The fish has been cleaned, the wood for the campfire is also ready. At that time it was already showing at five o'clock in the afternoon, Cristin sat on the side of the lake and looked pensive.
He was unable to sleep anymore after Orland interrupted his sleep. He also could not sleep because of the advice given by his mother, he really thought hard about it.
It seems like her mother is overdoing it. He and Orland had no relationship whatsoever, not even they were friends. He was able to meet the man back and get to know him because of work.
Even though they have missed a passionate night together but that does not mean they will be close and have a special relationship.
Cristin played his feet in the cold water of the lake, his eyes saw the green trees that grew across the lake. It turns out that being in that place is not bad even with a guy who sucks. Maybe he could come to the cabin again next time to enjoy his alone time.
Orland came out of the cabin in a warm shirt. The air is getting colder as soon as winter is coming. Orland's eyes could not be separated from the figure of Cristin who was sitting on the side of the lake, really he was very curious to know what Cristin was thinking right now.
Orland immediately approached him, lest Cristin get sick from the cold. However, Cristin's parents ask her to take good care of the woman so she must not neglect her duties.
"What are you daydreaming about?" ask Orand.
Cristin glanced at him for a moment and after that he looked towards the lake while answering, "No!"
"Use this coat, the air gets colder."
"When are we coming back, Orland?"
"Don't you like us being here?" Orland sat by his side and put on the coat he was carrying.
"Don't I, I just?"
"I want to be with you longer, Cristin. We're going to fix the proposal anyway, aren't we?"
Cristin sighed, he forgot his original purpose. Hopefully, the proposal will be completed soon so that the final work is also completed.
"All right," Cristin stretched his hand muscles.
"What are we going to do tonight?" ask her while smiling sweetly.
"Burning fish, what else?"
"Are there no drinks?" ask Cristin.
"Of course there is, why?"
"Good, tonight you're gonna drink yourself drunk!" says Cristin while moving.
"Wow, are you sure?" Orland also moved.
"Yeah, you can't get in the way. I won't stop until I'm drunk" Cristin said.
"I don't take the risk, Miss," Orland said..
"Let's hurry, don't talk too much!" cry Cristin.
Orland smiled as he stepped, fortunately there was a drink in his car but when it was cold like that they did need alcohol.
They get ready soon, Orland makes a bonfire while Cristin takes a drink in Orland's car. Two bottles of drinks containing high enough alcohol were taken, it was enough to make them drunk. Tonight he wanted so badly to do it, he wanted to get drunk to forget a few things for a moment.
After obtaining the drink, Cristin immediately returned and approached Orland at the already lit bonfire. They will burn the Orland fish today for their dinner and they will also enjoy the night sky because the weather is friendly.
"Wait here, I'll get the fish" Orland said.
Cristin simply nodded and rubbed his palm occasionally then warmed it in front of the campfire. A cold night, lucky in the woods is not that cold.
Orland came back with the fish he had cleaned and was ready to burn, he also brought the others.
"Rare the fish edible?" ask Cristin. He hesitated a little considering the bait they used.
"Of course, I've cleaned it as clean as possible so there's no need to worry."
"So, how do you burn it?"
"Of course it burned in the fire, Miss."
"I know but how!" christin was upset.
Orland chuckled, he forgot that Cristin had never done that.
"If so let me do it" Orland said.
Cristin nodded, he indeed could not. Orland started burning his fish, as well as the others. No need to wait long, the cooked grilled fish is given to Cristin.
Cristin confused himself, how to eat it?
"Be careful not to eat his bones" Orland warned.
"I know!" Cristin snorted and threw out a face, he was not a child that should always be reminded.
"I'm just worried you're choking on fish bones, Cristin."
"If so, clean the bones for me!" Cristin gave the fish to Orland.
Orland took the fish with a smile. At Cristin's request, Orland cleaned the fish bones and after that the fish was given back to Cristin.
"Thanks," Cristin took the fish and enjoyed it. Not bad, it turned out to be unexpected because the taste of the fish meat was delicious.
"Well, it turned out to be delicious" he said.
"You like it?"
"Hm," Cristin replied while nodding.
Orland again gave the fish he had cleaned to Cristin, Cristin seemed to enjoy it. If he knows the newly caught fish will be as good as it is then he will go back further fishing.
After finishing enjoying their meal, the two of them sat down on a large log overlooking the lake to enjoy the beautiful night sky where studded stars dotted the night sky.
A bottle of drink was in hand, they were enjoying the sight while sipping a drink even they could see the light of auroras dancing above the sky.
"How's?? I've kept my word, haven't I?" ask Orland.
Cristin looked astonished, it turned out that Orland was not lying. The expanse of stars had already delighted him so much but the light of auroras that appeared unexpectedly, was truly extraordinary.
"Grand, Orland. I don't regret coming here despite having to go through some embarrassing things and be with a shitty guy like you!"
"I'm happy if you're happy. What if we go back to this place again?"
"For what, Orland? You can bring anyone other than me!!"
"No, Cristin. I just want to take you, not the others!"
"Why? why should I? Did you approach me because I'm the woman who paid you and spent the hot night with you?" Cristin looked at him sharply.
"Why are you saying that?"
"Javab it, Orland!" pinta Cristin's.
"Alright," Orland sipped his drink as well as Cristin.
"I can't forget that night, Cristin. Even if we don't know each other, you're the only one who cares about me. I've walked quite a distance but no one cares but you. I approach you not only on the hot nights we have been through, but I cannot forget that, but I seek you and approach you because you are my helper and for me you are my Goddess of Fortuna."
"You've said this several times" Cristin said.
"Cristine."
"Yes?" Cristin turned but Orland suddenly kissed her lips.
"You!" Cristin looked annoyed.
"Don't be angry, I really want to do it" Orland said with a smile.
"Hng, always looking for a chance at narrowness!" Cristin threw out a face, why wasn't he angry?
It must be because he's drunk, yeah, it must be because of that.
"Experience if you do it again!" christin said as he looked at Orland with a fierce gaze.
"Well, next time I'll ask you for permission first and if you want you can get back at it."
"Just kid!" Cristin gulped down his drink after saying that.
"Hey, slow down!!"
Cristin moved up and stepped towards the side of the lake, he stood there and shouted, "Orland Dmytry is the most annoying guy!"
Orland chuckled, he also moved up and approached Cristin. As Cristin did, Orland also shouted, "Cristin Bailey should be my wife!" he shouted without hesitation.
"Just kid!" christin said as he struck Orland on the shoulder.
"Who knows, right?"
"I don't want to!" yelled Cristin again.
"I will take it from her stupid husband and baj*ngan it!" it's Orland's turn.
"He's just trash!" Cristin did not want to lose.
"He's just a dumb guy with a big ass and little veins!" shouted Orland anyway.
"Hey, since when did you know Johan's butt was so big and his veins were so small?" ask Cristin.
"I'm just talking!"
"Damn it, I thought you knew!" christin said and after that he shouted again.
"Little feet!"
"Hairy ass!" orland shouted and then followed Cristin.
"He can only last five seconds!"
They both laughed out loud, it turned out to be fun. They shouted back to mock Johan. Their laughter sounded again, it felt very satisfied. They even went back toast and sat in front of the bonfire. Although Johan did not hear it but Cristin was satisfied because he could mock Johan as he pleased and certainly helped by the annoying man who was with him.
