CH. 11 - Philanthropic

Levin walks with Hernand to return him to the cure. Hernand's body thrashed to try to escape, but even so his body was weak and his strength was not as great as his age, Levinpun then locked Hernand's hand on his back, making Hernand in pain if he moved.

"Come on, you know you can't escape, don't you?" ask Levin.

"By.. Stupid jerk. You let the Safa hand over her property to the kingdom. I've never seen anyone as stupid as you all my life" Hernand said as he tried to take a breath of exhaustion, he thrashed around a little, then was in pain and finally he was silent.

"I think Safa would be happy to share her treasure buried in that lake with you, if you don't act like this. You should have used your brain instead of your feelings" Levin said, breathing with relief as he watched the village before him. Hernand was just speechless, his face then looked resigned and disappointed.

"Finally, we arrived" said Levin, turning to the house of the medic, and entering the house. The medic was seen pacing the room, his face shocked when he saw Hernand.

"Hernando! Where have you been! I can't believe you still dare to show your nose here. And.. And what happened to you? Why are you tied up?" ask the medic confused to Levin.

"I think I managed to bring the flower and Hernand to you, so maybe you should cut the cost" Levin continued. He smiled warmly at the medic.

"Don't worry about your pay, sir. I think your help is greater than my help" said the medic, smoothing the plant, mixing it with a liquid and rubbing it on the woman's wounds.

"Now that you can leave, bringing Hernand here is more than enough for me, all I need is a certainty of whether he will continue to work for me or not. But it looks like you got some trouble looking for him, you must be really tired too, I think you deserve to get more compensation. And you, Hernand! I don't want to see you disappear again. I don't care what happened to you, but all I need now are those plants, so go find those plants, but if you don't come back in a day, then I guess I should find someone new to replace you" said the medic. Hernand sits limp, his face red and he doesn't care what's going on around him, he keeps thinking about the treasure and Safa, his girlfriend. Levin bowed to the medic, and walked toward the woman lying asleep on the drug.

"Thank you very much, Mr. medic. I think you should be careful what Hernand does next, he's a little hot right now. And I will take this woman with me to the inn, she still needs some time off to recover to her condition soon. May Hartlova repay your generosity" said Levin, who then embraced the sleeping woman out.
