Conflict Begins

" Haha.. Ezra why lately is rarely at home. Did he eat well, did his insomnia recur?."

Sania, who was dumped in a couch after a long day at work, continued to talk to herself while worrying about her boyfriend.

" I miss him."

Ting..Nongs..

The sound of the bell shocked him, he reflexively woke up with a happy face as he wished it was Ezra who had come.

" just a second.. Ezra did you forget again that we changed the password..."

Deg. A woman dressed in luxurious and elegant clothes who turned out to be standing in front of the door of her apartment.

" Mrs Maudy..."

Sania stuttered with a suddenly pale face. Maudy watches Sania from top to bottom and her curiosity reappears to answer her and breaks into Ezra's apartment and heads to the guest room.

Seeing Sania's many things in it Maudy let out a long sigh as if holding in anger while Sania could only duck speechlessly.

" When?."

" Yes?."

" When did you get together and stay together?." Maudy said in a high tone while tightening her teeth.

" It's been more than a year that I've lived here. But you don't get me wrong, I can explain everything."

" A minute, you said you were Sania? maybe you're the old girl.."

" Yes you're right."

" Oh my God.."

Maudy massaged his forehead because after a year he had only found out.

" Listen, I don't want to hear any excuses from you because obviously you can't be in a relationship with my son let alone live together. Break up your relationship and get out of here right now."

" But ma'am.. What about Ezra."

" You don't have to worry about him, his health problems he can still find another more competent doctor. If you refuse to leave, I'll be more suspicious that you use it to stay here for free."

" No, it's not like that, ma'am."

" Then follow my words, it's for your own good because Ezra already has a fiancee."

Sania's heart instantly thumped. His tears almost fell but he tried to hold it all his might.

Maudy then headed to the sofa and sat down arrogantly.

" I'll give you 15 minutes to pack. If it's more than that I'll throw your remaining stuff."

Sania without any chance to answer finally chose to obey Maudy's orders. He quickly packed his things and put them in his suitcase and big bag just like he did because he was afraid of running out of time.

Sania finished in less than 15 minutes and walked out of the room. Maudy was still waiting for him while folding both his hands on his chest. He glanced at the watch he was wearing.

" You saved me 3 minutes. Let me take you down."

Maudy walked ahead of Sania without caring about her frail look dragging two suitcases with heavy big bags on top.

When he arrived at the lobby, without permission even Maudy came out ahead of Sania to the parking lot while Sania went to the main door.

" Miss, did you order a taxi? Let me help you."

Said the apartment security officer who knew him.

" No sir, my goal is close. Thanks."

Sania walked very slowly because of the heavy burden she carried especially she did not know where to go such nights.

Just tens of meters he walked a luxury car that carried Maudy past him. He even accidentally opened the glass back window where he was sitting so that Sania could see it from outside. Maudy wants to show that Sania is not comparable to her family.

" Haha.. It's so sad for me."

Sania had stopped her steps because her face was starting to heat up and her eyes felt sore holding back her tears.

Tick.tik.. Drops by drops of sky water began to fall. He who tried to keep his face dry finally wet by rain water.

" Why does it have to be at a time like this."

Sania tried to go to the nearest minimarket to ride the shelter but because he could not run and the rain was getting heavier he was finally drenched as well.

His vision was blurry, he thought even if he cried no one would know. Sania gave up, she crouched down while bowing her head because since then she wanted to let out her cry that she could endure.

" Ezra's... I need you."

Taps. A large umbrella suddenly hung over Sania who was in the midst of heavy rain. He lifted his head and thought that Ezra was in front of his eyes. But after he rubbed his face then he realized that Bima who was crouching in front of him.

" Sania..why are you here? What's going on?."

" Senior.."

" Let's take shelter first, bring this umbrella let me carry your things."

Bima willingly rained while leading Sania towards the minimarket because it was the closest place to them. Sania had no choice but to follow him.

" You sit down first, let me buy you a warm drink."

Sania wants to refuse but Bima has already entered.

After a while Bima came out with two glasses of hot chocolate and two towels. He then handed each one to Sania and joined to sit in front of the minimarket.

" Thank you, senior."

For a while Bima just silently watched Sania while occasionally sipping her drink. Sania knew she was being stared at by Bima but she still chose silence.

" You're having a fight with your girlfriend?. You run away or he'll kick you out?."

" It's a little complicated to explain."

" Let's just say I'll listen from start to finish. That's if you still consider me a friend."

Sania thought for a moment. Bima was the only person who knew of his relationship with Ezra even before Maudy. All this time it was a little stifling to keep everything a secret even from the people closest to Sania and Ezra.

" If I tell him what senior can promise to keep it a secret."

" Of course. You know me, right. I'm a trustworthy person."
