Padepokan Al Hikmah is a noble family in alliance with the Sadepokan Setia Hati Teratai, Imam Padepokan Kun-Billah the new Mbah Jena has a wife from the Padepokan Tabak Suci namely Halimatus Sa'diyah, grandmother of Siti Adawiyah. Padepokan Tapak Suci itself is the largest merchant family that has so many businesses in the entire city of Siguntang Hill.

Padepokan Setia Hati Teratai is the oldest noble family in Bukit Siguntang District, they were also the ruling family before being replaced Mbah Jena.
