The Legend Of Lyan 2

The Legend Of Lyan 2
Bonding

A few moments before.

After being unconscious for several hours, Hex propped up on a boulder began to mutter and opened his eyes slowly. The first glance that was seen when the target was the figure of a blue-haired youth who was looking at him.

Slowly his entire memory of the fight against Lyan mulak flowed within his head as their eyes met face-to-face.

Hex's body seemed to tremble for a moment after realizing he was losing the fight, Lyan just stared at him speechlessly. Not long after that Hex suddenly laughed loosely.

“I really didn't expect to be defeated like this. Ah, even you have recovered my wounds.”

Hex remembered very well his condition which suffered heavy injuries while fighting against Lyan. Feeling his body condition become lighter and more powerful after awakening, he was sure that the young man had recovered his injuries while unconscious.

Hex looked up at the sky.

“Because of my carelessness, I had to lose a friend who had accompanied me for a hundred and more years. I even had to lose to shame like this without being able to avenge him.” A series of memories along with the Shards of Laziness flowed within his head, making the originally rigid-looking face slowly change.

Suddenly Master Gyo appears and hits Hex on the head.

“I've told you many times not to behave like that. What's the matter, really, with you? You are a strong man, but why is your heart so weak!”

Hex's eyebrows shot upwards, he felt familiar with the tone.

“You ...”

“Do you think I'm dead?” Master Gyo sighed. “We are one soul. If it had been perfectly fused, all the memories from the other soul pieces would also have gathered together into one. By the way you don't get me wrong, I'm not a Shard of Laziness or a Shred of Cunning anymore. I am the one now is the perfect soul.”

“Ah, you must be confused why among the five soul pieces compete with each other to become the party that absorbs other soul pieces. Simply put, the party who stands at the very end of his memory and bond with others will be stronger. So since the winner in this ridiculous race is Fractional Cunning, my bond with the young man who has defeated you is stronger than the bond we both have.”

Hex laughed softly after hearing Master Gyo's long explanation.

“Alright, I get it now. And the reason I'm still left alive is because of your request to the young man, isn't it?” Hex asked while looking at Lyan.

“Ya, there you go.” Although it was actually the Shards of Laziness that begged, Master Gyo felt lazy to reveal it to the man.

“Because my friend is your friend, then you are my friend now.” Hex patted Lyan's shoulder.

Lyan smiled faintly. “There's something I want to ask you.”

“What is it? Just ask, Friend.”

“What is your reason for actually leaving the primeval tribe?”

Lyan knew it from the memories of the crow man. Although the raven man did not come from an ancient tribe, there is a story that makes the crow man always meet the man.

Hex at that time was someone from a very famous ancient tribe. In addition to being strong and a great leader of the ancient tribe, he also likes to be troublemaking with the tribe as opposed to the ancient tribe.

Despite realizing he was the main target Astaroth was pursuing, Hex did not care and casually roamed the Continent of Light alone for fun. He had always bothered the Light Continent tribe he met on the road, but none of them had been killed by him. One of them was the unlucky crow man who always met him while on duty.

Hex's eyebrows shot up when he heard the question, he was shocked because the young man he had just met knew he was someone from an ancient tribe. “How can you know it?”

Hex sighed, “Ya, it doesn't matter if you don't want to tell him.”

“You asked me why I left the ancient tribe, didn't you? Here is the answer.” Hex pointed at Master Gyo.

“I?” Master Gyo pointed at himself.

“Within the ancient tribe I felt quite bored because all they thought about was war and war. At first I was the same as them, but as the longer I realized it was impossible to defeat Astaroth, I ended up wandering around the entire Light Continent to let go of my boredom. Although I know many are after my head, I am not afraid as long as it is not Astaroth who is chasing me alone.” Hex laughed before looking at Master Gyo with a smile.

“Then I met you, I felt that there was something different that I had never felt during my time with the ancient tribe. The longer I've been with you, the more sure all I've been looking for is a friend like you. In order to deepen our bond, I realized I had to let go of the ancient tribe in order to freely travel with you. Therefore without thinking any further, I immediately left the ancient tribe in order to adventure with you. That feels more fun.”

Master Gyo was happy to hear Hex's words, but he did not want to show his feelings for the man.

“I think you're crazy. Leaving your army for someone .. I didn't expect there to still be a freak like you,” he said with a sigh.

Light who was sitting on a boulder just smiled hearing their conversation.

After knowing the reason Hex left the ancient tribe, Lyan began to ask, “Since you have no problem with the ancient tribe, will you come with us to meet them?”

“What? You guys want to meet them?”

Hex scratched his head for a moment.

“Since you guys are my friends, I don't seem to have any other options.”

“Alright, it's decided. I'll look for their whereabouts first.”

“How do you do it, Lyan?” Light jump from a big rock.

“I have the ability that can make me see the existence of all living things in one continent, Guru.”

Everyone was surprised to hear it.

“What is this like ability that Agni once used?” Master Gyo still remembers the horrific events he witnessed in the Past Meditations that Endless had shown them.

Lyan nodded slowly. “True, Master.”

‘What?! Then isn't Lyan already on par with a god of Agni's class?!’ Master Gyo could not help his surprise.

“When I use this ability, the whole life in the Continent of Light will feel it” Lyan turned to look up at the sky. “In other words, Astaroth will also come to feel it.”

“But I don't care because after meeting with our colleagues, I plan to meet him.”

A terrifying and terrifying pressure emanated from Lyan along with her two eyes that suddenly turned black and white. From the sky appeared two gigantic eyes that presented even more formidable pressure, making the breath of his comrades restrained instantly.

Happy fasting for those who run. 🙏
