The form of Master Gyo that almost completely resembled a fox began to be seen from the thinning puff of smoke. His eyes flashed a deep blue light.
“Hm~ I just found out it can use such technique with manusi—”

The rapid barrage of blows made the Shards of Laziness drag backwards several meters despite trying to hold it back.

“You can't win from me, Fractional Cunning.” White threads shot out again from the puff of smoke that already seemed thinning, forming the form of a fox head that was the size of Master Gyo's body. “This time I'll swallow you.”

While in the soul room Rain who had been continuously channeling his energy on Lyan his body was slowly eroded, while the soul crystals above them began to experience cracks.
During the time of absorbing the soul crystal power, the fragments of memories from the two lives continuously flowed in Lyan's mind during this time.
The first memory fragment belongs to a raven. From his memory, Lyan could see the beginning of the birth of every tribe created by Astaroth.
The second memory fragment belongs to Rain, who is a fragment of Endless' power. From him, Lyan had visions of Endless' life with the Sage Gods for millions of years.
The two fragments of memory finally ended up flowing in his head. Lyan's eyes slowly opened. After his black-colored eyes on the left and white on the right returned to normal, a thin smoke seemed to spread out from his body.
“HAAAAH!”
Lyan's eyes turned black and white again. His exclamation created an almighty wave of energy vibrating the entire soul space. The cracked soul crystal suddenly shattered into dust fragments, while Rain's body eroded increasingly faster until only the upper body was left now.
“You did it, Lyan.” Rain smilingly looked at Lyan who had just risen to her feet. He was happy to see that young man was finally able to absorb the entire soul crystal power along with his strength.
Lyan looked at Rain with a gloomy look. He realized without Rain's help that it was impossible for him to absorb all the power contained in the soul crystal.
Lyan felt hurt from knowing the fact that a God Blessing like Rain would disappear completely if it had no power left on him.
“I won't forget you, Rain.”
“I'm not missing, Lyan. All my strength and memory are within you. I will always be with you.”
“For the size of a demon shard like a crow man it is actually impossible to be able to turn into such a large soul crystal. Someone did it and I think you already know who he is.”
“Because you managed to absorb the entire soul crystal power, this is a blessing for us. However, if only then did I not realize about this soul crystal then things would be bad. Be careful. We don't know what the person's destination is.”
“May you always be blessed, Lyan.” Rain smiled before he disappeared completely.
Lyan clenched her hand hard.
He then looked ahead and found Master Gyo who was taking over his body was in danger.

‘Rest, Master. I'll take care of it for you.’
The feeling of surprise and pleasure mixed in Master Gyo when he heard Lyan's voice.
Finally his disciple who had been six months more in the awakened soul room which signified that the soul crystal inside there had been successfully absorbed. Master Gyo could not imagine how powerful his disciple was right now.

Master Gyo immediately returned the body to its original owner.

The shards of Laziness that were intending to swallow Master Gyo suddenly crashed into the transparent shield end of his own creation.
‘What?! What happened?!’
Shards of Laziness could not help his shock of seeing himself suddenly crashing down without realizing anything.
Shards of Laziness gulped down his saliva when the look in his eyes met Lyan. There was something that felt strange and difficult to explain to himself. The strength of the young man before him felt increasingly smaller and weaker even to the point of being unable to be felt anymore, but the Shards of Laziness could feel a great danger like death if he dared to approach even a little.
Judging from the situation made the Shards of Laziness convinced that the young man he was facing right now was not Master Gyo, but the owner of the real body.
