Sunday was tired of being in his room alone and was moving television channels one by one. But he did not regret forcing his mother to go teach. However, his mother should not abandon her responsibility to teach students at school after yesterday had been absent.
Almost all events are the same, less interesting to him. Still pressing the button sequence on the remote control, Sunday suddenly felt familiar with someone on the glass screen. Then he pushed back the previous button.
Right, that's Faris. With many flashes of camera flash on his face he was talking in front of the media crew. Sunday could hardly believe what he saw. Faris was there and had to make a statement. Some kind of clarification.
"Alright brothers. Give me a chance to explain everything. You guys must want to know what really happened." Faris looked straight at the reporters with her stern face.
"About a fire in one part of the Font building, precisely in the warehouse is true and you already know about it. About the perpetrator you guys also pocket the information. But about how this started I hope you guys don't spread the word easily. I know Desy well." Hearing Faris' sentence to the point, reporters began to flood him with questions again.
"*What are you close to Desy?"
"Have you and Desy been dating?"
"Is Desy really disappointed in you and suicidal?"
"Then how is your relationship with the Desy family?"
"Did you know Roni was Desy's brother from the beginning?"
"Are you really going to sue Roni for harming your boyfriend?"
"How long have you been dating Sunday?"
"Did Sunday know about Desy earlier*?"
Alternately, but almost simultaneously, the lurking questions made Faris confused to say what else. Then swiftly a security officer Font drove the media crew to calm down and gave Faris a chance to speak again.
"Desy is my best friend. Even to this day, I still respect him a lot. I was sad when he left." Although only from a glass screen but Sunday can see the eyes of Faris glazed.
"You know what it's like to lose a good friend. It feels painful, doesn't it. You can't find him anymore, can't play with him, can't do many things you like together. And it must make you sad." Faris looked at the reporters around her with a smile to blur the sadness that was slowly approaching her again.
"You can think of me as self-defense but I know Desy very well. He's not a desperate person especially for such things." Faris almost cried in memory of her best friend.
"I've never known a girl with a strong heart and a very open mind in addressing things like Desy. And the more I thought I finally knew why God called him first. Because he's so good. It's just that maybe at that time there was something he didn't want to share with others so he decided to leave in that way. But I'm sure I've never been that special for her. I'm just his friend, never more."
"But her sister mentioned that before the suicide Desy wrote in her hariannuya book that she loved you." Catch one of the reporters.
"I think that making me the cause of his death would be less relevant. And I'm sure there's something else we didn't understand until now." Faris was still smiling as she gave that rebuttal.
"That's exactly what happened between me and Desy so I hope you guys understand because Desy's been quiet there. Let's not talk about it anymore. Thank you." Thank you." Faris went back into the font. No matter which reporter was scrambling to get to him but was driven by the security guards so as not to get closer.
Sunday was aghast at the sort of press conference that aired a news event on the news-only private television station. He seemed to know what Faris was feeling. Losing a good friend for ever must be very sad.
Chequek!! The door opened. Sunday looked towards the source of the sound. The door to his inpatient room was open. A moment later Faris was seen there. Staring at Sunday who sat on the bed still holding a TV remote. Be aware who comes Sunday immediately knocks off on the remote and the tv instantly dies.
Faris walked closer to Sunday. His face was cloudy. Sunday was still looking at him who was now standing right on the edge of his bed.
"Do you believe me?" Faris looked down at Sunday's face. Sunday still looked at Faris' face. Then he wrapped his hands around Faris' waist. Hugging and leaning his head on a straight pedestal with his seat.
"I believe you." Answer Sunday without hesitation. Faris was still frozen in place.
"All will be well. It's okay." Sunday patted Faris on the back trying to calm her down. He knew Faris was not doing well and needed his support.
Seeing Faris' expression on the Sunday glass screen began to realize that what was explained to him was a choice he had already made. Sunday understood that Faris treated her female friends well because she wanted to do good, not just want to seduce them. So he began to understand Faris' attitude.
"Come here." Sunday took off his embrace and pulled Faris to sit next to him. Faris remained silent and only complied as Sunday shifted her seat back and lay down.
"Put your head here." Sunday patted the end of the pillow he was wearing. Faris widened her eyes.
"You sure?" Faris was astonished by Sunday's attitude of wanting him to lie down beside her.
"I'm sure you won't do anything to a patient." Sunday smile. Then hesitated Faris obeyed Sunday to lie down beside him. He still doesn't believe in that. Even he thought maybe after this Sunday will kick him to fall out of bed for the sake of just working on it. But seconds after Faris's head stuck to a pillow with her body tilted against Sunday, she showed no symptoms that Faris was worried about. They are now on the same pillow with each other's eyes. Sunday began to pat her shoulders.
"You, you're very brave to ask me to sleep here." Faris lirih.
"I told you you wouldn't do anything to me that's even still on the infusion." Sunday trembled a bit to say it as doubts began to creep into him. He began to worry that Faris would actually do more and now let go of his heavy pat on Faris' shoulder.
There is a bit of regret in the heart of Sunday. He just wanted to make Faris feel calm and comfortable after the tough day he is going through right now. He thought by lying down then Faris will be a little more able to relax face the problem. But looking at Faris's eyes as if he wanted to pounce on her, Sunday slightly inched back to keep his distance.
"It's too late to avoid. You've woken up the other side of me." Sunday was getting restless and wanted to get away from it but Faris was pulling him closer and even now with no distance.
"What are you doing?" Sunday thrashed from within the decrees of Faris.
"Isn't this what you want?" Faris murmured and increasingly tightened his decapitation without caring about the writhing Sunday wanting to break away. Although languishing, but Faris keep the infusion in the hands of Sunday is not disturbed at all.
"No. This is not what I mean." Sunday is still trying to escape.
"I just want to make you feel relaxed but it turns out that your head means something else."
"Hey, I'm a grown man. How could you forget."
"I didn't forget, but you said you're a man with a clean and holy mind but it turns out you're the same."
"Where can I always think holy. I'm not a prophet."
"Yes. yeah. okay. Now let go of me. I don't want to yell at the nurse because you've been persecuted like this." Sunday began to stop struggling, hoping it would keep Faris from putting more pressure on him. And right, when Sunday was silent Faris began to loosen his hold slightly.
"try it. I'm gonna do more than this so you don't have time to ask anyone for help."
"What's that?" Sunday looked up at Faris with round eyes.
"Just what you're thinking right now." Faris grinned.
"What am I really thinking?"
"Do you want me to make it happen right now?" Faris brought her face closer to Sunday's. Sunday tried to keep his face away but his body was still held back by Faris's decapitation.
"No, don't..." But Faris seemed to ignore him and still approached Sunday. Finally, Sunday was silent and closed his eyes tightly. Next thing he felt was just something soft touching his forehead. Faris' breath touched his forehead as Sunday reopened his eyes and Faris had already made some distance from his face.
"Next time don't tease me in any way." Faris loosened her embrace.
"I'm not teasing you." Gerrutu Sunday's.
"You know, even if you're silent, you're enough to tease me. Especially by asking me to lie next to you like this." Faris looked into the eyes of Sunday.
"That makes me want to do more to you."
"What's more?" Sunday blinked his eyes not understanding Faris' intentions.
"You are why you are so stupid. Are you an SD kid? Why don't you know how someone is attracted to the opposite sex and what danger it would be if the two got too close."
"What's that?" Plain sunday face.
"Ahh, I'm lucky to be your boyfriend. Just try it's someone else. You must be out of 'eat'."
"Who wants to date a cannibal."
"It looks like I have to 'eat you' first so you know what it's like to be eaten."
"You're a cannibal?" Sunday shuddered as he looked up at Faris who was also looking at him with a smirk.
"Yes, just think of it that way." Then immerse the face of Sunday into his arms again. Sunday still thinks Faris's words mean. But slowly he realized that he was in the arms of Faris again. And the smell of Faris' body was like drugging her so this time let Faris do that to her.
Unknowingly and the further they are in a relationship, the more they build comfort with each other. Slowly Sunday like feel that his body should also be at the lowest position and increasingly enjoy the warm embrace of Faris. Until both of them fall asleep with the feeling of mutual need that they have.
