74. Interception

A cargo truck passed by at night. Several heavily armed men stood on top of the truck to protect the vehicle.

Several times they sprinkled the roof of the truck with powder that was the potion of the night monster repellent.

“Well, can you come back with us to the city of Sawi?.” asked Budi amid the serene weapons that tried to kill him.

Jiecie who realized there was an oddity immediately asked her bottom to stop.

“I will only return to that city with Gamprit's army, we will conquer that city and take control of it.” Jiecie replied.

“If that's the case then it will be very boring.”

Budi's voice sounded so close from Jiecie, as if the young man was speaking right beside her.

“Hey Miss, can I ask you out?.”

Cold sweat flowed when Jiecie realized that it was not just the feeling, but the fact was that Budi was already beside him directing the rabbit dagger on the woman's neck.
