I'm Serious With Him

Cristin was already asleep due to the drugs given by his mother. After talking to Orland, he let the man be there. All of this happened because Orland did not want to leave even if he had kicked him away. With his condition being unhealthy makes Cristin not energetic to argue with him.

Orland moved out of bed slowly, not wanting Cristin to wake up. Today in addition to seeing Cristin's state, there was an important thing he wanted to talk to Cristin's father about. What he wanted to talk about Johan.

The castle guard said that a man was about to talk to Cristin when the woman came but the man suddenly left just as Cristin went inside. Out of curiosity, Orland checked all the cctv in his house. At first he suspected that the guard was Zion.

He knows his cousin and uncle are looking for information about him but after seeing the cctv turns out not to be Zion.

He remembered very well with the man's face, he would not forget it because it was the man who had betrayed Cristin, that man who had made Cristin distrust anyone anymore. He also could not forget his face because that man caught him sleeping with his wife.

If that night he knew what was going on, then, he would definitely laugh out loud to ridicule Johan since he was the first man to enjoy Cristin's body and he would make the man annoyed at having wasted Cristin.

Now it's not too late, he will make Johan regret for betraying the woman who loved him so sincerely and he will prove, if he is much better than the man.

He really did not expect Johan to follow Cristin all the way to his house. It made him suspicious, as if Johan was following Cristin when Cristin came out of his house. That's why he wanted to talk about this to Cristin's father.

Before coming out of the room, Orland left his kiss on Cristin's forehead. He was very grateful to Cristin's parents for giving him the opportunity to talk to Cristin.

When she came out of the room, she was greeted by Cristin's worried-looking mother. She hopes their relationship improves again given the slightly stubborn nature of her daughter.

"What about the situation?" ask Mariana.

"Cristin is asleep, Madam, no need to worry" Orland said.

"Can you persuade him?"

"Of course, he's angry because of what I said about the kids."

"I know, Madam. I can understand but there's something important I want to talk to you two about. Do you guys have time?"

Mariana frowned, important thing? Orland looked serious, Mariana took her to the living room and called her husband. A glass of warm tea was already on the table, Mariana and Grifin looked so serious and were already very curious as to what Orland was trying to convey.

"I'm sorry if you're going to take me for being presumptuous but because I'm serious about Cristin, so I don't think I can keep quiet" Orland said.

"So you're serious about my daughter?" tanya Grifin made sure.

"Of course, Mr. Bailey. After everything I've been through I don't want to play around anymore so that the mistakes I made do not happen again. I'm not playing around with Cristin and I'm serious with him."

"Alright, now continue what you want to say" Grifin said.

"This is about Cristin's husband."

Mariana and her husband look at each other, Johan? Why would Orland want to discuss the man?

"You know Johan?" ask Grifin.

"No, but I've met him."

Mariana and her husband looked at each other again, really they were very curious, why would Orland know Cristin's husband? Somehow they became suspicious, lest something happen between the three of them without their knowledge.

"What's wrong with her?"

"My housekeeper said that Johan wanted to talk to Cristin while she was at my house."

"How can!" Grifin stood up\, why did the baj*ngan know Cristin was in Orland's house? Mariana asked her husband to sit\, she knew her husband hated their daughter-in-law so much.

"I suspect he was following Cristin when Cristin came out of the house" Orland said.

"So you think Johan was already stalking Cristin as soon as he got out of the house?" ask Mariana.

"Yes, Madam."

"Fuck Johan, not only betrayed my daughter, for let alone following Cristin?!" grifin.

"Dad, isn't it time for Cristin to send her a divorce?" ask wife.

"If you believe me, may I involve myself?" ask Orland.

"We can't trouble you, Orland" said Mariana.

"No problem, Madam. Since I'm serious with Cristin then I'll do anything for her."

For the umpteenth time Mariana and Grifin looked back at each other, did they have to refuse? It didn't seem like it was because now someone wanted to help their daughter. The man was so serious and sincere to their daughter, how could they possibly refuse?

Cristin stood behind the wall hearing their conversation. He awoke from thirst and as he was about to fetch some drinking water, he accidentally heard Orland and his parents talking. Is Orland Dmytry really serious?

Cristin rubbed his forehead, he did not expect Johan to have started following him. It seemed like he already had to go for a consultation before filing a divorce papers. He was already eager to be free from the man, if he was already in good health then he would immediately go for a consultation.

Cristin stepped into the kitchen to fetch some warm water, not wanting to hear Orland and his parents talk anymore. Cristin was pensive with a glass of water in his hand, his head ached, he was lazy to think properly.

"Miss, do you want to eat something?" ask the waiter who saw him sitting pensively at the dining table.

"Please make me a bowl of soup" Cristin asked because he was hungry.

"Wait a minute, miss," the servant went to make what he wanted.

"Cristin, what are you doing in the kitchen?" ask mother. As soon as she heard her daughter's voice, Mariana immediately rushed into the kitchen.

"I'm hungry, Mom."

"Alright, go back to the room. Mommy's gonna make you some food."

Cristin nodded, he indeed wanted to lie down due to the pain in his head. Cristin stepped into the room, Orland's voice still heard because he was still talking to his father. Cristin immediately went into the room, she did not want to care about it.

Cristin could not sleep anymore, his eyes glaring far away. His mind wandered, did he have to be happy when he found out if Orland was serious with him? Or should he be on the lookout because he could have said so just to deceive her like Johan did?

He was like that for quite a while, he did not even look towards the door when someone opened it and went inside. Orland walked up to him and sat by his side, Cristin was surprised and looked at him sharply but after that, Cristin turned his gaze back.

"Why not go yet?" ask Cristin.

"I want to be with you longer, Cristin. Didn't I tell you, I'll take care of you."

"Don't do anything in vain to draw my sympathies!"

"What do you mean?" Orland grabbed both of his hands and kissed them gently.

"Go, Orland. Don't waste your time with me. You better focus on replying to your uncle!"

"No way, Cristin. I'm not wasting my time here because I'm worried about you and I want to be with you."

Cristin was silent but not long after, her tears flowed. Orland was surprised to see her, he immediately approached Cristin and hugged her.

"Why are you crying? Did I say the wrong thing again?"

Cristin just shook his head, for some reason he became a crybaby. He did not want the man to see her such a state but he really could not stem his tears.

"I'm sorry if I misspoke, Cristin. I didn't mean to make you sad."

"No, it's not your fault."

"So?"

"I'm hungry" Cristin switched the conversation.

"Your mother is making food for you."

"If so accompany me to lie down."

Orland was surprised, didn't he hear wrong? Cristin was already lying down, Orland accompanied him according to Cristin's request. Cristin even hugged him tightly, wow, what is this?

Although he did not understand what had happened but he was just happy let alone Cristin's attitude suddenly changed. It's really good and he hopes Cristin will always be like that.
