Attacking Astaroth

The next day Lyan and those involved in Astaroth's attack gathered in a tent to discuss their plans and roles. After the meeting finished the night they immediately moved to Astaroth Island.

Lyan was a little worried considering that at the meeting, You volunteered to face Venom alone. Despite hearing from Yuna about the hidden power of the Soul that was equivalent to the Hermit of the Universe, Venom still would not be easy to deal with because he was already at the top of the Hermit of the Universe.

Yet this was the choice of Youl, Lyan felt she should not doubt it. He could only trust in that combat tiger to overcome Venom.

The next day as Venom, Lilia and Zemus flew together towards the island of Astaroth, they were suddenly confronted by four figures. The four figures were Master Gyo, Light, Youl and Hex.

“Hahaha! Whatisthis? Hex, how dare you—”

Lilia's countenance paled when she realized that among the four figures was a combat tiger. After her defeat to the Dark Side, Lilia still felt shock to this day.

Zemus was no less pale as he recalled how the Dark Side toyed with him last time.

“Tiger is my part, you take care of the rest.”

Venom's words made Lilia calm down a bit.

“Do not underestimate it, Venom.” Lilia whispered softly, “Please kill him to avenge me.”

Venom only smiled before looking at Youl for a moment and flew away from there, as if understanding Venom asking him to fight elsewhere the combat tiger immediately followed.

Lilia and Zemus felt relieved after the combat tiger left the place.

“I don't know why you suddenly confronted us like this, Hex. I hope you don't forget our last fight.” Lilia grinned.

“Hey, it's not just me that's blocking your way! Second teacher and third teacher are also with me!”

Lilia laughed softly. “What are you talking about, stupid. They're just trash I don't need to think about.”

“What? Rubbish you say?” Hex clenched his hand hard. “How dare you insult my teacher! Insulting them is tantamount to insulting me!”

Hex darted towards Lilia while taking a hard blow, Lilia managed to dodge and flew backwards.

“Zemus, you take care of the two garbage,” said Lilia who was being chased by Hex.

“Dragon your mouth, damn it!” Hex gave off a red aura and increased his speed to chase after Lilia.

“When he is not our student, why did he do it, yes?” Master Gyo scratched his forehead.

Light shrugged his shoulders. “I will help him because the woman does not seem to be easily overcome alone.”

“Then what about this old man?” ask Master Gyo.

“With your strength now, you can take care of it easily.”

Suddenly a transparent shield appeared as Light was about to catch up with Hex.

“You think you can just walk away after you ran away with cheating me?!” Zemus stared at Light sharply.

“I think you're wrong.” Light's eyes were directed at Master Gyo. “The one tricking you is this guy.”

Zemus laughed. “You think I'm stupid can't tell a person's face apart?! Don't expect a loser like you to trick me a second time.”

Light turned towards Master Gyo. “How? Want me or you to take care of it?”

Master Gyo sighed. “Let me just.”

Zemus felt angry because their way of speaking underestimated him too much. “You! How dare you underestimate—”

Zemus' eyebrows shot up when he saw Light tear his transparent shield with just the use of both hands.

‘Since when was he that strong?!’ Zemus could not help his shock because the last time he remembered that man was only someone whose strength was at the level of Sky Energy.

“Wait! You!” Zemus pointed at Light but the man ignored him and flew further and further away.

Zemus could only bully his teeth while clenching his hand hard.

“Hey, your opponent is here, let's finish our business.”

“Who else are you?!” Zemus had no recollection of ever meeting the silver-haired man.

“Hm, it turns out you don't believe Light's words just now. Let me help you remember.” Master Gyo turned into a Demon Fox, making Zemus surprised instead of playing.

“Sial! You were the loser who tricked me back then!”

Zemus immediately unleashed his full strength, a pitch-black aura began to surge out enveloping his entire body.

Zemus' eyes turned full black. Behind him appeared a black flame that slowly formed a huge dragon.

“Ephemeral!”

BLAARS!

Zemus instantly exerted his full strength to kill Master Gyo in a single strike, but when the puff of smoke thinned Zemus had to be shocked because the figure of Master Gyo had disappeared from there.

“You think I'm still the same as I was?”

The echoing sound of Master Gyo makes Zemus look around looking for his whereabouts. “Where are you?!”

Master Gyo's breath was heard.

“I'm so sorry to have used this form because you who are now can't even feel my existence. But since I already have to use it.” Master Gyo appears above Zemus. “Using a life span of ten years seems to be enough.”

Master Gyo took off one hard punch right at the top of Zemus' head.

BLAARS!

One blow Master Gyo managed to make Zemus become a blood clot in an instant.

“Do not think this is done!” Zemus slowly returned to his form but before becoming perfect suddenly the entire place darkened and his regeneration came to a halt.

‘What happened?!’ Zemus felt his entire body feel hot.

He could see Master Gyo who was slowly returning to his human form walking in the darkness approaching him.

“What are you doing?!” Zemus whose body was still half a blood clot paled as the heat in his body grew hotter.

Master Gyo who has returned to the human form holds the head of Zemus. “Of course kill troublesome creatures who like to regenerate like you.”

Master Gyo's hand holding Zemus' head began to emit light, Zemus felt his entire body getting hotter and experienced tremendous pain. “Am-forgive me!”

A gigantic black sphere suddenly appeared covering them. The black sphere quickly shrank to a small extent and as light burst out from within the sphere, an almighty explosion occurred.

“Doomsday!”

BLAARS!

The powerful explosion made Zemus disappear in an instant. Not long after that the darkness that enveloped the place again became light.

“I have to catch up with them now.” Master Gyo flew at high speed.

While Lyan and Yuna who were already on Astaroth Island had to be surprised by Astaroth who had been standing with his troops as if they had been waiting for their arrival.

“Do you guys think I didn't know you guys were coming here?” Astaroth who stuck his sword into the ground grinned.
