The Legend Of Lyan 2

The Legend Of Lyan 2
End of Teacher and Student Relations

While Lilith who watched from behind the dimension was surprised instead of playing when she saw Endless was seriously injured. ‘A human can make Endless like that?!’

Lilith was amazed that Lyan whom she had underestimated before was able to beat Endless to a pulp. It was inconceivable to him that the young man was so strong that he could do such an extraordinary thing.

‘The man was not seriously injured but his condition was like a loss of strength. Endless must have channeled power to the Demon God Atem so he could use his Great Blessing.’

Seeing Lyan trying to get up with great difficulty, Lilith was sure that the young man was not inferior to Endless, but because Laxus was interfering in the middle of the fight. All of that is clearly visible from Laxus whose spirit is only left at the top. ‘Using Great Blessing in the form of such a weak spirit ... it turns out the payment is quite large.’

Lilith smiled coldly as she watched Laxus' spirit continue to slowly exfoliate. He felt he had to finish Laxus and Endless off right now while he had the chance.

When Lilith wanted to use telepathy to ask Lyan for permission, she heard Laxus talking to someone.

“Until when do you want to keep looking?”

Someone's voice started to echo.

“The woman's Devil still chooses to keep watching, Demon God. I was planning on getting out when he showed himself.” The laughter of the figure sounded echoing.

Lilith who from the beginning did not feel the aura of anyone's presence held her breath. It was clear the female demon the figure meant was her. ‘Who is it?!’

Lyan clenched her teeth. He did not expect that there was another figure who had been secretly watching them since earlier. If there is another figure involved now it will make things more complicated because the power until now has not returned. ‘Sial ... until when will my body condition continue this way?!’

Laxus smiled coldly. “It's not time to play around now. Come out. If you need to kill the demon if he dares to disturb.”

A figure covered in black fog appeared beside Laxus. Lyan and Lilith could not guess who it was, but seeing that it had the ability to cover itself in the mist and emit a majestic light, they could guess that figure was one of the Evil Sins.

‘Ba-How could the Devil of Sin be involved in this matter?!’ Lilith's breath was held back. He really did not expect that there was a Devil of Sin who was on the side of the Demon God Atem.

All of the Evil Sins emitted the same aura, so Lilith was completely unable to guess who the Devil Sins covered her with that fog were.

The figure spoke again, answering Laxus' words. “Ah, alright, I will kill—” immediately

“Do not!” exclaim Lyan. “He has nothing to do with this problem!”

The figure covered in mist laughed softly. “How, Demon God? Do I have to obey you or listen to the words of this man?”

“I only ask you to kill him if he dares to interfere. Let it be if he only observes.”

“But if he reports this matter to another Devil of Sin, then we will trouble ahead of him.”

Lyan quickly interrupted, “I promise I won't let him open his mouth in this matter! So don't get him in our business!”

Laxus grinned seeing Lyan continue to insist on saving Lilith. “Lyan, aren't you aware of your position right now? You think I'll listen to you?”

“I beg you, Elders..” Lyan staggered before prostrating himself before Laxus. “I beg ... do not involve others in our affairs.”

Lilith who watched him felt angry. He did not want to see Lyan kneel down pleading for her sake. He immediately sent a telepathy to Lyan. ‘What are you doing?! Do you think I...’.

‘Shut! And don't do anything!’

Lilith clenched her teeth furiously. He could only endure his frustration at seeing a human pleading for the devil to be allowed to live. The Lucifer he had been serving all this time had never done anything like that for himself.

Seeing Lyan kneeling down begging them not to kill Lilith, Laxus who was originally staring coldly finally laughed loosely.

“Alright, Lyan. Since that demon seems to be quite important to you, then I will let it go this time. I was planning to have the demon that followed you perform the blood oath, but I think it would be more interesting if you did that blood oath. So, if that demon were to report this matter to another Devil of Sin .. you'd be dead soon, Lyan. Do you agree?” Laxus grinned as he gestured at the figure that was in the fog. A moment later a small cup appeared before Lyan.

Lilith smiled coldly. He thought that Lyan could not possibly be willing to perform a blood oath that did not benefit him at all. He also felt quite relieved because he did not need to feel indebted to humans so. However, beyond his expectations, Lyan dripped her blood on the cup instead. ‘A-What...’.

Laxus laughed again. The Sin Devil hiding behind the fog also laughed because he saw a human being willing to do a blood oath for a demon.

“This is new fun! I feel it's not in vain to let you live, Lyan! I will enjoy your journey with that demon in front of him out of curiosity whether he will betray you or not. Ah, I really want to know the end result.” The spirit of Laxus that kept peeling left his hands and head alone was smiling widely.

Not long after from his hand came out a white ball that slowly moved before Lyan who was still prostrating.

“When I get up, I want you to be the one who can comfort me besides Gaia. Use that understanding and learn well. It was the highest stage transformation comprehension. Unlike all the transformations you have used, this transformation will take you to the highest level. You can only master it if you succeed in absorbing all the particles of gods and demons within you. It was the last gift I could give you and at the same time the end of the teacher-student relationship between us.”

The black fog that covered the figure of the Devil of Sin suddenly enlarged, covering the bodies of Laxus and Endless.

“I hope our next meeting ... You've learned it, Lyan. If you do not manage to master it when I rise, then you yourself know what will happen to this world.” Laxus' laughter began to sound inaudible as the black fog covering them disappeared without a trace.

After the departure of Laxus, Endless and the Devil of Sin, Lyan could only feel himself re-powered. He was actually a little confused as to why Laxus was still letting him live and giving him an understanding of the new transformation. He also felt no danger to the white ball.

‘I don't know what he's up to. Since I failed to stop him, I must accept this and learn it as soon as possible.’ Lyan clenched her hand hard. ‘I should be able to stop the elder before he manages to get up completely.’

After a while, I stared at the white ball. Lyan suddenly smiled bitterly. Whether sad or happy, he did not know what he was feeling when he looked at the white ball floating before him, which became a parting gift from Laxus, this is the end of the teacher and student relationship between them.
