's speech was interrupted because she seemed hesitant to explain the reason, afraid the CEO was angry and fired her.

"I what? If you speak clearly Rani!" exclaiming Vero frustrated while rubbing his face.

"May I be honest, sir?" rania asked as if she was afraid of the reaction from her Boss.

"Please" he said casually while leaning on the sofa watching the nervous Rania.

"I don't have the same feeling as you do, I'm sorry I can't return your feelings" Rania said, bowing her head in fear of Vero's gaze.

"Are you sure? Is there no other reason? Has your heart been owned by another man?" ask Vero who doubts that his feelings get such rejection.

"To be honest I am still looking for the man who has stolen my heart since childhood, he is my first love Master. My heart cannot turn away from her Master" Rania replied grudgingly as she recalled.

"Hmmm. It seemed like her feelings for me had never changed even though I had disappeared for these few years. I'll see who he chooses. His future or his past" Vero murmured inwardly.

"Wait a minute Sir... But why did I become your bride? Didn't you just say you were Master's lover?" Rania who was surprised to hear him tried to protest with the words spoken by her Boss.

"Will you be my lover forever? Is not the end of the relationship between two lovers married? So what's the difference?" vero replied casually while shrugging his shoulders.

"Obviously different sir! The writing alone was different what else it meant" Rania muttered resentfully inwardly as she sighed.

"So how? Did you accept my proposal?" Vero asked back.

"Well sir" said Rania resigned while bowing her head because it was trapped and had no other choice.

"Hey! Don't be sad like that, just calm down for that long I will still pay attention to you" said Vero while lifting Rania's chin to see him "I will still invite you out like a lover in general" continued Vero while staring into the netra Rania as if pulling him into a bottomless hole. "I will try to make you fall in love with my current figure just as you loved my childhood figure" Vero said in his heart.

Rania who got such an intense gaze, felt that her heart was starting to rustle and her heart was beating faster. His body had already started to feel the cold heat as Vero's gaze turned towards his lips. Vero also slowly began to bring his face closer to the face of Rania who had begun to blush.

Czech....

At once Vero immediately fell toward the back of the sofa backrest when his chest was pushed hard by Rania. While Rania who was surprised when she heard the sound of the door opening immediately stood up and stared at the door that opened.

"Excuse me sir" said Assistant Jeff guiltlessly as it had ruined the romantic atmosphere between the two of them.

"Can't you knock on the door first!" exclaim Vero was upset because he was disturbed.

"Sorry sir, but I've knocked on the door many times. I thought Mr was not in the room so I went in to make sure" Jeff explained.

"Aaahhh" he said as he walked to his desk. He thought it was useless to scold his assistant, because the atmosphere that had been destroyed by him would not be able to return.

"I'm sorry, sir" said Rania, who had finished cleaning up the rest of their lunch.

"You go back to work" Vero replied.

Rania finally came out and brought the tray to the pantry because there will be an OB who cleans it and returns it to the canteen.

"Well, he almost kissed me. What if Assistant Jeff saw that we were kissing" Rania said shyly while covering her face. "But how can I find my sister in a month? While I just don't know where he is during these ten years" he continued with a sigh. "Do I have to accept the fate of being the Tiger CEO's bride" said Rania grudgingly as she stared at her reflection in the mirror.
