Lyan was dragged away long before finishing her speech. The fish grew more ferocious and continued to attack without giving a pause. His strength and speed continued to increase, Lyan increasingly difficult to withstand every attack that came.

‘I must as soon as possible find the soul core of the crow man.’

Lyan flew away from the fish. The monster chased from behind.

“Master, can you explain to me more specifically about the existence of the crow's soul core?” ask Lyan to Master Gyo.

“You can find it in your soul room.”

The soul space was a vast place and had no end. Searching for the human core of a crow in the soul room was not much different like searching for a needle in a vast desert.

“How could I possibly—”

“Do you think you're really going to look for it by browsing through all the places in the soul room?” Master Gyo sighed.

“Then?”

“This soul space is yours. You can find the essence of the human spirit of the crow by increasing your entire senses to feel it.”

Master Gyo disappears and appears right behind Lyan. He immediately brushed off the water ball fired by the fish that had almost hit Lyan.

“Quick find now! Since my lifespan is only a few months left, I cannot use too much strength.”

Making use of the time Master Gyo gave, Lyan looked for a safe place and immediately closed her eyes. He increased all his five senses.

It had already been a few minutes but Lyan was still unable to find the location of the existence of the human crow's soul core.

While Master Gyo begins to be overwhelmed against his opponent.

‘Quickly, Lyan..’ Inner Master Gyo.

As Lyan's entire five senses increased to the extent that she began to feel an overwhelming calm, she became extremely sensitive. His ears could hear the slightest sound within a wide range. As if fused with his soul space, he could see the entire soul space field within a wide range even though his eyes were closed.

Lyan began to take her breath in. Exhales slowly.

Back then too Master Gyo was unable to withstand the attacks anymore. He bounced around and the fish started darting towards Lyan.

The eyes of the fish let out a black light. His sharp teeth began to approach Lyan's shoulders.

“I managed to find it, Master.”

Lyan suddenly disappeared and was seen far above the fish before the monster's sharp teeth hit him.

The fish darted upwards in pursuit, Lyan briefly turned her head downwards before flying at high speed towards the top.

“NUCLEAR PUNCH!”

He looked like he was hitting the air, but unexpectedly the area that was the target of his punch began to crack, spreading wide in all directions until it finally shattered like broken glass.

Master Gyo looked surprised to see a gigantic black crystal shrouded in dark aura floating in the air after an invisible wall was destroyed by Lyan.

“Can't be... His soul core is already that big?!”

Lyan immediately stuck her palm up. The black aura surrounding the crystal suddenly shot into his palm swiftly.

“GRAAAAGH!”

Lyan's cry created a violent surge of energy. The fish that was hunting him since earlier suddenly came to a halt in the air. The dark aura surrounding him started to drag up and into Lyan's raised palm.

The fish seemed to tremble before its body mysteriously dried up. After its entire aura was absorbed, the fish fell leaving only the bones that emitted smoke.

“GRAAARGH!”

Once again Lyan exclaimed and her voice this time sounded much louder. The young man's eyes flashed a black radiance. His body suddenly gave off a terrifying dark aura.

“It's bad. Lyan couldn't possibly absorb such a huge soul core. I have to stop him immediately.”

Before Master Gyo acted, Rain suddenly appeared and landed both of his palms onto Lyan's back. He channeled a certain amount of energy into the young man's body.

“Good work, Hermit. I'll take care of the rest.”

Shortly after Rain channeled his energy into Lyan's body, the young man's eye color seemed to be constantly changing. From full black to full white, from full white back to full black. The color change of his eyes continued.

Not long after, Lyan clenched her teeth. His mouth began to emit a thin smoke.

Suddenly, Lyan shouted again. Waves of energy that were much larger than before were created, making Rain who channeled energy startled and dragged back several steps.

‘Learnest. Just by absorbing a small portion of the power from the soul crystal, his ability increased by this.’

After her exclamation ended, Lyan immediately sat cross-legged in the air while closing her eyes. The young man's body began to emit a faint smoke.

Rain sat cross-legged behind him and re-channeled the energy.

Master Gyo smiled widely, he could see out there Lyan's physical body started to experience a rift that signified the young man had successfully entered the body reconstruction phase.

‘I did not expect that just slightly absorbing the soul core of the crow man could make him enter the body reconstruction phase,’ Inner Master Gyo while staring at the gigantic soul crystal floating in the air.

‘If he manages to absorb it completely, how strong will Lyan be? Earth hermit? No, with the size of a soul crystal that big, I can't imagine it.’
