The ship's owner's grandfather looked at the crew before finally nodding softly, "Sure, if that's what the fighter wants."
The rest of the crew were busy tying ropes to the crocodile stealth to be brought back to port, they were confused when they saw the ship Roro Andalas not involved but sailed to the other side of the river.
It did not take long for the ship to reach the other side of the river, Gus Mukhlas and Asrul got off the ship after a farewell. "Teacher won't rest? The energy in Master must have been drained quite a lot." Asrul asked as the two reached the mainland.
"No matter Asrul, Master is still able to run until sunset."
Gus Mukhlas began to set foot quickly leaving the river, Asrul followed him from behind.
"It turns out like this the situation of the outside world before the Chaos Era occurred..." Asrul looked back for a moment while pondering.
In his previous life, he spent his life in Siguntang Hill until the age of 30. Asrul never ventured with Gus Mukhlas nor saw the outside world before the Era of Chaos.
When the Era of Chaos occurred, all places became the location of the battle of the clergy. At that time the government was completely overwhelmed to control the situation of the city of Mallorca. Asrul remembered wherever he went there was always blood spilled and death covered.
It turned out that before the Chaos Era, though the situation was also not entirely safe but was arguably quite peaceful.
"I'll stop the Era of Chaos..." Asrul thought, if he achieved his planned ability, it was not impossible for him to have the ability to stop the Chaos Era before it happened.
Asrul smiled widely, thinking of practicing even more.
Two days had passed since Gus Mukhlas and Asrul crossed the river. That morning, the sun seemed to be hiding because the sky was filled with dark clouds that made the morning no different from night.
"It looks like there's going to be a storm..." Gus Mukhlas observed the movement of the wind and the temperature of the air around the two which dropped sharply.
Gus Mukhlas invites Asrul to search for the nearest city, both of them are also almost out of supplies so this is the right time to enter the city. In addition to shelter during the storm, both can also eat warm dishes and buy supplies for their trip.
Both of them ran as fast as they could especially as the drizzle started to drop. It will be difficult to find shelter when the storm actually occurs.
"Teacher, there's a small town." Asrul pointed in one direction.
Gus Mukhlas could only clench in awe because what he saw was only a small shadow in the distance. Gus Mukhlas did not doubt the ability of Asrul's eyes so the two went in the direction pointed by Asrul.
The two reached the small town gate after running for half an hour. The rain also fell increasingly heavy making Gus Mukhlas want to immediately find lodging but two people who guard the gate stop him.
"Musafir, I suggest you not enter this city. Go find another town." Said one of the guards.
Asrul frowned, so far both of them had never been forbidden to enter the city or village, usually they only need to show identification.
"If the situation allows, we don't mind looking for another city yet..." Gus Mukhlas pointed up, the sky was so dark and the rain was falling more and more.
"Musafir, you don't harden.." A guard had not finished speaking when another guard stopped him.
"Didn't you care about your wife's son anymore?! If they're gonna come in after we remind them, let it go." The guard who stopped his companion looked at Gus Mukhlas, "Get in, but never say that we warn you not to enter this city."
Gus Mukhlas nodded slowly, then took Asrul into the city. Asrul looked at the two guards in surprise, he certainly caught something wrong with this city.
Unfortunately, Asrul did not have much knowledge about things happening in this period. Most of the knowledge he remembered from his past life started from the Era of Chaos.
"Teacher, should we leave this town and find another shelter?" Asrul felt the two needed to heed the warning given by the two city gatekeepers.
Gus Mukhlas stroked his chin, "Teachers have passed through this area several times, no village or town can be reached in a day's journey around here."
The rain fell more and more followed by strong winds, the streets of the city were so quiet and those who traded by the side of the road had long cleared their wares.
"No need to worry too much, we just face one by one the problems that come. Now the most important thing is to find a roof to shelter and fill the stomach." Gus Mukhlas laughed.
Both clothes were soaked, Gus Mukhlas was more worried that Asrul fell ill due to rain. Asrul must have laughed a little if he knew the mind of Gus Mukhlas, Asrul often felt cold, and rain like this was almost meaningless.
A little while later the two arrived at a simple inn. The inn was so quiet as if there was no life, there seemed to be no guests other than the two.
The middle-aged woman sitting on the reception desk raised her eyebrows when she saw Gus Mukhlas and Asrul entering the inn. The woman did not expect any guests to stay at her place.
"We'd like to order two rooms and a warm meal..."
With the money obtained from Faisal before and also often they slept roofed sky, Gus Mukhlas felt no need to save too much. Gus Mukhlas booked two rooms because he saw many empty rooms, Asrul also felt it would be more free to practice if he had his own room.
The storm will probably last a few days, Asrul plans to use this time to fully train.
Gus Mukhlas and Asrul entered their respective rooms to change clothes, the innkeeper woman had also provided towels and dry clothes for both of them.
"At night there will be warm water in the public bath... Dish please dine at the table available in the main room." The middle-aged woman explained.
Asrul left the room after changing clothes, he headed for the main room in question to eat food. His stomach felt so hungry because it had not eaten anything since morning.
"Newly there is a warm soup, I will cook another one, please wait a moment..." The new innkeeper's woman placed a pot of soup on one of the main hall tables when Asrul entered the room.
Asrul nodded slowly, he took out an empty bowl and filled it with warm soup.
