It doesn't feel like the night is getting late. Daniel who is usually already in the dream, for tonight his eyes are still wide open. His index finger seemed engrossed in playing the pendant necklace he had taken from his study desk drawer. Seeing the pendant made him remember Khalisha's face when she had her pendant taken away. Although his face looks flat, but he can see the sadness from the look of his eyes.

He sighed. Some of the burden he had felt had disappeared. Expressing the feeling that he had been quieting all this time made him feel relieved. But now, his mind was deadlocked. Instead, he dizzy thinking of ways to get Khalisha's heart, making Khalisha fall in love with him. Khalisha gave him a chance. And of course, he can't waste it.

"Den Daniel! Den's asleep?" bi Nani asked as she knocked on Daniel's door.

Daniel's eyes turned to the door of his room. Bi Nani usually knocks on the door of her room in the middle of the night. There must be something important to talk to him about.

"Come in, Bi! The door is not locked," he exclaimed stopping the movement of the pendant necklace.

Hearing her employer's son tell her to come in, Bi Nani emboldens herself to enter Daniel's room. Slowly, Bi Nani opened the room door.

"Sorry, Den. At midnight like this Bibi interfered," said Bi Nani standing in the doorway. Actually, Bi Nani felt bad for interrupting Daniel's break. But what can I do. If not for urgent matters, he would not be presumptuous to disturb his master's son in the middle of the night.

"It's okay, Bi. Just relax. I haven't slept either, either" said Daniel casually, "what's the matter, Bi? Tumben Aunty hasn't slept at this hour?"

Bi Nani inhaled the air deeply, then exhaled it slowly. "Aunt here would like to ask Aden for permission."

"What does Aunt want permission for?" daniel asked in shock. Not usually the maid who had been considered as a family asked her for permission.

"Tomorrow morning Auntie's permission to go home, huh, Den?"

"Tumben, Bi? What's the matter?" asked Daniel in wonder.

"Aunty's son is sick, Den," replied Bi Nani worriedly thinking about her son in the village, "Auntie's permission to go home, Den. Later if Aunt's son is healed, Aunt must be back here soon."

"Yes, tomorrow Auntie will go back to the village. Maybe Bibi's child is sick because of miss with Aunty," he guessed, "bibi tomorrow leaves at what time? Can I take you, Bi?"

"No, Den. Auntie doesn't have to be delivered. If Den Daniel send Bibi, Aden even late again to school," refused Bi Nani.

"Well, that's it" said Daniel somewhat disappointedly, "Auntie be careful, yes. May your aunt's child recover quickly."

"Thank you, Den," Bi Nani replied with a happy smile, "tomorrow Auntie left at 7 am. As long as Aunt is not around, Den Daniel don't forget to eat. Also, do not sleep too late. Not good for health. If Aden's sick, who's taking care of Aden while Bibi's coming home?"

Daniel smiled at Bi Nani. Bi Nani was very attentive to him. It was very different with my mom and dad. Let alone attention, just go home and see himself, they rarely do it. Therefore, she loved Bi Nani more as a maid in her home than her own parents.

"Khalisha's necklace is in Aden's hands?" asked Bi Nani confused.

Daniel took a breath. With hesitation, he said, "I took Khalisha's necklace, Bi."

Bi Nani was shocked to hear the words of her employer's son. He contributed to raising Daniel from childhood to this size, the nature and all the behavior of Daniel is nothing he does not know. As long as he took care of Daniel, this was the first time he had heard directly that the child he had been raising had stolen the property of others.

"Auntie's dumbass?" daniel's question managed to break Bi Nani's daydream.

"Aunt remember Khalisha's time here?"

Daniel smiled slightly looking at Bi Nani. He could not hide anything from his servant.

"I like Khalisha, Bi. Making her a maid was just the reason I stayed close to her" she said.

Bi Nani smiled hearing that. Not felt, the child who had been cared for, has now grown up. He had even felt what his name was in love with. Bi Nani then approached Daniel in his bed. His hands gently stroked Daniel's hair.

"Den Daniel has expressed Aden's feelings for Khalisha?" bi Nani asked to stop her hand.

"Already, Bi."

"Trus, Khalisha, what's the answer?" asked Bi Nani curiously.

"He didn't answer anything, Bi. I also know that she doesn't have any feelings for me yet. But, he gave me a chance to chase him, Bi," explained Daniel happily, "but the problem is now, I'm confused Bi how to make Khalisha like me?"

Bi Nani laughed a little. Only this time did he see Daniel in such confusion. He usually does not care about others, including his own friends. His cold attitude was more controlling of himself.

Feeling that he had been in Daniel's room for too long and his business was over, Bi Nani decided to return to his room immediately.

"Auntie back to the room, Den. Den Daniel has to go to bed. Tomorrow's school, Den. Do not be late because of waking up late," said Bi Nani reminded, "Den Daniel prayed a lot with God. Ask God to be betrothed to Khalisha."

"Thank you, Bi his advice," Daniel smiled. He got up from his bed and went to his desk. His hand opened his bag and placed Khalisha's necklace in a small pouch inside his bag.

Bi Nani smiled happily. Not wanting to interfere with Daniel's rest time, Bi Nani also stepped out of the master's child's room.

"O Allah, help Den Daniel to get Khalisha's heart. Help Den Daniel get his happiness. During this time, Den Daniel lacked the affection of his father and mother. This time, help her get what she wants. Amen," his prayer in the heart.
