Sania wakes up earlier than usual and she immediately prepares to leave for work early. When he exited his room he saw Ezra had just entered the apartment after he had finished jogging.

" Sister, you leave early in the morning."

Ezra said then headed to the kitchen to get some drinking water.

" yes. Today there's a monthly meeting and I got a turn to accompany professor Ryan so I have a lot to take care of and I'm likely to be home late today."

The hall room that was originally boisterous because the meeting participants talked to each other with colleagues was immediately silent when the president Mariana arrived to attend the meeting. Everyone stood up to show their respect and sat back down after Mariana sat down.

Led directly by the deputy director of the meeting hospital runs smoothly until they arrive at the end of the event, namely the performance and income reports of each hospital department.

Finished with Mariana's brief welcome, the meeting closed after almost 3 hours and everyone returned to their respective work.

" Professor Ryan. Can come with me to my room for a moment." said Mariana as she exited the meeting room.

" Good mom. You guys go back first, good job everyone."

Professor Ryan left the students and followed Mariana. Sania was still standing in her place and watching Mariana from behind.

" Why am I like this. What might be like Marta said the aura of the president is too strong to the point that I feel intimidated." Sania spoke to herself as she put both her hands into her suit pocket and continued to stare at Mariana until she was no longer seen by him.

The middle-aged man took off his glasses and kept the pen he was holding ready to listen to Sania.

" I have suspicions if someone is having difficulties and mental problems. But this guy is very closed and always puts boundaries between us when I really want to help him to find the root of the problem. What should I do?."

" You mean your patient isn't open even if he needs help. There are many such cases then the best thing we can do is to approach it. Make him feel good about you and not position yourself as a doctor but as someone he can trust to be a listener and who he can count on."

" You mean before we do treatment on patients we have to establish first emotional closeness with them."

" It's exactly right. That is where the skills and abilities of a psychiatric expert can be assessed. And that way you'll be able to feel what they're feeling that way as deep as I've been in this field."

Sania pensively looked at her eyes for a few moments as if thinking of something.

" You are right. I now know what to do, thank you professor. Then I'll go back to work."

Sania wakes up and says goodbye to professor Ryan. But before Sania came out of her room she said something to him.

" Doctor Sania, the one who keeps refusing help is usually the one who needs help the most. Don't give up on that guy."

Sania smiled and nodded understanding what professor Ryan said.
