The Legend Of Lyan 2
Demon Energy

Lilith's gaze began to lead to the land of the Continent of Light which had been split by the devastating attack of Astaroth. Not only was the continent's land divided, Lilith also saw the ocean parting until it formed a path in the middle.

“Second condition, you must clear up the problems that occurred due to the impact of your fight with Astaroth.”

Lyan immediately took her eyes out to the ocean. It was seen by him that black steam emerged from the surface of the sea.

“It was demonic energy generated by Astaroth's attack,” Lilith said as if knowing what Lyan was thinking. “The sea water has been polluted by powerful demonic energy, in the near future the living creatures in the ocean that absorbed it will soon mutate into monsters.”

Lilith's words reminded Lyan of the fish monster she had encountered in the soul space, a fish that had mutated due to being polluted by its deteriorating aura, which could also grow stronger by absorbing its aura.

Lyan was sure it was not much different from the sea creatures that had been polluted by demonic energy. It must be even more powerful so that it can make many living creatures of the ocean turn into monsters. From Lilith's statement saying that it will happen in the near future, Lyan assumed that the number of polluted sea creatures would far exceed her estimates so it would take time to get them all mutated.

If the case was really the same as it had been in his soul space, then they would also grow stronger by absorbing demonic energy. Solving this problem will become even more difficult because he who has become Xora already has demonic energy.

Not only himself, even the Residents of the Light Continent also had a little demonic energy. In other words, facing them was just like giving them food. “Do not joke. Asking me to overcome them is the same as you deliberately want to strengthen them by absorbing my demonic energy.”

Lilith looked surprised at Lyan's words. “Where did you know that?!”

“What is it important now?” Lyan stared at Lilith. “Fucking devil base!”

“It looks like you misunderstood. I'm only surprised that you know this type of monster will grow stronger by absorbing demonic energy. But, I have no intention of nurturing such disgusting creatures as them.”

“Then why are you asking me to deal with them?! Can't you demons do that?! I'm sure you guys clearly understand better and have a way to deal with this problem before the creatures in the ocean mutate!”

“True, your guess is very precise.” Lilith looked at Lyan coldly. “We could have solved this problem, but as I said this is a problem you created, we have no reason to interfere.”

“Partially with the appearance of the monster will add to the suffering of the lowly humans. Frustration, fear and bad feelings that will make them dark in the eyes in order to survive .. It is the thing that most demons like us,” continued Lilith with a flat expression.

Lyan clenched her hand hard, she just remembered that the bad side of humans is food for demons. Asking the devil for help overcomes this is tantamount to having them give up the mountainous food that is already in front of their eyes, surely none of them would do such a foolish thing.

“Fucking basis..,” umpat Lyan while staring at Lilith in annoyance. “Alright! I'll take care of them! Now release the curse and go! I'm no longer looking at your face!”

“What else is it?!”

“Astaroth's demonic energy not only polluted the sea of the Continent of Light, the sea of the Continent of Light was also contaminated with his demonic energy.”

Hearing Lilith's words made Lyan surprised instead of playing. How could Astaroth's demonic energy be able to cross over to another continent?

“Cannot be! Don't joke with me!”

“Yes, that is if a human being becomes Xora. You don't even realize your power can now obliterate two continents easily.” Lilith smiled mockingly. “High-level demon moves like Astaroth are even capable of splitting the Bright Continent in case they don't weaken due to your layered transparent shield. Luckily the attack came to a halt when it almost touched the mainland tip of the Bright Continent.”

“Can be said indirectly you have saved them.” Lilith laughed softly.

Lyan paid no heed to Lilith. Because in his mind now felt a dilemma because the monsters that had to be overcome were not only in the Continent of Light, but also the Continent of Light. With only one body, how could he overcome all of them? Did he have to enlist the help of the other fellows who were now in the Dark Continent in order to be able to deal with this matter? So thought Lyan. His mind became tangled.

Looking at Lyan's agitated look, Lilith smiled coldly as if she knew what the young man was thinking. “About the Continent of Light, you don't have to worry about it.”

Lyan looked at Lilith sharply. “What do you mean?”

“After I unleash their curse, they will be reborn into human beings who have no demonic energy. Their strength would not decrease in the slightest. With their abilities, facing the sea creatures that have mutated into monsters is not a difficult thing.”

In front of Lilith suddenly appeared a small black sphere. The black sphere floated high upwards before giving off a bright light.

“Because you have agreed to both terms and I have explained everything you need to know, it is time for me to release the curse of the inhabitants of this continent.”

The light shone brighter and brighter so that Yuna who was at a distance of tens of meters from them immediately closed her eyes, while Lyan used her hands to block the light from entering to disturb her view

In a blinding light Lilith resumed her words. “So, all you have to think about now is the lowly human lives that exist in the Bright Continent. Save as many useless lives as you can. If you manage to overcome this problem, Mr. Lucifer will soon invite you to come to the demon tower.”
