76. Gofar Mansion

After repairing trucks belonging to the Gamprit organization, Budi immediately took over the driver's seat. Besides Liliana was waiting.

“Sorry long wait.”

“No problem.”

The truck can be run again, Budi immediately turned back the destination back to the city of Sawi.

“What do you want to do to them?.”

Liliana talked about Jiecie and her accomplice who were now in the container box unconscious.

Liliana added that her father had done such a thing even before the girl was born. It makes Budi wonder how such barbaric acts have not been sniffed by the police for decades.

Said Liliana while kicking the body of Ridwan who was still unconscious.Seeing that Budi immediately understood what happened. The mayor of Gofar must have bribed Ridwan who is the police chief of the city of Sawi.

Budi saw Liliana's body tremble with a sad face. He must have felt depressed because he kept what he knew about his father's cruel acts.

He felt guilty for keeping his mouth shut which caused many people to suffer to the point of losing their lives at the hands of his father.

Budi's hand touched Liliana's shoulder, making the golden-haired girl shocked.

“Do you need a hug?.” asked Budi.

Liliana just laughed a little. He wiped the tears that pooled in his eyelids and left the basement room which was then followed by Budi who was finished with his work.

Outside Budi pensively stared at the luxurious Mansion. He thought about how a very magnificent house like a palace might keep a dark secret underneath.

What exactly makes the mayor of Gofar like that?.

Was it because of the position and wealth that he had that made him taller than other humans?.

Thinking about it made Budi rethink what he would do to Jiecie and his comrades was the right thing.

Budi Mulia was worried, what if later he became a human without empathy with other fellow humans such as the Mayor of Gofar City.

“Why bother thinking, anyway I am no longer a human being.”

Budi stared at the right arm which was slowly overgrown by white scales. It was the effect of the change in the shape of the lizard human race.

Liliana came out from inside the Mansion, making Budi immediately return his right arm as before, he tried to behave normally but in the eyes of the girl it just looked completely unusual.

Liliana was like a mother who saw her son hiding something behind his back, she kept finding out what Budi was hiding.

Budi is not good at lying so he tries to avoid questions, but Liliana is a reliable investigator.

During their journey to the inner region of the wall on foot, Liliana continued to correct information until Budi was cornered.

The young man also showed a change in his body that was similar to a lizard, but not as a race but only in the form of abilities. So Liliana still regarded Budi as a human being.

The party had ended when the two returned to the city. They parted ways after entering Yuki's Mansion.

But Budi won't be returning to his shop tonight. He instead headed to Yuniar's room and entered after using the duplicate key that the woman had given him.

Seeing Budi enter the room of the mother Kingdom, suddenly Liliana was once again shocked.

“Yaampun, how many concubines would like her to have.”

Liliana could not imagine seeing the young man in the taxi actually had an affair with his own mother.

But Liliana didn't want to bother about it.

He again takes a stance like he did when he learned his father was a cruel psychopath who loved to torture and had killed dozens of people in the basement of their home.

Liliana will ignore and will not care about others or problems that she thinks do not benefit her.
