140. Surgical procedure

Reno entered a room where both her and Siska were. Reno could see the two very red babies sleeping in the adjoining baby box. Luckily both babies were very healthy even though they were born with an insufficient gestational age.

The nurse who escorted Reno asked her to wash her hands and clean herself before touching the two babies.

" You can prosecute them now and if you're done can call me" said the nurse after Reno washed her hands.

" Okay, Sus. Thank you " replied Reno.

After the nurse's departure, Reno walked up to her two baby boys. With trembling hands and teary eyes, Reno lifted one of the babies and gave him a kiss. Only after he finished did he take turns to molest the other baby.

" Thank you for surviving until you were born into this world. Pray for your struggling Mother now" said Reno staring at the two babies who were closing their eyes.

Reno came out of the room and called the nurse who had taken her. He wanted to know immediately Siska's condition would undergo surgery.

When Reno returns, Siska is already in the operating room and the doctor will immediately perform surgery on Siska. Reno could only sit in front of the operating room along with Daddy Smith, while Mommy Amelia was away to see her two grandchildren.

Reno continued to look at the operating room and remembered everything delivered by Doctor Sinta at that time, still lucky only Siska's womb was broken not his life that was not helped and that means his wife can still be saved. Although Reno knows that Siska will most likely be hit when she finds out that her uterus has been removed, it is better than losing the woman she loves a second time.

The operating room in front of him is still not open and the lights are still on, even though it has been almost three hours Doctor Sinta began surgical removal of Siska's uterus.

Meanwhile Arisa comes along with Leon and Yeni. Arisa gets word from Bu Ijah if Siska is going to give birth and she meets Leon and Yeni in front of the hospital. Leon and Yeni, who were visiting Daddy Smith and Mommy Amelia, were shocked to hear that Siska was about to give birth and went straight to the hospital. Even their two children were entrusted to the servants of the house.

" Assalamualaikum" they said simultaneously.

" Walaikumsalam" replied Reno and Daddy Smith.

Arisa immediately approached Reno who was bowed languidly thinking about the fate of the wife in there.

" Bang, how is Siska? " asked Arisa very worried.

" Sister still doesn't know. The doctor hasn't come out of the operating room" Reno replied.

Yeni immediately follows Mommy Amelia into the nursery to see her two nieces.

" I'm sure Siska will be fine, Bang" Leon told Reno and Reno nodded his head.

Soon, the lamp from the operating room went off and the door opened. Siska was taken out of the room with Doctor Sinta and several nurses who looked very worried. Reno immediately moved from her seat and followed Doctor Sinta and the nurse took her wife followed by the others, Mommy Amelia and Yeni had also returned.

" How's my wife doing, Doc? " ask Reno impatiently to find out his wife's condition.

" Do you think my wife will be okay? " ask Reno very worriedly.

" Just God knows, Mr. Reno. Our job is to help and provide the best possible handling. Excuse me " replied Dr. Sinta then immediately entered the special care room.

Rino just stood looking at Siska who was brought into the treatment room because he had not been allowed to go in to see Siska.

" I beg you to hold on, dear. Mas and our children are waiting for you "rummed Reno staring at the door of the treatment room.

Heart ache? Of course it hurts, even very sick. Reno's body fell to the floor and it felt like she couldn't see any of this. He continues to blame himself and considers all of this to be due to him. If only he could, Reno was eager to trade his wife's position for himself.

" Kid Reno "call Daddy Smith who is crouching in front of Reno and patting his daughter-in-law's shoulder.

" Daddy" said Reno lifting the body with tears that had soaked his face.

" Daddy understands what you're feeling and Daddy's heart hurts more because Daddy's only daughter is lying helplessly there. But please be strong and strong, Reno boy. Daddy knows it's not easy but you can't be weak. Remember, there are two of your babies who now need you most" Daddy Smith told Reno.

The guilt in Reno's heart grew bigger and it was also on her father-in-law who was so kind to her. Daddy Smith and Mommy Amelia did not blame him at all and instead sought to strengthen him.

" I'm sorry, Daddy. I have failed to be a good husband to Dek Siska and have let Daddy down. This all happened because of my mistake, please forgive me " Reno said with a cry.

" Oh, don't blame yourself. This is the destiny you have to face. Now we must pray and try our best for Siska " replied Daddy Smith.

Reno nodded her head.

" If you want to cry then let go" said Daddy Smith who could see Reno trying to hold back his tears.

Daddy Smith opened his arms and Reno hugged Daddy Smith. Reno cried in the warm embrace of her father-in-law because he could not hold it any longer. The crying that sounded so bitter, made everyone who was there cry. They all prayed for Siska's safety.

Arisa was crying in Yeni's arms because she couldn't bear to see Reno crying that hard. It's been a long time since Arisa's seen Reno like this and it repeats itself like when her first wife was gone. He had also just felt the same way as Reno and he knew how painful it was.
