The meeting of Edrick and Orland

Orland sneaks among the guests to search for Cristin's whereabouts. He did just that so Zion wouldn't see his whereabouts. Not only did he search for Cristin's whereabouts, he also had to look into Zion's whereabouts. Orland's eyes saw here and there, not only did he see here and there, Gail did the same.

Some of the servants he passed by looked suspicious, Gail looked towards them but she had to focus on the mission she had to run. Don't let him fail and get into Zion's trap. He had to remember his boss' message if the man was so cunning.

The atmosphere of the party seemed lively because the guests had already arrived. Grifin and his wife were still busy welcoming the guests, while Edrick along with his two daughters and his wife. Cristin chatted with some female guests who wanted to get to know him when Orland found himself.

Orland gave Cristin a sign, he would not bother and would wait. Of course Cristin was very happy to see his arrival, he was really tired of waiting. Cristin left, he stepped in a hurry to find Orland who was in the corner of the room.

Cristin continued to search until he was finally struck by a hand reaching for his waist. Cristin shrieked softly in surprise but his facial expression changed after seeing the person who was hugging him.

"Why did you just come?" ask Cristin stale.

"Don't I say it? Something happened on the way. I'm sorry I'm late, you can bite me until you're satisfied" Orland said.

"Stupid, the important thing is you're fine and you can get to this place safely but I'll keep biting you."

Orland smiled and kissed her cheek, preferably Cristin did not know if anyone would want to kill her. After all he didn't want to make Cristin panic at that important event.

"Now, what are we gonna do?" ask Orland.

"I want to introduce my brother to you, and then we'll have this party, we'll dance later."

"After I met your brother, I wanted to monitor Gail. I'm afraid he's getting into Zion's trap because that man will do anything for his purpose. You don't mind, do you?"

"Of course not, I saw him coming with a woman earlier."

"Woman?" Orland scrunched his forehead. Who did Zion come with? What is it with Isabel or with her boyfriend? For some reason his premonition got so bad, don't tell me Zion's gonna use that woman to frame Gail.

It looks like there will be a lot going on at the party and that is exactly what happened. Johan looked at their affection with anger at heart. His heart was hot, I don't know what he was feeling. It felt like he wanted to get to Orland and beat him to a pulp. Anxiety even filled the heart as it saw Orland and Cristin kissing. Damn, his heart's getting hotter. He even turned his face away and did not want to see it. What the hell happened to him? Don't say it's a feeling of jealousy because from the beginning there was no feeling of love for Cristin.

Cristin immediately invited Orland to go to see his brother. The two of them passed by the invited guests who were conversing in a hurry. Soon the show will start so Cristin wants Orland and her brother to know each other first.

Edrick was still busy with his daughter when Cristin approached him along with Orland. Edrick moved to see the arrival of the sister, his eyes could not be separated from the young man who stepped on the side of his sister.

"Sister, are you busy?" ask Cristin stale.

"Of course not, Cristin. Is she your boyfriend?" edrick asked, he's still looking at Orland.

"King, he's Orland" Cristin introduced Orland to her brother.

Orland smiled and held out a fist, Edrick greeted his hand without revealing his smile.

"Orland, Orland Dmytry," Orland mentioned his name. He was still smiling even though he could feel Edrick's strong grip on his hand.

"Edrick," said Edick cynically, his eyes looking at Orland full of probes. He would not accept the young man quickly, not before he knew whether the young man was serious with Cristin or not. Do not let his sister repeat the same mistake, as a brother she must know whether the man is serious or not.

Cristin looked at the man in turn. Why does her sister seem to dislike Orland? He even cleared his throat so the handrails of the two men slipped off.

"No, you just misunderstood. I just don't approve of your relationship, not before I see if she's really serious and sincere with you or not!"

"But, Brother?"

"It's okay, Cristin," Orland said, "Your brother must be worried you're being cheated again" he said.

"Good if you understand, I won't stay silent if you dare to deceive my sister!"

"Of course not, I promise I won't!" orland.

"I hope so," Edrick grabbed the hands of his two daughters, "The ceremony has begun, let's go there. Don't make Mommy and Daddy wait!" after saying so, Edrick stepped away towards the stage where his father and mother were.

"I'm sorry my brother, Orland," Cristin said.

"It's okay, honey. As your brother it's only natural that he's afraid that you're being tricked again like before, so don't think about it. I can understand him."

"All right, let's go over there. You should accompany me on stage, "Cristin grabbed Orland's hand and led him to the stage.

"For that I'm sorry, Cristin. I can't keep you company, you don't forget that I'm your driver, do you? If Zion sees me with you, she could be suspicious and my plans fail miserably."

Cristin breathes heavily, she desperately wants Orland to accompany her but as a lover she must not be selfish so as to destroy Orland's plans.

"Well, when I'm done I'll look for you" he said.

"Thank you, honey," They stopped the step, Orland kissed Cristin's cheek before letting her go. Cristin stepped towards the stage where her father had already started to say his thanks to the guests who had come.

The applause of the boisterous guests rang out, while Orland stood among the guests. His eyes looked here and there to look for Gail. He hopes Gail doesn't fail to do her part later.

"I'm very grateful to you for attending this event. Tonight I want to introduce you to a friend. He was the biggest donor for this party" Grifin joked. The guests' laughter rang out, they became curious as to who the Grifin was about to introduce.

"I'm sure some of you already know him but I'll introduce him again. I'm with Mr. Weyland as the owner of the Weyland Corporation to join me" Cristin's father asked.

A young man came up on stage. Applause rang out, they had not expected the owner of the Weyland Corporation to be so young. Gail plays her role well, she doesn't want to disappoint her boss.

He started talking on stage, his eyes could not be separated from the guests even he could see the suspicious servants. He became suspicious, lest the person who wanted the death of his boss was there. He should talk about this to his boss later, however they should be vigilant.

Among those guests, Zion saw him with a wide grin. The owner of Weyland Corporation is very young. He was sure he could get some cooperation with the man.

Isabel licks her lips to see Gail, the man is like a delicious meal on his bed. Once young and handsome, he will do his job well later.

"Remember your role, Isabel," Zion said, giving Isabel something.

"No need to worry, you will get cooperation from him and he will be mine" said Isabel with a wide grin.

Zion smiled cunningly, the man will definitely fall into a trap but is that so? They both have plans to trap each other. Will Gail fall into their trap or will they enter into Gail? Let see's.
