Cristin looks uninspired, lack of sleep makes it that way. He almost threw his phone in a wait. He really was like a fool and he knew something was wrong with him. Although he denies and does not want to admit, but his condition is like that because of Orland.
He should never have let that happen to him again. Where was the vow he made when Johan betrayed him? Wasn't he unwilling to get romantically involved with anyone anymore but why would he let Orland enter his heart so easily? It seemed like he had completely forgotten his own vow.
For several days Orland had not contacted him because Orland was on his way back and because Orland deliberately did not want to contact Cristin. He did just that because he wanted to know if there was already a bit of feeling for him in Cristin's heart. Whether what he has done has been successful or not.
Cristin sighed while looking at his phone, it was like a sacred object he had been waiting for all day and how foolish he was to do so. Is the betrayal Johan gave her not enough for her?
To hell with those men, he had indeed been wrongly implicated with them. He better not think of them like fools. He better go have some fun before he faces his difficult divorce.
When the phone is reached, Cristin wants to contact his boss because he has not found out about the proposal. If the proposal was really finished it meant that he would not need to meet with Orland anymore.
"Cristin," his boss had already picked up the phone from him.
"Mam, I'm just curious about the proposal" Cristin said.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you this. The proposal is done, thanks for your cooperation. Salary and bonus for you I'll transfer to your account soon."
"I'm glad to hear that, that means I can resign, right?"
"Of course, if you go back to Italy and need a job, my office is wide open for you,"
"Thank you very much, I don't think I'll ever go back there again."
"It's a pity but I hope you succeed" said the boss and now an ex.
Cristin smiled and thanked him, his work was finally done. He was very happy even though the job Orland completed. It seemed like he had to send something to the man as a thank you.
After talking to his boss, Cristin put down her phone and returned looking pensive. Not excited, that's what happened to him. There were no activities he did, if he wanted to go, he also did not know where to go.
Cristin went up and took his bag, rather than like a fool he should just go watch. Horror movies are best suited to his current mood.
"Mom, I'm leaving!" cry Cristin.
"Where are you going, Cristin?" ask mother.
"I want to go watch!" terika Cristin again.
"Don't come home too late!"
"I know!" Cristin immediately left, better he do something to fill his time and dispel the anxiety of his heart. Hopefully that annoying guy isn't looking for her anymore, he really doesn't care. Fortunately, the feelings he felt were not deep. At least he didn't need to feel too hurt.
Somehow he became grateful, with the man gone, his eyes opened wide and knew who Orland Dmytry was. Cristin destroyed himself with his negative thoughts about Orland. He was like that because his disbelief in men again filled his heart and because Orland did not contact him so he assumed that Orland did it because he was content to play with him but Orland only want to give him a surprise.
.
The plane that Orland was on just landed. Traveling from Australia to New York takes a lot of time. Surely he had been eager to contact Cristin and hear her voice but he had completely refrained from doing so.
Tonight he's going to find Cristin and take her to a romantic dinner. He wanted to give her the green jewel necklace he bought, he was sure Cristin would definitely like it.
Orland got out of the plane, the long journey was very boring. If not suddenly he would rather take Cristin. Next time he'll take her away, maybe after Cristin's divorce is over. He can take Cristin on vacation to the Netherlands to deepen their relationship.
Time showed at two o'clock in the afternoon when he arrived, he still had plenty of time to take Cristin away for dinner. Should he go home first, he would also like to buy a bunch of flowers for Cristin to keep her happy.
Orland rushed home, he was already impatient the afternoon quickly came. He didn't know Cristin was upset because he didn't call. He even rushed away when the time had already shown at five in the afternoon. A bunch of red roses were already in hand, a restaurant had also been chosen for them. Orland even rented the restaurant exclusively for the two of them because he did not want anyone to interfere with their time.
"Orland, aren't you leaving?" ask Mariana. He knew it from Cristin.
"Yes, I'll be back as soon as my work is done, can I meet with Cristin?"
"Cristin is not back yet" replied Mariana.
"Where is he going, ma'am?"
"She said she wanted to go watch. Wait a minute, maybe he'll be back soon" Cristin's mother said.
"Alright, I'll try to reach him," Orland stepped away while picking up a cell phone. He hoped Cristin would return soon. Orland tried to contact her several times but Cristin switched off her phone.
Orland became worried, he hoped Cristin would be fine. Mariana even went inside to contact her daughter but the result was the same, Cristin's phone could not be reached at all.
"How long has he been gone, ma'am?" Orland looked worried. To be honest, she was worried that Cristin had met Johan and forced him to follow her away.
"He left during the day, he just said he wanted to watch and didn't say where he was going."
Orland cursed, the worry filled the heart. It is dangerous if Cristin is forcibly taken by Johan. Bad things can happen and what he is most worried about is that Johan is determined that Cristin can not be divorced from him. Hopefully what he's worried about doesn't happen, he really hopes Cristin comes back soon.
Cristin's mother was also no less worried, she should have found out where their daughter went this afternoon, she should have followed her daughter away.. Honestly, he was also worried that Cristin was meeting with Johan.
"I'll go look for him" Orland said.
"Where are you going to find him, Orland?"
"Cinema, wherever he may go!"
"If so I'll ask my husband to look for her too!"
Mariana went inside, while Orland rushed to her car. He was hoping to find Cristin. The car engine was on, Orland was ready to run his car but his intention was stopped because the car carried by Cristin was back.
Orland was very relieved and happy, the car engine was turned off. Orland got out of his car when he saw Cristin coming out. He immediately approached Cristin in a hurry because Cristin had already stepped towards his house.
"Cristin, wait!" orland's screams made Cristin move.
"Cristin, where have you been? I've been waiting for you since then" Orland said as he walked up to her.
Cristin rolled a step, his eyes looking at the man with a sharp look. Orland smiled, he did not know if Cristin was shooting back into the wall that had almost collapsed.
"I miss you, Cristin," Orland hugged her, while Cristin didn't budge.
Orland was very surprised, why did Cristin just shut up earlier? Orland let go of his embrace and looked at Cristin with an astonished look. Has he made a mistake?
"Cristin?" Orland was astonished but suddenly, PLLAAKK!! A loud slap landed on Orland's cheek.
Orland was shocked, as was Cristin's mother who happened to come out of the house. Orland held onto his cheek and seemed clueless, why was Cristin angry with him?
"Cristin, why did you hit him?" ask mother.
"I don't want to see him again!" after saying so Cristin passed away.
Orland and Cristin's mother looked at each other and again Orland asked in his heart, has he made a mistake?
