Returnees

Sania stared at the ceiling of her room until she barely blinked. His heart has been pounding ever since. He never imagined that he would receive a statement of love from Bima.

Sania remembered that during knowing Bima she did have a good impression on him she was also admired by many people because of her perfect figure and most importantly her attitude towards Sania with attention little Bima to him who only now he realized.

" Why am I so stupid, senior is also evil he makes me worry when he will go far."

Sania covered herself with a blanket and tried not to think about it.

During the hospital Sania avoids Bima desperately she just doesn't know how to behave to him after Bima steals a kiss from her.

The next day Bima who since yesterday could not meet with Sania tried to contact him but again his call was ignored. Bima began to regret his actions to Sania and he felt that Sania was avoiding him.

When the time to go home Bima was cleaning some of his personal items in a box he also received many parting gifts from his colleagues.

Bima finally gave up to meet Sania but when looking out of his room someone was seen pacing back and forth in front of the door. Bima approached and it turned out to be Sania.

Chequek.. Sania was surprised but she could not run anymore.

" Hey. senior."

" What are you doing? why not come in?."

" It was. I. just happened to pass by."

Sania is mistaken unconscious behavior he lied but Bima can know that he was awkward with her.

" Sania, I'm sorry I was in too much of a hurry. You must be uncomfortable and burdened by me."

Sania who felt the guilt of Bima actually felt bad. He felt so evil to Bima that he avoided it blatantly.

" Senior, I can't hang your feelings because I'm confused myself. Plus we'll split up sometime we can meet again. So I'll answer it now."

Bima looks moody making Sania was not heart but this is the best thing he can do for the good of Bima.

" No, I said you could answer it later when we meet again. So please keep your answer until then."

" but..."

" Even if you refuse me, I'd like to hear it later. So please think well."

" This pen is so beautiful, I'll use it well."

bima said sincerely.

After Bima returned to her country Sania returned to her usual routine. Now every time he goes to the roof he really feels alone. Usually Sania will be accompanied by Bima while occasionally smoking together. But now whatever he does doesn't feel as good as before.

Days passed until Sania began to get used to it again without seeing the figure of Bima, her friend and senior. While examining the patient he received a message on his cell phone and it was professor Agatha who was the head of the division that was overshadowing him.

Tok.dok.. Sania did not forget to knock on the door of professor Agatha's room before entering.

" Please sit down Doctor Sania. You must be surprised I called you here."

" What's important until the professor calls me."

" So, you're gonna be done with your internship soon and I hear you're interested in becoming a psychiatric doctor."

" Yes you're right. But I don't know yet if I'm going to continue my specialist education anytime soon."

" You know professor Ryan Lewis?."

" Of course. I admired him very much and often attended seminars held by him."

" It just so happens. He called me and asked if there was a doctor he wanted to direct. He also plans to provide scholarships for his student's specialist education. So are you interested?."

Professor Agatha's words were like a cool breeze to Sania. The golden opportunity that came to her without her ever expecting made her shed happy tears.

" Of course I want to. Continuing specialist education with direct guidance by him is my biggest dream as a doctor."

Professor Agatha felt the happiness of Sania to the point that she embraced her like a mother to her child.

"Professor Ryan is believed to manage a psychiatric center in a hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia. The director of the hospital was his own best friend even though they were new to running but the hospital was quite promising. I've made a letter of recommendation for you, if you pass the test you can go straight to work there as a resident."

Sania who had just landed and set foot in her homeland kept remembering the words of professor Agatha. He saw that the afternoon sky was very bright, as bright as his heart was now.

Sania who was dragging her luggage to get out of the airport was a little overwhelmed as there was no one to pick her up when she returned unlike others who had family or perhaps friends who were already waiting for her arrival.
