49. Solving Problems

After lunch hour, Reno immediately went to the place of the housing development project along with Anto. The distance is not too far from the hotel where they stay so that with fifteen minutes they both have arrived.

Reno and Anto get out of the car and immediately meet a foreman whom Reno believes is overseeing the construction of the housing.

" Assalamualaikum, sir. Good afternoon " said a foreman named Mr. Dedi welcoming Reno and Anto.

" Walaikumsalam" replied Reno and Anto.

They shook hands and went into the construction project area to see how things were going.

" Did the building that collapsed yesterday begin to be rebuilt? " ask Reno to Mr. Dedi.

" Already, Sir. Today it has begun to be rebuilt with new and quality materials. I made sure of it myself when I bought it yesterday " replied Mr. Dedi.

" Do you know if the ingredients used yesterday were of poor quality? Are you involved too? " ask Anto a little suspiciously.

" I do know it sir, but I'm not involved in it. I have reminded Mr. Seno of materials for development but Mr. Seno threatened to fire me and not give workers salaries if I interfered on the matter "said Mr. Dedi honestly.

Mr. Dedi did not have the heart because if he reported the actions of Mr. Seno to superiors then the workers will not be given a salary so he chose to be silent and not interfere.

" Athaghfirullah, Mr. Seno is absolutely outrageous" Reno said after hearing Mr. Dedi's remarks.

He did not expect that Mr. Seno would do such a thing and threatened Mr. Dedi.

" I'm sorry, sir" said Mr. Dedi feeling guilty.

" It's okay sir, I understand in the position of Mr. But after this please report anything to me or my secretary if there are things that are not true such as. Do not be afraid because I will make sure you are not fired if you do not make mistakes" Reno told Mr. Dedi.

" Well, sir" replied Mr. Dedi.

After that, Reno and Anto went to check the project with Mr. Dedi and made sure everything was safe and there would be no more problems.

" Have your men found Mr Seno's whereabouts? " ask Reno to Anto.

" No, Sir. Mr. Seno had already left his house along with his wife's son and was hiding somewhere. My man is trying to track down Mr Seno's hideout "Anto replied.

" Report me as soon as possible if Mr. Seno has been found" Reno said he wanted the matter to be resolved quickly.

" Good sir "answered Anto.

They also check the construction materials and make sure if they are of good quality.

" Sir, we have to go to the branch office now. The clients are waiting for you to meet ", Anto said after getting a phone call from someone.

" Okay, we're going there now" Reno replied.

Reno and Anto got into the car and immediately ran the car to the Reno branch in Bandung.

Arriving at the office, Reno and Anto went straight into the room that had previously been Pak Seno's room because Reno trusted Pak Seno to lead the branch.

" Excuse me, good afternoon. Sorry I was late " said Reno entering the room followed by Anto.

Reno sat on one of the couches that were there and Anto stood right beside her.

" I apologize to all of you because of this problem so that the housing development was hampered and there was indeed a mistake from our company. But I promise that I will do the construction as soon as possible and in accordance with the specified time ", Reno told his clients.

" Thank you very much, sir. We will try our best and will not disappoint you "Reno assured them.

Reno is very grateful because the clients still provide opportunities and trust in their company so as not to decide their cooperation and the company does not suffer major losses.

" Thank God one problem is over and I'm so grateful they are still giving our company a chance" Reno said after his clients left.

" Yes Sir. This is all thanks to the hard work of the Father during this time who always gives the best for them ", continued Anto.

" It's not just my hard work but you as well and everyone in our company" Reno smiled, patting Anto on the shoulder.

Anto was smiling. He was so lucky to have such a good top man like Reno. Ten years he has been working for Reno since Reno started the company from the bottom.

After that, Reno and Anto started working by checking everything in the office including financial statements and making sure that there was no more fraud in his company.

The day changed in the afternoon. Reno and Anto return to the hotel after office hours. Reno wanted to immediately rest her body that felt very tired today.

" Assalamualaikum" Reno said as she entered the hotel room.

He still said his greetings even though he knew that there was no one in the hotel room.

" Thank God we have reached the hotel again. It feels so tired of my body today " said Reno massaging his sore neck.

Reno took off her suit and shoes and put them in the corner of the room. Reno sits on the edge of the bed and plans to call Siska. He desperately needed an antidote to his tiredness today.

Reno makes a video call to Siska and Siska replies to the video call. Siska's face looks fresh and seems to have just finished bathing.

" Assalamualaikum" said Reno smiling.

" Walaikumsalam" replied Siska.

" Have just arrived at the hotel? " ask Siska when she sees Reno still wearing her shirt.

" Yes Dear. Just arrived at the hotel "Reno replied.

" For a minute, I'm going to Nadia's room first. From that moment Nadia asked for your phone to continue but I was afraid to disturb you who are working" Siska told Reno.

Siska then moved from her place without wearing a hijab because all those in the house were women. Siska immediately went to Nadia's room and before long Nadia's face filled the screen of Reno's phone.

" Dad" said Nadia glad to see the father.

" Yes dear " replied Reno smiling.

After that they chatted for a long time through the video call. Surely the fatigue that Reno felt now disappeared when he saw the sweet faces and smiles of his son and wife.
