Preparation Against Hard Flow Groups

"As long as the two higher-ups of the Hard Stream group did not come together, Master felt that they could handle it." Gus Mukhlas was quite confident in his abilities.

The middle-aged woman was clearly shocked to hear Gus Mukhlas' statement, she did not really understand the martial world but the woman knew the leader of the Hard Stream group that threatened their city was very strong.

"Master please help us!" The woman begged.

Gus Mukhlas nodded slowly, explaining that this woman had not told anyone of their intention to help her. Gus Mukhlas must first study the situation and also devise the right strategy to solve the problem.

After eating the dish, Gus Mukhlas returned to his room to recover his condition. Gus Mukhlas thinks it's possible that he has to face a fighter who has the ability to balance it so that Gus Mukhlas must as much as possible maintain the condition of his body to stay prime.

Asrul returned to his room as well and began to practice breathing to strengthen himself. Asrul could not help Gus Mukhlas to deal with the higher-ups of the Red Axe Group with his abilities now but at least he could reduce the burden of Gus Mukhlas by eliminating as many members of the Hard Flow group as possible first class down.

The storm really came, the rain fell with strong winds and lightning. The storm lasted for two days non-stop, the advantage of this storm was that the Hard Stream group had yet to show themselves, it was definitely difficult for them to travel in such bad weather.

Gus Mukhlas has recovered his condition until he became primed again after last encountering a crocodile demon. After that Gus Mukhlas focused his attention on increasing the inner energy he had. In addition to going out to eat and shower, Gus Mukhlas shut himself up in his room.

Asrul acted similarly, in addition to eating and cleaning himself, he confined himself in the room and continued to increase his cultivation.

Usually Asrul only trained breathing for one hour every day but the last two days he trained breathing for three hours every day.

Asrul's physical strength increased greatly in these two days to the point that he could barely control his own strength.

"If the addition of my strength continues like this then when I reach the great grand master, my strength will compensate the famous fighter despite not having any inner strength..." Asrul was so excited to feel his new strength.

Asrul had indeed heard there were some fighters in history who were able to reach the top of the martial world just relying purely on their physical strength without the help of internal energy. Actually Asrul felt it was impossible but now he could feel for himself that it was possible.

The difference is that the fighters in this legend spent decades to make their bodies so strong while Asrul in three years had exceeded first class fighters in general and most importantly his age had not reached 30 the year!

On the fourth day Gus Mukhlas and Asrul were in this city, the storm began to subside. Even though it was raining heavily, there was no more lightning.

Usually when the storm passes, everyone will be filled with joy because they can move again as before but the residents of this city are actually sad and feel threatened.

Over the past few days the storm protected them from the arrival of the Hard Stream Group intent on killing all of them remaining. Not a single citizen could calm down in the face of the incoming problems, the remaining city guards also felt lethargic because they felt their lives would not last much longer.

Asrul shook his head, "Teacher, Disciple can be useful and help the teacher finish off the members of the Hard Flow Class group. Teachers can save energy to face their leaders."

Gus Mukhlas did not want Asrul to be involved in danger but Asrul reminded him that even a hundred years of stealth did not scare him much less only the members of the Hard Stream group whose ability is a first-class fighter down.

"If you think about it, Asrul didn't even flinch when dealing with the assassins from the Silver Hawk..." Gus Mukhlas realized sooner or later Asrul will be involved in many bloody battles as a person who lives in the martial world but still for Gus Mukhlas, Asrul is still so young.

Gus Mukhlas was sure in the black stream that even a young man of the same age as Asrul once killed could definitely be counted with his fingers and that killing as many as Asrul could not be found.

"Teachers need not worry, although students kill from a young age but students will never forget the roots of the students of the white school and all the teachings of the teacher..." Asrul can understand the concerns of Gus Mukhlas, he himself if in the position of Gus Mukhlas will definitely think the same thing.

Asrul can behave like this because he has a 123-year-old mentality. Asrul believes that ordinary humans will not be able to kill like at the age of 23 years.

Gus Mukhlas had one other concern that Asrul would accumulate a large amount of murderous aura if it continued to act as such. When that happens, people will look bad at Asrul and Gus Mukhlas does not want that.

If someone from the white stream had an overly powerful murderous aura, they would be hard to accept and would often be discriminated against by fellow white swordsmen.

Not all warriors wanted a murderous aura because of that there was a way to reduce the murderous aura that enveloped the body. Gus Mukhlas also used this method, for more than a year he was in Siguntang Hill to teach Asrul, his murderous aura had been greatly reduced.

"Asrul has a wandering soul and it seems that he does not care about the murderous aura that envelops him, let alone that he has learned to hide the murderous aura at such a young age.." - Gus Mukhlas.

The technique to hide the murderous aura is more difficult to master than the method of eroding the aura, seeing Asrul choose to hide and not reduce the aura, Gus Mukhlas assessed that his students did collect the aura.

A murderous aura does have some beneficial uses, though, one was to scare the opponent even if one's murderous aura reached a terrifying level it was not impossible for a mentally weak person to lose consciousness relying solely on that murderous aura.

"Asruler. As much as possible there is no need to kill the members of this Hard Stream group, you can simply cripple them and later we leave them to the village chief." Gus Mukhlas.

Asrul nodded slowly but did not plan on letting any of the members of the Hard Stream group who were his opponents later stay alive. Gus Mukhlas's conjecture was true, Asrul intended to hone his murderous aura because in his previous life he had already sensed for himself the usefulness of the murderous aura in battle.

On the other hand, Asrul does not trust the authorities. He did not want to risk letting the members of this Hard Stream group live and loose later on. Asrul felt that when they were free to return, it was unlikely that the members of this Hard Stream group would change the course of their lives because it was better to finish them off and reduce future problems.
