I'm not stupid to mean what he means. It means Rael. Yes, the guy who is my current boyfriend. A while ago, I decided to make up with him. The guy who asked me to promise not to hide anything.
Shial—
"Need."
I turned my head one hundred and eighty degrees when I heard that low-pitched call to me. His figure was not clearly caught my eyes because my eyes were suddenly blurred by something clear and warm.
He certainly looks surprised. I looked forward again. Not looking again either at Rael on my right side, or at Sheva on my left.
My chest felt tight until I took a deep breath to reduce its tightness.
I was too surprised.
Sheva pulled my hand and put down Rael's jacket that she had taken there. I didn't look at him when he left. I also don't know what reaction Rael showed when the girl just walked away.
Emotions gathered in my chest and my hair until I felt like I was about to explode. My hands were clenched and I looked quickly at him. "Aren't you chasing?" many sarcas.
His figure was still blurry because the puddle in my eyes did not want to disappear, but did not want to fall as well.
"What did he say?"
Well, I'd like to laugh because of the question.
"She said someone liked her but never shot and even became another girl" I said with a grim smile.
Rael said nothing for a few seconds. Maybe he was confused about what kind of defense.
Huh, you son of a bitch. Rael fucks.
"If I say it's not true, who should you believe?" tanyakanya.
I am a little amused by the question. "Gue doesn't know. People I trust often lie."
My view is getting blurry. His face is not clearly visible. While I didn't blink at all, I didn't want the puddle to go down and Rael would laugh at me.
"But I never lied about how I felt—"
"Gue believes in you," I cut. "If you never feel free, never feel comfortable, never get anything meaningful from me, I'm sorry. But you should have said—"
"Can we stop now?"
"Can we end it now?"
I catch my breath as his tone turns stern. My muscles were tense and a little sore from the tension. But that sense of tightness cannot go away.
"Now you are free. No more hiding from me."
"Aloona shits me."
"Lo can shoot Sheva."
I grimaced in my heart feeling an invisible scratch.
"Aloona look at me..."
I looked up to see him as he asked. "Burem.." I see. Rebutt blinked until the puddle flowed as well.
Slowly his face began to be clearly visible. I blinked to clarify my vision. "OKs. I looked at it," I said.
I don't know what kind of expression I'm making. I may look very pathetic. But Rael said nothing. His mouth opened several times, but he looked confused as to what to say.
"I can explain. But not here."
I pulled the corner of my thin lips and wiped my tears with my arm. "But this is our last meeting." I paused. "As a girlfriend."
Rael seems to be in disbelief. His forehead was wrinkled and his lips were clenched. "Alright, we promised to talk about everything."
"But I never promised to be your boyfriend forever. So if I want to break up, you can't get banned" I said.
"Wait—"
I took a deep breath and looked at him with the coldest gaze I had. I pushed the jacket against his chest.
"If you can't keep your feelings for me, don't ever ask me to keep my feelings as well."
"Aloona—"
I took a deep breath because of the tightness. "Let's end up here" I continued. Without waiting for the answer I turned down the stairs to the courtyard. Leaving it behind while breaking through the thin drizzle of residual rain.
I couldn't hold back the tears that were pressing out. The air suddenly felt colder, as cold as my broken feelings.
