Zion hasn't left because she's arguing with her father. Louis does not believe what Zion says if Zake has been successful and invites him to work together. He knows Zake's personal assistant is very much in control of the business but he won't just believe it.
Louis thinks that Zake just wants to trick them and blackmail them, so he and his son are arguing. He thinks Zion is too young, he doesn't want what they did to Orland to turn on them.
One mistake Zion did, not let Zion do the same thing again. Surely it makes Zion not accept because his father underestimated him and likened himself to the loser Orland.
"I told you Zake wanted to offer us business, so I wanted to take you to see him" Zion said.
"Don't believe it, Zion. He might want to blackmail us into pretending he's offering us a business."
"That's why I'm taking you, Dad. I'm sure he can't blackmail us because he's different than he was a few years ago!" Zion tries to convince her father that his father will go with her to meet Zake.
"Don't be fooled by his appearance alone, Zion. Are you not suspicious at all? After all these years, now he suddenly comes and says that he has been successful and is willing to offer business while we have never heard of his football. You should be suspicious and wary of it!"
"You're always suspicious of anything when we've known Zake for so long. You have to remember Dad, if there's no Zake then we can't possibly get the Orland company!"
"I know but I'm afraid you're like the Orland that we can trick easily!" said father.
"Again that loser! I'm sick of you always comparing me to her! I won't do anything stupid like he did so don't equate me with him!" zion shouted full of emotion.
"I'm not comparing you to him, I'm just warning you not to make mistakes like Orland did!" his father also shouted loudly.
"You've always underestimated me, Dad. You never want to involve me when you're in business with other entrepreneurs, you always assume that I can't afford it!"
"That's because you can't, Zion. You've been playing around a lot, which is why I can't trust your ability to do business!"
Zion is getting angry, it turns out that her father really underestimated her. It felt so eager to show his father if he was much more capable than his father had expected that his father was proud of him.
"If so I'll show you if I'm capable and I'll prove that I'm not the Orland-like loser you think I am!" after saying so, Zion walked away.
"Don't try to do something without my consent, Zion!" shouted his father.
Zion did not care, her disappointment and feeling of being underestimated made her so angry at her father. Louis stepped out quickly, to follow in the footsteps of his son who was already out there.
"Zion, stop you!" shouted again.
"Zion!" his father screams for his son to stop, but Zion doesn't care. Was it so useless 'him he that his own father underestimated him? He will prove to his father that he will accept the offer of cooperation that Zake gave and show his father that he is not a loser like Orland.
Zion takes her car to the address given by Zake with anger in her heart, she even almost hits someone else's car for a few times. The emotions he has and the actions he always takes without a second thought that makes his father can not trust him plus the mistakes he did at that time that makes his sister have to spend the night with a man the cleaning service made her unable to trust her son.
The car he was carrying had stopped, Zion's eyes widened to see the magnificent building standing before his eyes. Turns out Zake wasn't cheating and was really successful. This was truly a good opportunity for him to show his father the abilities he had.
As soon as he arrived, he was welcomed because Zake was already waiting for him. The threat given by Gail and the one week time she has should not be wasted otherwise everything she does will be known to her family. Therefore he must not waste every opportunity.
Zion is ushered into her room, Zake looks at the man with a look of wonder because of his unsightly facial expression, especially if he only comes alone.
"What's wrong with you? Why did you just come alone?" ask Zake about stale.
"Forget that old jackass!" zion replied, dropping down on the seat Zake had provided for him.
"Why are you talking like that to your father?"
"He doubted me, Zake. He's afraid I'm fooled like Orland used to be. I really can't accept him comparing me to that loser!" zion said with a stifled anger.
Zake cursed, he expected that the old man would be wary but he could take advantage of Zion's annoyance and disappointment towards his father at this time. It was a very appropriate situation and gave him an advantage.
"If so it's time you show him the skills you have, right? Show me you can move that company forward so he's proud of you!"
"That's what I'm doing, that's why I came here. Now tell me, what business are you going to offer me? I trust you so don't let me down!" said Zion.
"What a very precise situation, Zion. Though I thought your father would come but it's okay, you've had enough. I guarantee you won't regret joining the business that I'm about to offer and you can use this opportunity to prove to your father that you have the ability so that your father won't doubt you again!"
"I hope so, Zake. I'll prove to me my father if I'm not the same as Orland's loser!"
Zake smiled and said inwardly, "Stupid! Right now you're in Orland's hands!" his smile grew wider, lucky that the old man did not come so he did not need to talk too much to convince them. He doesn't care about them, which he knows he has to complete his duties so that his family doesn't know the crimes he has committed.
"Come here, I'll offer you a business that will give you a huge profit!" Zake moved on and stepped towards the sofa where everything needed to trap Zion was already prepared.
Zion follows in her footsteps without any suspicion at all, the ambition to show her ability to her father and make her father proud has led her into a trap. After this he was very confident, after he had teamed up with Zake and had doubled the profits, his father would not compare himself to the loser Orland anymore.
