The horrendous news last night made the police even intervene because the Bagas family wanted to sue Sania for the incident that happened to him.

Bagas who had been rushed to the hospital was declared into a coma due to severe bleeding in his head. And that made Amira Bagas' mother angry.

Sania was fulfilling the police call at the time. During the examination Sania was quite cooperative although she was still traumatized by the incident.

Sandra, her mother came with a lawyer acquaintance. When he saw Sania was curled up in the iron bars at the police station and it made Sandra hysterical.

Sandra and her lawyer were finally allowed to see Sania and she told him everything from the beginning. Sania's visa evidence points to violence from Bagas as well as evidence from CCTV included to corroborate Sania's testimony that she was the victim in the case.

After a long mediation with the Bagas family lawyer it can finally be decided that what Sania is doing is just an attempt to protect themselves so that the case is agreed not to enter the court.

Because all the available evidence shows the mistake was on Bagas who was drunk trying to assault and rape Sania for the second time.

Sania was released after nearly 72 hours at the police station.

Amira can only swallow the bitterness because she did not manage to make Sania pay for what she did to Bagas. This also had a tremendous effect on his reputation and his extended family as honorable people.

Sania took a few days off at home before returning to the campus. Although he was innocent in the case of the law that befell him but it caught the attention of his friends.

Some felt sorry for her and many also openly sneered at her and it made Sania feel uncomfortable because wherever she went there were always eyes following her accompanied by whispers of people who curious towards him.

The shame he had to suffer was so excruciating that sometimes when he finished his class he would disappear and hide in a place where no one else was.

Even when Sania was sitting in the ladies' room, she cried while bribing a piece of bread because at least she had to survive to stay alive.

It was sad but there was no other choice.

Tok.. Sania knocked on the door of the rector's room after she got a call from him.

" Come in.."

" You called me, ma'am."

Glug. Sania gulped her saliva as the rector even sighed before speaking.

" After our discussions with the foundation, the university senate, and the board of trustees we decided with a heavy heart you were expelled from this campus."

Lightning seemed to strike over Sania's head for a while as her vision darkened.

" But why, mom? Is it because of my legal case yesterday? But everyone knows that I'm innocent."

" Yes, we know that. But because of that case, there is a bad impact that we got especially you are the recipient of the scholarship here and according to the rules that while you study at this campus should not be involved in any legal matters."

Sania started shedding tears. Again he was forced to surrender by circumstances. After accepting the harsh reality for the umpteenth time Sania decided to return home while thinking about what she would do next.

Sandra who saw the change in nature of Sania felt very sad. He is more silent, daydreaming and there is no spirit of life.

After thinking for a long time he finally conveyed the unexpected to Sania.

" Daughter, how about you go to school abroad. Actually, I've been saving for a long time to prepare for this and I think it will be enough for the initial registration fee and also your living expenses while there."

" What does mother mean?."

" If you're still in college here, you might have trouble like you are now, people will always talk about you. But if you go abroad, no one will dispute your case. I've been finding out there is a medical campus in America that is opening a scholarship program. There's still time until the new school year starts if you sign up from now."

" But what about you?."

" Don't think about mom, I know being a doctor is your noble goal. This is my first and last request to be a great doctor when you come back."

Sania was almost speechless. She was really moved to have a mother like Sandra who could understand her feelings without having to explain them.

Sania immediately hugged her mother and spilled all her sadness that had piled up on her chest. He cried for a long time in Sandra's arms until the burden was completely gone.
