Miss of Sunday

"Mmm. confidential." Faris laughed in response to Mr. Dedi's question.

"Oh yeah, of course it's your personal business. I'm sorry I was too curious." Said Mr. Dedi sungkan.

Starting late at night, they finally ended the event at karaoke and said goodbye to each other to go home. Sunday squeezes the phone in its online motorcycle app. It's been last night whether there are still active online objects or not.

"Thank God it's still there." Gumam Sunday girang. After making the booking, Sunday waited in front of the karaoke place. While waiting, a horn shocked him. A car stopped.

"Let's go home together."

"No, thank you. I've ordered an ojek online."

"Messaged this online motorcycle last night?" Faris is now out of her car.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Is there?"

"There, that's my ojek coming." Sunday left Faris just like that and approached the driver of the online taxi driver who wore the jacket attributes of the online ojek service provider. Ojek Sunday was running as it should, while behind it was seen Faris' car following in close proximity.

"Do you know the people who follow you?" Ask the driver with a feeling of worry. He was afraid that the car behind him was someone with malicious intentions.

"Don't be ignored, mas. Let it go."

"Aren't you sure he's not a bad guy?"

"Actually he's not evil mas, he's just a land crocodile."

"Wow, seriously mbak. Then let's speed up before I'm not involved. I can't do martial arts either."

"Yes, let's speed up." After that the online motorcycle taxi driver accelerates the speed of the Honda Variano. The streets have begun to quiet, drivers become more free to run the action speeding it.

"What does it mean to call it that. It's a highway, it can be dangerous speeding." Faris helped speed up his car as well and remained at close range with the Sunday motorcycle.

Finally Sunday has entered the alley to the boarding house and of course followed by Faris behind him. To the confusion, instead of stopping in front of his house, Faris instead drove his car to the front of the Sunday boarding house.

"Hey mas, you know driving on the road is dangerous. You can get a ticket for speeding that way." Faris immediately berated the driver of the online motorcycle as soon as he got out of his car. Sunday is taking off the helmet.

"Sorry sir, but I thought that..." The driver tried to explain.

"Home home, it's night. You can make the neighbors wake up with your screaming voice." Sunday spoke to Faris.

"Thank you, ma'am." Sunday instead smiled at the driver who drove him and gave him a code to leave immediately.

"Okay, thanks again." Then the driver turned back the bike and left Sunday and Faris who looked angry.

"Hey, bagamaina you can just leave. I'm not done yet." Faris followed the driver but did not get further because it looks like Sunday is about to enter the cost.

"You too, why would you want to be invited to speed like that?"

"I asked for it."

"Why did you ask him to speed? It's dangerous for you. What if you fall? You don't know what it's like to fall off a motorcycle, do you? You can ask the motorcycle driver to speed."

"of course. Because there's a crocodile chasing me. I'm afraid I'll eat it."

"Crocodile? You mean me?"

"Who do you think the other guy was following me?"

"You're this. Could've said I was a crocodile." Faris walked towards Sunday. But Sunday's hard to open the gate immediately went inside and locked it back. Before entering Sunday had stuck out his tongue towards Faris.

"Hey, I'm not done yet. Don't go in yet." Faris shouted from outside the fence but Sunday ignored him completely and continued to enter the house.

🌸🌸🌸

Entering his study Sunday heard a lot of praise for Faris. Lita still praised Faris as a handsome and kind boss. Boby agrees with Mario that Faris' attitude is the attitude of millennial leaders who are not only bossy and authoritarian but he quite upholds the principle of cooperation in work. While Mr. Dedi is still amazed at the figure of Faris who is young but has a leader spirit. Leading employees and especially employees who are older than him while still paying respect.

"He never called me into his room to hand over the project files. He always asks for someone else. Like this time he asked that Sunday deliver my test files on our ptoject which is almost done." Hearing the words of Mr. Dedi, Sunday blurted his lips. Sunday thought that it must be just Faris's wits to work with various jobs that are sometimes not important.

"Sunday, this is between." Mr. Dedi handed him a flash.

"Good Sir." Sunday walked out of his place with a heavy heart. At the entrance, Sunday knocks on the door. There is no lawfulness whatsoever. Sunday knocked him back but there was still no answer. Until Sunday will knock the third time but finally the handle of the door moves. Door opens. Gina came out of the room.

"Hi Sunday's. I'll go first." Gina smiled at him. His face looks bright. Sunday's gaze followed Gina who was tidying her hair with a comb using her fingers.

"Sunday, are you there?" Faris' bass voice made him re-remember his goal there. Sunday went into Faris's room.

"This is the file from Mr. Dedi you requested."

"Put it down there." Sunday put the flash he carried on Faris' desk. While Faris looks to be touching the touchpad of his laptop seriously.

"I'm sorry, sir." Sunday turned around to prepare to leave

"Wait..." Sunday closed his eyes while biting his lips. He thought there must be something that would hold him back in that space.

"Yes..." Sunday facing Faris again.

"Wait until I'm done looking at the files. Sit down..." Exactly what Sunday thought, he was stuck in that room again.

A few minutes passed and Faris was still seriously checking the project files on Mr. Dedi's flash drive. Sunday saw a bottle with a hair tonic on the table. He frowned.

Is this what makes Faris' hair so beautiful? Sunday cradled the bottle and looked at Faris' thick, shiny hair. Already looking at Faris' hair, Sunday's gaze descended upon his thick eyebrows, to his sharp eyes that were seriously staring at the laptop in front of him, into his pointed nose, to his lips that were often seen creating an angelic smile.

"What does it like about me?" A sudden sentence from Faris made Sunday known that he had been looking at her.

"flink. If you don't blink, your eyes will be irritated." Sunday misbehaved and turned his face away. Faris held back a laugh and headed to where Sunday was sitting. Faris took a seat on the side of Sunday.

"What do you mean I'm a land crocodile?" Faris with a serious face facing Sunday. Sunday knew as he glanced at her.

"Who said you were a land crocodile?" Sunday berkilah's.

"Your song was for me yesterday, right?"

"You're overconfident." Sunday chuckles.

"I know you still think I'm the playboy."

"Do you know?"

"Of course I know. You've been with Gina still approaching me. Is that not the playboy name?"

"Who's with Gina?"

"Then what do you usually do? Aging with him, hand in hand and don't know what else you're doing when you're alone. You want to dodge? I'm not that stupid, you know." The fiery sound of Sunday.

"Why are you scolding me? You forgot I'm your boss?"

"Boss? What boss? I don't care if you're my boss now or not. You said I should act like your subordinate during working hours but you yourself can't keep your attitude as boss and instead talk about a land crocodile that has absolutely nothing to do with work." Sunday took a breath.

"And again, don't use your office to do as many things as you want with me. You think I don't know if you just want me to meet you under the pretext of making this flash. I really don't think how anyone like you would use your power to work for someone else." Sunday gasped for breath talking at length without such a pause.

"Here drink." Faris offered a glass of water to Sunday. After drinking it Sunday thrust back to Faris who just smiled in response to the Sunday chirp. He still looks upset.

"You know, I miss your nagging like this a lot. Even though your nagging looks like a can of rhombeng but to me it is very melodious. I even thought about recording it and making it a lullaby." Sunday looked straight at Faris.

"So, I look like a rombeng can?"

"Why did you get caught was the rhombus can? Why do negative sentences get to your brain faster than my compliments?" Faris laughed a little.

"Because that's what you mean, always like to make fun of me." Sunday pouting.

"I'm confused." Faris leaned her head against the back of the sofa.

"Even compliments you make fun of. How should I express my feelings to you." Hearing that, Sunday became misbehaved and improved his sitting position.

"Tell me how you can trust that I really like you." Faris' sentence was soft while tilting her head which was still leaning so that she could look at Sunday. Sunday turned to Faris and found Faris staring at him. His heart was beating faster than normal.

Sunday was also confused, what to believe from someone named Faris. He never understood what Faris meant by the word changed, the word no longer playboy, the word wanted to be believed while the one Sunday saw it did not seem to show any change. Faris said she would not change girls but now she often looks close to Gina and says she likes Sunday. How confusing.

"Come on, I'm sorry." Sunday woke up from his seat.

"Hey, where are you going?" Faris grabbed Sunday's hand until it fell back onto the sofa.

"I want to get back to work."

"I order you to stay here. I'm your boss, you have to obey." Sunday rolled his eyes lazily. Faris always used the post to subdue him.

"What more do you want from me?" Lazy Sunday voice.

"You haven't answered me."

"I don't have to answer you. It's hours and your questions have nothing to do with work."

"You are truly an ungodly subordinate. I can curse you if you don't obey me."

"What other curse? You've been like his mother malin kundang for a long time, you love to curse." Sunday chuckled softly at Faris's silliness that had not changed much from the past. I like to curse him.

"I curse you to fall in love with me forever." Faris grinned. Sunday remembered Faris' previous curses. About missing Faris, about always thinking about her, about liking her. Sunday nodded at the thought of that. Some of his curses did indeed seem successful to him. Sunday was restless.

"Omong empty. I'm going back to work."

"I told you to work with me first." Faris restrained Sunday by pulling her two hands together in her grasp. Sunday thrashed trying to unfold.

"You're really a crazy boss. How do you treat your subordinates like this." Sunday is still struggling.

"I'll report you as a perpetrator of the persecution."

"What persecution? I just held your hand. I didn't hurt you at all." Faris was relaxed grasping both hands Sunday with only one hand.

"I'll scream if you still won't let me go."

"try it. Just yell. At that time I'll keep your mouth shut..." Faris did not continue his words. It made Sunday curious.

"With what?" The sound of Sunday is rising.

"By..." Faris turned her lips to signal. Merta Sunday shuddered.

"Basic land crocodile. Crazy boss." The Sunday serapah oath was thrown away.

"So calm down and answer my question." Faris still with her grin. Sunday decided to give up and not thrash again. He sat quietly and acted sweet.

"All right, I give up. Which one do you want me to answer? What number is it? Which is a multiple choice or which is an essay?" Sunday softened his voice without Faris guessing. Seeing that Faris became even more anxious. Rarely did he see Sunday acting so sweet.

"Which..." It turns out that Sunday's sweet attitude makes his mind distracted and he loses concentration.

"Which one?" Now Sunday is even spoiled with a tone of voice that he made low. Faris so pounding hear the sound of Sunday as soft as that.

"Yes..."

"Ahh, you've been a long time." Feeling Faris' grip that stretched Sunday as fast as lightning released himself and moved from his seat. Faris who realized it was trying to reach again Sunday's hand but Sunday was already faster than him and ran towards the door.

"Hey, don't go yet." Shouted Faris.

"I'll cut your pay if you just walk away."

"I don't care." Sunday before disappearing from behind the door.

"Daddy..." Sunday waved his hand and smiled mischievously.

Faris who felt deceived by Sunday's sweet attitude so laugh. How can Sunday's sweet attitude make him forget himself.

"It turns out he can hypnotize as well." Faris said while still laughing at herself.

Sunday was in front of the closed elevator door. His breathing panted after running from Faris' room.

"I'm really stuck with that crazy boss. I should how?" Sunday knocked his head with his palm.

"I like my job a lot. But I hate crazy bosses who like to use their posts to haunt me."

"Who's that crazy boss?" A quiet voice from someone behind him. Suddenly Sunday stiffened. Then slowly he twisted his body with a huff.
