"Sundaaaaayy..." It was certain that it was Gina's voice that followed behind her. There were the sound of shoes between his screams. Sunday.
"From the back I know it was you." Gina's voice was slightly stammered due to her breathless breathing.
"Why running? I'll be waiting for you."
"I forgot the last time I played. Running this close just makes me helpless." The breath of Gina.
"In addition to the high heels you wear. How can you run when you wear high heels. You can fall and sprain."
"It's okay. These shoes will not make me fall. She will make me beautiful. Look how my legs look so level." Gina took a long walk as a model in front of Sunday. Sunday just smiled funny. How could there be a girl as cute as Gina who walked away like that and did not care about the gaze of the other employees in the lobby. Most of them smiled looking at Gina.
"It's not because of the shoes you're wearing but because your feet are nice. I'm sure it'll be very different when I wear it."
"No way." Now Gina had hugged Sunday's arm and walked towards the elevator door. Gina's habit is to hold people next to her while walking.
"High heels were created to beautify women. So sometime you have to wear high heel too so you know the truth."
"No, I like sneakers or flat shoes. They're more friendly with me."
"Ahh you are, you must wear it once. I'm sure you're getting pretty."
"Without that, I was born beautiful."
"Hey, you're narcissistic as well. Who taught you?" Gina Temptation.
"Nothing, this must be because I contracted it from someone." Sunday laughed to himself.
"How can a string be transmitted from another person. You're just there." Gina giggled and then smiled to herself.
"What my words are so comforting that you can't stop smiling like that." The Sunday chirps that glanced at Gina self-smiling beside him.
"No, not because of that. I'm just being happy."
"really? Happiness about what is that?"
"Faris's night with me to sleep." Gina then giggled after whispering the sentence in Sunday's ear. Sunday gasp. It felt like there was a wasp buzzing in his ear.
"Oh yeah?" Sunday smiled widely but his smile was forced. His heart is like pain. There is a great disappointment.
"Hmmm..." Gina's smile was still on her pretty face.
"Well, it's worth it this morning that your face is that bright." Sunday was still trying to tease even though his heart was already bleeding.
"Oh yeah? Is it that clear?" Gina felt her face embarrassed.
"Yes." Yeah." Answer Sunday by putting on your face as often as possible.
After what Gina said this morning, Faris now says she hopes she still has a chance to like me. How could Faris do that.
"No.." answered Sunday with trembling lips. Faris looked at her as if she wanted to find something in the depths of her eyes.
"You like to lie." Faris smiled wryly.
"For what?"
"That's what I need to find out. Why are you still lying to me." Sunday threw away the face from Faris' gaze that had hit his heart.

"Hey, you guys don't go straight home." Said Mr. Dedi who came out of his room. Everyone there looked towards him.
"We're staying up again, sir?" Ask Lita.
"No, we got an invitation from Mr. Faris."
"What invitation?" Still Lita is actively finding out.
"Because we finished all the projects well this month Mr. Faris invited us to dinner."
"Wow, eat." Boby's the fastest if it's about eating. The others immediately sneered at him.
"We're going to eat at a Japanese restaurant that we've been there for Mr. Rudi's birthday."
"Siaapp..." Lita is speaking again.
Sunday is still in its place. His eyes stared at the monitor screen but his mind still remembered the incident yesterday afternoon because of hearing Faris' name called.
All the officers went down to the lobby. Mr. Dedi appears to have contacted Faris to inform him that they have finished work.
"We'll go there first. Mr. Faris will follow. He made a reservation. He also said he could choose the full menu." Mr. Dedi seemed to convey the news.
"I think I like our new boss. He's very considerate and very royal towards the clerk." Knock Mario.
"We have to work well in order to often get something like this." Boby. Mr. Dedi and Lita nodded in agreement. Sunday was silent without comment. He felt Faris was still someone he knew personally. He's royal, he's considerate of the people around him but he's a real playboy. And that's what they don't know.
They go with their own vehicles but Lita who used to ride the bus and Sunday who always walk after Boby car because between Boby, Mario and Pak Dedi, he said, only Boby is still single so it feels more comfortable if with fellow singles.
Sunday opened the back door of Boby's car and went inside it followed by Lita.
"Hey, you guys think I'm an online taxi driver. Come on, one of you has to get ahead."
"You go, Ta. I'll just go back." Lita complies and moves to the front seat. Then their car drove to the place that Faris had ordered.
Upon arrival they are greeted by waiters and escorted them to a table that has been ordered by Faris. One by one, they began to sit down, as well as Sunday. Mr. Dedi dyed towards the entrance. Faris has not yet appeared. Then everyone at the table started ordering when Faris came.
As usual Faris is still that cement. With his shirt and suit. Sunday who saw that felt his chest rustle. Especially when Faris took a seat next to the empty Sunday. Sunday was a little nervous Faris was nearby although he was still indifferent as usual in working hours.
"We thank you for your invitation." Said Mr. Dedi.
"I represent Fonts also very grateful for your outstanding performance and make Fonts a software house for the users of the system." Reply Faris.
"I thank you again once again." Everyone nodded.
After that while waiting for the menu to come they chatted a lot of things. About the font of course.
"I'm going to the toilet for a minute." Pamit Sunday's. Everyone is welcome. Except for Faris who is still flat like a boss.
After coming from the toilet, Sunday sat in his chair but somehow his chair shifted so he almost fell. But Faris quickly caught the back of his chair and Sunday was saved.
"Thank you."
"Together." Faris smiled.
The food came on Sunday to the toilet. Sunday tasted the food and smiled because it fit his taste.
"Sounds like a good sukiyaki." Faris told Sunday. Everyone looked towards Faris. Sunday did not feed the sukiyaki meat into his mouth.
"You want to?" Demi did not look cruel, Sunday offered Faris and he nodded. Everyone at the table was astonished to see a boss wanting to taste the food his men were eating. But Faris was silent. Sunday knew his point so as to feed sukiyaki into Faris' mouth. Everybody doesn't believe that.
"It's delicious. I should have ordered sukiyaki instead of shabu. You want to switch menus?" Everyone on the table smiled as they watched his boss' strange behavior. He can order again, but why even ask for Sunday's property. Sunday smiled, but began to be annoyed with Faris's behavior.
This guy just ate someone else's food. He's the boss, he can order again but why trade with mine? Batin Sunday's.
Finish eating they taste stale for a while and then go home.
"After this meal it seems like we need a little exercise." Faris said as she walked out the door of the restaurant.
"I'm going to karaoke. Do you want to come?"
"May sir." Boby answered the spirit and followed by a nod of excitement Lita. Mr. Dedi and Mario seem enthusiastic as well. Sunday looks ordinary. Actually he was lazy everywhere but what can be done, all his friends seem to be compact want, where maybe he refused.
"Well, let's go to the karaoke place over there." Faris pointed at a place at the end. A family karaoke they could reach on foot from where they had eaten.
Until Faris karaoke place orders and welcomes employees to a room equipped with advanced audio systems. All are digital.
"You know, the software used in this place is also made by Font. And the counting system at the Japanese restaurant was also ordered at Font."
"Well, Font is the mainstay of all entrepreneurs." Said Mr. Dedi.
"That's because there are people like you all who work well and wholeheartedly for the Font." Being praised like that many times everyone was flattered.
"Well, who wants to sing the song first?" Everyone seemed to look echoes, until Sunday approached Faris and took the microphone next to him.
"I'll sing first."
"You?" Sunday nodded and looked at the list of songs on the touchscreen monitor's screen. Faris looked at Sunday and smiled. Doubt whether Sunday can sing. His friends sat on a circular sofa in the room. Boby began to contaminate the snacks that Faris ordered earlier.
Sunday chose a song from Duo Ratu who was still in the style of Maia Ahmad and Mulan Jameela under the title Buaya Darat. After the intro was played, Sunday began to sing. All his friends cheered. Lita laughed when she saw Sunday singing. It's not usually Sunday that crazy.
"...***land crocodile men
I was fooled again
Her mouth is so sweet
But the heart is like a wolf
I was fooled again oh
I was fooled again oh***..."
Sunday dancing here and there comforting his friends. Faris felt like Sunday was insinuating her. Every time he said the word 'land crocodile' his eyes were always towards Faris. It made her smile wryly.
One song finished from Sunday, he seemed to sweat from singing while dancing a little earlier. He took a bottle of cold drink to refresh himself. Now changed Lita and Boby duet singing John Legend featuring Megan Trainor entitled Like I'm Gonna Lose You.
"Dating! A date! The courtship!" Everyone shouted at them including Faris who was following along as well. It all started because it was Sunday who shouted it.
It was so exciting that night. Everyone seems very happy. Even a Sunday that rarely laughs can look so happy. Faris could not stop smiling at the unusual Sunday.
"It looks like the one who hasn't sung is Mr. Faris. So I'm glad to receive this honorary microphone." Mr. Dedi gave a microphone to Faris after he presented an old song Ada Rindu For You belonging to Pance Pondaag.
"I'm not good at singing." Faris looked timid.
"Singing! It sings!" Sunday began to be a provocateur again to make Faris sing and eventually he gave up too because all his men asked to sing.
"Alright, but don't throw up let alone faint when you hear my voice." Faris shy.
"No, Sir. Just relax." Chirps Lita.
"All right..."
"We see how our handsome boss sounds when he sings." The whisper of Lita in the ear Sunday. Sunday still held back laughter seeing the pale Faris holding the microphone.
Die you. You can't sing. So they finally figured out you only had a handsome face. The rest, you're not that good. Sunday murmuring in the heart.
An intro song that Sunday is familiar with...
"Loving can hurt, loving can hurt sometimes
But it's the only thing that I know
When it gets hard, you know it can get hard sometimes
It is the only thing that makes us feel alive..."
Faris began singing Ed Sheeran's Photograph. Sunday knew Faris really liked the song. He often plays it on his car audio device.
"...We keep this love in a photograph
We made these memories for ourselves
Where our eyes are never closing
Hearts are never broken
And time's forever frozen still..."
Everyone enjoyed the sound of Faris's voice as he waved his support.
"...***So you can keep me inside the pocket of your ripped jeans
Holding me closet 'til our eyes meet
You won't ever be alone, wait for me to come home
If you hurt me
That's okay baby, only words bleed
Inside these pages you just hold me
And I won't ever let you go
Wait for me to come home***..."
It turned out that Faris' voice wasn't that bad. Everyone sang the song, except Mr. Dedi. He did not know this song so he just waved his hand.
Sunday began to drift in every verse that Faris chanted. Looking at Faris who so lived the song, Sunday remembered him as a sailor. Always discriminate because the work as a sailor is synonymous with the impression of a playboy.
"...When I'm away, I will remember how you kissed me
Under the lamppost back on Sixth Street
Hearing you whisper through the phone,
Wait for me to come home..."
Everyone applauded, not missing Sunday. His eyes glazed over, he seemed to know that the song was the outpouring of Faris' heart at that time.
"Your voice is great. I didn't expect." Praise Mr. Dedi.
"really? Thank you." Thank you." Faris gave the microphone to Mr. Dedi.
"This song is my song to someone." Continue Faris.
"really? Is that your girlfriend?"
"Let's go. But he's the guy I like."
"What does Miss Gina mean?" Ask Mr. Dedi represents everyone who is curious. Sunday looked at Faris with a difficult feeling he himself understood. Faris smiled meaningfully.
