The search for evidence by Maximo and Samantha begins with a visit to the location where Gerald was killed. That afternoon, Maximo invited Samantha to check the location directly. In the city of Los Angeles there is one of the largest car cemeteries. Armed with information from Alicia, Samantha came to this place. To get into that place, access was indeed quite difficult. The car wreckage cemetery was behind a high fence that was quite thick. The gate is also locked.
“Who owns this place?” ask Maximo to Paul. He looked at the iron door that had a height of more than three meters.
“From the information I got, this place belongs to a long-dead army veteran. His family moved to Ireland and this place was abandoned for about eight years,” explained Paul.
Maximo understood the information he got from Paul. The rusted iron fence shows that this place has long been unnoticed.
“We will go inside, but make sure to always be vigilant and careful. This place might have mines that we don't know where it is. Just two people were coming with me and Samantha, while the others were standing guard outside. Be sure to follow all my commands.” Maximo took it seriously.
“Good sir.” Although anxious, Paul could only agree.
The fence was destroyed by Maximo's men and before long, the gate was opened. The sound of iron creaked loudly as the door opened wide. In the hands of Samantha and Maximo already carrying weapons respectively. They entered with two guards standing guard at the back. They stepped in cautiously and gazed in alarm, worried that there might be a trap that would harm them.
“You combed the outer area and I'll be there with Samantha.” Maximo pointed to an old building that looked like a Warehouse.
“Good Mr.” The two guards nodded obediently. They begin to split up while Maximo and Samantha continue their steps towards the Warehouse.
“Beware Sam.” Maximo was also worried about the woman beside him.
“Iya, I'll be careful.” Samantha's eyes looked alertly at her surroundings.
They continued to move towards the Warehouse. Maximo pushed the iron door and it turned out to be unlocked. The atmosphere of the Warehouse is very dark even during the day. There are no gaps in light and air that make the condition of the room very stuffy. The entire room was filled with barrels that lined up neatly and somehow contained what. The road they were on was a little slippery.
Maximo and Samantha both lit the flashlight they were carrying. Look around the room and look for anything they can find there.
“How was your brother's body condition when he was found?” Maximo asked curiously.
“I don't know exactly. I just saw him in the morgue. His body was covered in incision wounds and there was a gunshot wound under his shoulder. At that time I was not allowed to touch him. Because according to them, my brother's body is poisonous. I saw Gerald's body fresh when I saw his body on the third day. Shouldn't there be decay?” Samantha tries to recall how Gerald's body was.
Maximo did not stop, he was still trying to think. “Maybe her body is poisonous because she is confined in this place.” The curious Maximo, opened the cover of one iron barrel to look at its contents. It is very smelly, like oil waste that is stored for too long. Maximo shut it back down immediately.
“Uhuk! Uhuk!” the man coughed because the smell from inside the barrel was very pungent.
Maximo and Samantha went further and further. He saw the remaining oil liquid spilled on the floor and had dried up. There was something under the wrong stau keg and its shape was very recognizable to Maximo. Maximo is touching that thing. A black oval round object similar to a bomb. The hook is still attached which means the bomb has not been used.
“Beware Sam. The bomb seems to still be active and can explode at any time.” Maximo gave a warning.
There was no reply from the girl, making Maximo immediately turn his head. He found the girl crouching and saw something under one of the barrels. There's a little comb in there. Samantha knew the comb as Gerald's. Then in between the small comb was a paper tear. Samantha braced herself to take it. When viewed it turns out that the paper is a torn photo piece.
“Max,” Samantha showed the snippet of the photo to Maximo and Maximo looked surprised. The photo shown by Samantha is of her sister Mirella.
“Why are Mirella photos here?” Maximo glared in disbelief.
“Only anyone who has that photo?” Samantha asked back.
Maximo fell silent, looking at Mirella's dirty face with dry oil. “I, Michael and Mirella. Does that mean Michael or Mirrela came to this place?” Maximo thought hard.
Samantha came to think, she remembered exactly that the photo Wilson had shown at the time was the same photo, but without the face of this girl. The same photo he saw in Maximo's hand a while ago.
“I guess, I know who the owner is, Max,” said Samantha who is still trying to pull the red thread.
“Who?” Maximo asked quickly.
The dhuar!
The sound of explosions suddenly sounded.
“SAMANTHA! SHELTER!” maximo exclaimed as he saw one barrel explode. Maximo immediately pulled Samantha's hand and ran towards the door, trying to get out of the Warehouse. But I don't know since when the Warehouse door was closed and difficult to open. One by one the barrels continued to explode and let out blazing flames. The distance of the blaze was getting closer to Samantha and Maximo.
"Max, how's this?" samantha asked, covering her nose because the smell of the burning waste liquid was very stinging.
