S4 Chapter 53 "Up to the End of Time" The Best Brother

After lunch, Nuri, Najwa, and Habibi head to the porch of the house to chat. Nuri did not expect that her cousin had known Najwa before she introduced him. And, his attempt to introduce him was not in vain. She is happy, seeing Najwa with her familiar cousin.

"Don't talk like that, Ainun. Think of it as a valuable lesson in your life. Don't be like that anymore. You deserve a better man than Dio. Believe me, surely you can get someone more than Dio" Habibi said

"Dio, I'll leave the house, you'll be there. I have an uncle and an aunt and Evan. I've been in a coma for 2 days, and the doctor said, if you haven't been conscious until tomorrow morning, we can't expect anything from Dio." Rania is getting sobbing in there.

"Rania, listen to me. You're patient, you have to be strong, mom must be fine." Dio grew increasingly anxious to hear Rania's cries getting louder with a hiccup.

"Ran, you're called by the doctor" Evan's voice was heard calling Rania.

Dio looks at the guest room that Rania used to use when Dio didn't want her to sleep in one room with him. He approached the room, before going to the office. Dio opened the guest room door.

"Ran, why does it hurt so much to my chest, when I remember our marriage. Were you this sick before? When I treat you rudely?" mumbling Dio.

Dio went inside. There are still remnants of Rania's belongings that Rania did not bring home. The unused papers are still stored in the drawer of the dressing table.Rania used to decorate. Dio saw a light blue paper in Rania's handwriting.

"Dio, the man I love after dad. He is my husband, my husband who does not love me. But when he loved me. Even if Dio doesn't love me, I'll love him forever, just like the first time I fell in love with him."

Dio read the writing, without feeling Dio's tears dripping down his cheeks. Dio wiped his tears. He read Rania's writing again on another paper.

"Najwa, you're going to the boutique, right?" ask Nuri.

"Yes, I went with Habibi for a while to the hospital" Najwa replied.

"Okay, you guys be careful. Quickly formalize your relationship," said Nuri.
