They also repeated the same question while looking at it, then they turned to look at Vero who stood casually. He just stood looking at them while putting his two hands into the pocket of jeans he used.

"You mean he's the Boss you used to tell me about?" ask Ale.

"And he's the older brother you said that to?" ask Rania.

They asked each other to see what was on their minds. Finally, they nodded their heads at each other, a sign that everything was true.

"So Princess, what has this friend of yours told you about his Boss Arrogan? Hmm?" asked Vero to his sister, but his eyes were fixed on his secretary who looked a bit pale.

'Daughter?' Rania began to ask in her heart, "Aaah... Calestra Princess! Why can I forget his full name!" he cried in his heart as he remembered the name of his friend. Rania also paled somewhat in surprise, as Vero looked at her sharply and said 'Boss Arrogannya' with great emphasis.

"Aaah. Can't you try to forget it?" said the Princess while hugging the spoiled hand of the brother, when she saw the face of her best friend who began to pale.

"Sorry sir, but I'm not hiding, have I asked permission for leave from yesterday? Then why are you trying to find out where I am" replied Rania trying to relax.

"Did you forget that not far from here live Opa and Oma Putri? Which means I have the right to visit them whenever I miss them" Vero said.

"Yes my... I forgot again that he was Ale's brother" he murmured inwardly.

"Hmmm..so all this time you've been telling me anything about your Arrogan and weird Boss?" ask Vero to make Rania wrong.

'Ouch... Why should he discuss it sich", his inner self again.

"I'm sorry, sir, if I've spoken wrongly. But that story was before I got to know you better" replied Rania trying to temper her Boss' annoyance.

"Then what do you think after getting to know me better?" ask Vero again.

"Well, if it turns out you can change your outlook on me. Then what about our deal?" ask Vero beyond expectation.

"What do you mean, sir?" rania asked back as if she had forgotten about it.

'When there is one more day left, why should he ask now', his mind is upset.

"You don't have to pretend to be Rani's stupid, you can definitely guess where I'm going" Vero said a little annoyed.

"But our deal will end the day after, sir, so I still have time to answer it until the time comes" said Rania still want to defend her argument.

"Haha... What's the difference between today or the day after tomorrow? Isn't it obvious you're going to be my bride?!" said Vero as he approached his face towards Rania and smiled smirk. At once Rania's cheeks blushed and her heart began to rustle feeling their closeness.

"I guess you like me too, seeing your reaction like this" Vero murmured triumphantly.

"If that's what you want, I'll make it for you" Vero replied as he lifted Rania's chin with his index finger. Rania who was surprised by the attitude and words of her Boss could only be silent in surprise. Their eyes meet each other to find out the truth about their feelings.

It was Rania who first broke eye contact between them, she tried to keep her distance.

"But I'm not worthy of you Sir. What am I just an orphan girl, you can see for yourself, right how is my real life? If you just want to play, you better stop right now Sir!" said Rania who finally expressed her concern all this time.

"What am I playing with someone Rani's feelings for! Can't you see my sincerity with you, huh?!" yell, Vero is starting to look upset. Rania could only be speechless, her lips felt faint when she saw the frustrated expression on the face.

From a distance Rania saw her foster mother who had just returned from outside walking closer towards them. Rania rushed to him to escape from Vero.

"Son, what are you doing here?!" exclaimed Ibu Wati when she saw Vero was with Rania.

"What...! Is it true what I just heard?" muttered Rania in a shocked heart, she felt her legs waver as if unable to stand on foot. His eyes began to turn red as he looked at Vero's face which displayed his most beautiful smile.

He's just him in my world.

The world feels lost
