New Inhabitants

A busy day for the doctors at the psychiatric center is already their daily meal. Lucky thanks to the new policy made resident doctors including Sania no longer get night shifts so the senior doctors and interns who have to take turns to get a night schedule.

" Waaah.your face is very bright, fresh and radiant, yes. Not like me." exclaimed doctor Marta, a colleague of Sania who was also more senior than him, had just completed her night duty.

" The spirit of Doctor Marta, my beautiful senior."

" Hey.. There are more recent rumors. He said some candidates for the director were already determined. There's one strongest candidate he's a surgeon who just joined and is young. Is he perhaps the granddaughter of the president?."

" I don't know.. I heard it too but it's none of our business."

" You are a boring girl. If indeed he is the granddaughter of the president that I will be excited again watch last night in the morning I will get energy from the good looks of the perfect man. Haha..."

Sania just shook her head slowly. He already knew the doctor Marta who was an admirer of handsome men.

The psychiatric center department building which is separate from the main hospital building is a little difficult for Sania when there is an urgent matter such as when he received a call from the ER that one of the psychiatric patients had bleeding as a result of the b*nuh experiment.

After being handled properly by the doctor on duty that day all situations were under control. Sania was able to breathe a sigh of relief as she survived but she still felt uneasy.

Sania intends to return to her workplace with another colleague but for not paying attention to the road she collides with someone.

" aaw.. I'm sorry.."

Sania lowered her head to apologize to the person she hit.

" Doctor Sania.."

Sania's comrade who had walked first called out to her.

" Sorry senior now I'm busy there are urgent matters with our patients. See you soon."

Sania ran after her companion leaving Bima who was still standing watching her. He put one hand in his pocket and smiled to himself.

Without realizing it, someone saw it. He looked at Bima with dislike and it was Ezra.

Who's the guy? It seems they know each other. Her inner speech.

Haaa... Sania let out a long sigh of fatigue. Though the working hours are still long but Sania's energy has been drained since morning.

" Doctor Sania, thank you for helping me out."

" It was also my duty. We're a team, so don't worry about me."

" Yes, if my patient hadn't survived I would have felt very guilty."

" Fortunately we can save him. You've worked hard, senior."

A nurse interrupted the second speaker. Sania asked for permission to immediately meet the head of her department.

" You called me, prof."

" yes. There's something I want to talk to you about, doctor."

Sania sat down after being invited by him.

" Look, there's been a new patient of mine over the last few weeks. But I think she'd be more comfortable if it was handled by you because you're both young."

" I, prof?."

" This is personal data and the results of the examination. This child is only 17 years old, has an anxiety disorder and leads to depression. It affected her academic grades so her mother was very worried."

" I'm not sure, though.."

" The case is the same as the patient you said didn't want to open up to his doctor. He didn't allow me to take care of him so it was very difficult to persuade him to go into further therapy. I'm giving you a chance to train your skills. You take it easy I'll guide you because this patient is special to me, he's my nephew."

" But why do you entrust him to me who is still resident, instead of many senior doctors who are better than me?."

" Because among others, you're a very dedicated and sincere doctor to your patients. I see your abilities continue to improve so I hope you'll help me with this."

" What you're saying, I'm still lacking a lot."

" So are you willing to accept my offer or not?."

" Good, prof. I'll do my best not to let you down."

" good. Thank you doctor Sania."

Ezra Apartment.

Ezra headed for the elevator after parking his car on the underground floor. When the elevator reached the 1st floor, a man came in looking down at his phone and stood in front of Ezra.

Until they boarded, this man still did not hit his destination floor number. Ezra was upset about it but he tried to ignore it.

When they reached the top floor of Ezra's destination, he opened his voice.

" Excuse me, you didn't dial the floor number of your destination?" said Ezra in a low, flat voice.

The man who was still focusing on his phone turned his head making Ezra surprised because it was the man he saw talking to Sania earlier this morning.

" Oh, our destination floor is the same. Are you the one who lives in the unit next door?."

Bima put on a friendly face but Ezra still did not change his flat mimic. At that moment the elevator door opened, without saying anything Ezra stepped out before Bima regardless of the question.

When closing the door of his apartment unit Ezra even half slammed it and it made Bima stunned with surprise.

" What's wrong with her?."

Bima also entered after getting a 'warm' welcome from her apartment neighbors.
