After spending two bowls of fruit ice, Reno immediately invited Siska to continue the trip to the hospital which was delayed because Siska who wanted Reno to become a clown.

Arriving at the hospital, they immediately entered and queued like other pregnant women because they did not make an appointment with Doctor Sinta. That day quite a lot of pregnant women who want to check the content. Reno told Siska to sit on the one empty seat left so that Siska would not get tired of standing up waiting.

After waiting for about an hour, Siska was finally called. Siska entered the practice room of Doctor Sinta along with Reno who held her hand.

" Please sit down, Mister, Miss" said Doctor Sinta kindly.

Reno and Siska were seated in a chair in front of Doctor Sinta's desk.

" When did Miss Siska find out if she was pregnant? " doctor Sinta asked Siska after the two of them sat down comfortably.

" Just yesterday, Doc. It was also because my stomach ached suddenly and after being examined by Doctor Diki, it turned out that I was pregnant. I also had a test with the test this morning and it was positive ", Siska replied.

" Said Doctor Diki, pain is common but I still I am worried about the state of my wife and her womb. So I want my wife to be examined in its entirety, Doc" Reno told Sinta.

To be honest Reno was afraid that what happened to Anisa while pregnant with Nadia would happen to Siska. He did not want to feel the loss of a wife for the second time.

" Yes sir, pain is actually common but if it can be avoided because it can be dangerous and cause miscarriage. Therefore, a pregnant woman, especially those who are easily pregnant should not feel depressed and also exhausted " replied Dr. Sinta.

Reno nodded her head understandingly. He will always look after Siska more from now on.

" Are there any symptoms Miss Siska is feeling? " ask Doctor Sinta.

" I felt sick a few days ago. Even when I smelled my husband, I felt very nauseous. I also feel that if my emotions are unstable, there are times when I am suddenly sad and also want to cry. I also feel tired easily "siska replied explaining how she felt.

" It's okay Miss, it's natural for pregnant women. But try to always feel happy because the baby in your womb will also be happy if the mother is happy. Here the role of the father is very necessary to be able to always make the mother happy" said Doctor Sinta smiling.

" I'll always work on it, Doc" Reno replied.

After asking each other a lot of questions, Doctor Sinta asked Siska to go up to the top of the gurney to do USG. Reno also helps Siska because Siska finds it difficult to climb the gurney.

" Yes Doc "answered Siska.

Doctor Sinta applied a gel that felt cold in Siska's stomach and then started gluing an instrument there. Reno and Siska saw a screen showing their baby even though they didn't understand it.

" Well, it looks like you're going to have two children at once" Doctor Sinta told Reno and Siska.

Reno and Siska were surprised to hear that from Doctor Sinta. Siska does have twin offspring from her family, Daddy Smith and Aunt Rita are twins, Leon and Yeni's children are also twins, and now she will also have twins. Siska felt really happy knowing that, once pregnant she would get two children at once.

" That means twins, Doc? " ask Reno to make sure.

" Yes sir" replied Doctor Sinta.

" Look here there are two small spots and that's your two prospective children" said Doctor Sinta showed it to Reno and Siska.

Reno and Siska's eyes glazed over the two extremely small spots.

" Thank you, honey. You gave something very valuable to Mas ", said Reno kissed Siska's forehead without being embarrassed by seeing Doctor Sinta who was also there.

" Yes Mas" replied Siska a little embarrassed at Doctor Sinta.

Doctor Sinta just smiled because it was not the first time he had seen such a scene in his patients.

After that the examination was continued because Reno wanted to make sure if Siska and her content were okay.

" Miss Siska is very healthy, as are the two fetuses. There is nothing to worry about but still Mr. Reno has to take good care of Miss Siska and her womb so as not to happen things that are not desirable" said Dr. Sinta.

" Okay, Doc" Reno replied.

" Miss Siska's gestational age has entered eight weeks and is still in the first trimester. For that Miss Siska must maintain health and also food that enters the body Miss. Always eat on time, even if only a little. Do not let no food enter especially Miss Siska also experience nausea. For snacks, Miss Siska can eat fresh fruit and also healthy biscuits" said Dr. Sinta.

" Yes Doc "answered Siska.

" What is forbidden food, Doc? " ask Reno just in case.

" For prohibited foods that are spicy foods, raw meat or fish, foods that are too acidic should also not be unless Miss Siska cravings but it should also not be too much. Avoid soda and caffeine-containing drinks. Also increase the water is better " replied Dr. Sinta.

After consulting and ascertaining the condition of Siska and her womb, they also left the hospital. They didn't make any medicine or vitamins because Reno bought them yesterday.
