S4 Chapter 41 "Stay Loving You" The Best Brother

"Ran, don't cry, I'll be fine" Dio said, rubbing Rania's head.

Rania just kept quiet and kept crying regardless of what Dio was saying. He doesn't know how to. His father is very ill and is now in critical condition in the ICU. The swelling of the heart that Reno suffered made Reno now critically experienced in the ICU.
