A SPECIAL ASSISTANT

Daniel stared lazily at the books lying unkempt in front of him. Every now and then, he laid his body on the floor, then looked back at his book. Instead of refocusing, it evaporates.

For an hour he has been struggling with books. After school, he went straight into his room and put some books on his desk to the floor. In just four days, he will face a daily repetition of mathematics and Indonesian. Even if it is only two, he still has to prepare himself by studying. Unfortunately, some of the material he read was not stored in his brain memory.

Suddenly, the door of the room opened. Seeing that someone had entered, he immediately sat down and picked up his book at random. If the one who enters is Khalisha, he does not want Khalisha to find himself lazing.

Daniel's guess is right. Khalisha entered her room with a tray of food. Like two days ago, he just walked into Daniel's room. He dared to do so also because Daniel allowed him to enter so easily. He also does this only during the day and evening.

"Daniel, eat first!" khalisha said as she placed the tray, "Bi Nani said you haven't eaten. I should have gone to school to eat first. If you're late eating will hurt again."

Worth it, going home from school he immediately locked himself in the room. He thought Daniel was playing games or watching television in his room. "Bi Nani is busy ironing clothes. That's why I brought your food."

"But it's Bi Nani's job" Daniel said a bit annoyed. It could be that Bi Nani let Khalisha do the job that Bi Nani was supposed to do.

"What if it's Bi Nani's job? Can't I help Bi Nani?" khalisha asked, confused.

"Of course you can't" said Daniel quickly.

"Why can't you?"

"Because you are different" replied Daniel spontaneously.

Khalisha was confused. He did not understand why Daniel would not allow him to help Bi Nani's work.

"What's different? Me and Bi Nani are both maids."

Daniel himself was at a loss as to how to explain it to Khalisha. There was no way he could tell the real reason. In fact, he never considered Khalisha as his maid. Maid, that was just an excuse to get close to her.

Bi Nani suddenly appeared in front of the door of her room that was wide open. Seeing Bi Nani, Daniel heaved a sigh of relief. Bi Nani came at the right time. The presence of Bi Nani now he can use to distract Khalisha so as not to ask again.

"It's okay, Lis. This is indeed Auntie's fault," Bi Nani smiled, "if there is nothing else, Auntie first open the door."

Bi Nani then left Daniel and Khalisha both in the room. The behavior of young people now is strange, very different from the times that expressed their feelings directly. However, his employer's son even made the girl he liked as a maid. Bi Nani really does not understand the way of Daniel's mind.

Daniel looked at Khalisha strangely. It seemed, Khalisha was angry at him.

"Why do you see me like that?"

"You shouldn't have said that to Bi Nani. I'm not good with Auntie. I wanted to help myself, but you said so" Khalisha felt guilty.

Daniel sighed, then smiled slightly. He said, "You know how else. You're my maid, not the maid in this house. Other than me, no one can tell you. Wanna?"

Nathan, Andhika, Bayu, and Bi Nani are now in front of Daniel's room. Nathan, Andhika, and Bayu both stared in shock at what was inside the room. The girl they saw outside the cafe and also the one carrying Daniel's bag, was currently in Daniel's room. Only the first time they saw that someone else had entered Daniel's room besides them and Bi Nani his maid.

"Den Daniel, Den Nathan, Den Andhika, Den Bayu, Khalisha, Auntie, excuse me first" said Bi Nani, then left the room.

Nathan, Andhika, and Bayu rush into Daniel's room. Of course they want to get acquainted with the girl who managed to win the heart of her cold friend. Unmitigated, they sat around Khalisha. However, they soon shifted away from Khalisha as Daniel stared intently at them.

Seeing Daniel's friends, Khalisha immediately picked up a tray containing dirty dishes and glasses. He should get out so as not to disturb them.

"Who are you? Why are you here?" nathan asked curiously.

"I'm Khalisha. I'm Daniel's maid," Khalisha replied, "if there's nothing else, I'll go out first."

Daniel looked in annoyance. He doesn't like to see Nathan and Andhika talking to Khalisha.

"Don't tell him! You take it yourself there in the refrigerator," cried Daniel ketus, "Lis, quickly wash the dishes! My room will smell because of the dishes. Get in the kitchen!"

As Daniel said, Khalisha stepped out of Daniel's room. Again, he did not understand what Daniel said. How could one dirty plate make Daniel's spacious room stink. What a strange thought.

Nathan, Andhika, and Bayu did not believe what he had just seen. From Daniel's words, they could tell that Daniel didn't like Khalisha talking to them. It seems Daniel really likes Khalisha.

"Your path, Niel. I'll bring you a snack, when I take it myself. However, this is your home. Guest time at will in people's homes," said Bayu.

Daniel looked coldly at Bayu, then said, "Khalisha is my servant, not your servant. Only I can tell him."

"Rather precisely a special maid," Nathan added teasingly.

"Appaan, anyway. It's not clear" said Daniel embarrassed, "you come here to do what? If I want to walk, I can't. I'm busy studying."

"Whatever," said Daniel coldly. He picked up one of the books on the floor and started reading it.

Instead of dumbstruck and no job, Nathan, Andhika, and Bayu also took the book. Actually their purpose in coming to Daniel's house was to ask him for a way out, but instead ended up reading a book. It's hard to deal with people who are in love, especially the first time. There was just his strange behavior. Daniel even made the girl he liked as a maid. Knowing this was the first time Daniel liked someone, they could not wait to find out how Daniel got Khalisha's heart, especially Khalisha also looked as cold as Daniel.
