39. Changing Rooms

Siska and Nadia are going home after lunch because Nadia wants to meet Daddy Smith first. Daddy Smith will be coming home from work for lunch at home and just eating Mommy Amelia's cooking. It was always Daddy Smith doing after he realized how much Mommy Amelia loved and respected him so much that he always did that to avenge her.

" Assalamualaikum" said Daddy Smith as he entered the house.

" Walaikumsalam" replied those who were already at the dinner table.

" It must be Opa" said Nadia down from the chair she was sitting in.

Nadia ran out of the dining room and approached the newly arrived Daddy Smith.

They spoke while walking towards the dining room.

Upon reaching the dining room, Siska and Mommy Amelia kissed Daddy Smith's hand and then Daddy Smith went to wash his hands before lunch.

" Why are you here? Did you prepare lunch for your husband? " ask Daddy Smith to Siska.

" Mas Reno might have lunch at Dad's office. Mas Reno also did not say the same Siska if you want to eat lunch at home "answered Siska.

" Nadia asked to have lunch here with her Opa" Siska continued.

" So this Opa Grandson wants to have lunch with Opa? " ask Daddy Smith to Nadia.

They also started eating lunch together. Daddy also very painstakingly fed Nadia. He feels very happy to have a grandson like Nadia even though he is not his biological grandson.

Meanwhile, Reno returns home for lunch with Siska and Nadia. He deliberately did not tell Siska because he wanted to give them a surprise but he had to feel disappointed because Siska and Nadia were not at home. Maybe they're still in her second-in-law's house.

" Oh yes, if so prepare lunch for me yes, Mom. I want to clean up first" Reno told Bu Ijah.

Then Reno climbed the stairs to go to her room on the second floor. Reno immediately cleansed her body and performed the dzuhur prayer in her room.

" How can Dek Siska not feel angry with me anymore? I had to quickly mend my relationship with Dek Siska" Reno said, laying down her body on the bed.

Suddenly the idea pops up in Reno's head to change everything in the room so that there are no more memories of her past there and Siska will feel more comfortable.

" I have to change this room. So that all the shadows of the past are not left at all and my relationship and Dek Siska will improve ", Reno said, doing everything possible so that Siska will not be angry with her anymore.

Reno got up from her bed, and she immediately called a handyman if something broke to change her room that day. Reno also ordered furniture for the room because she would change everything.

After that Reno came out for lunch while waiting for the handyman he had contacted to come. He wanted the room changed immediately.

" Go ahead, sir" said Bu Ijah as Reno sat on the chair at the dinner table.

" Thank you, ma'am" Reno replied.

The sound of the house bell rang. Reno who just finished lunch forbade Bu Ijah to open it. He will open that door. It turned out to be the handyman that Reno had called. They numbered five because Reno wanted the room to be finished before three days for Siska to decide to stay in the room with her

" Excuse me sir, we're a handyman who will work for you. My boss is sick so I'll replace him to take responsibility for our work in this house" said one of the builders.

" Okay, please come in" Reno said.

Reno immediately led them to her room. He even helped the artisans to remove all the items in the room including the bed and closet. It will really change everything.

Siska and Nadia who had just arrived home were confused when they saw many people in the house and were moving things from Reno's room.

" Assalamualaikum" said Siska and Nadia entering the house.

" Walaikumsalam" Reno replied.

Reno who was lifting a nightstand immediately left her job. He went straight to Siska and Nadia.

" You've come home" Reno smiled.

Siska and Nadia kiss Reno's hand.

" Daddy why do people move things out of Dad's room? " ask Nadia to Reno.

" Dad wants to change Dad's room so Mommy can comfortably sleep with Daddy in the room" Reno replied smiling.

Siska was quite surprised to hear that. He did not expect Reno to change the room so that he would feel comfortable living with him in the room. Even Reno was willing to get rid of all the good memories with Anisa for her sake.

" Is Mas Reno really in love with me? " siska said in her heart.

His heart began to melt again seeing everything Reno did to repair their new relationship for a lifetime.

" If so later at night Mother sleep with Dad just so Dad can sleep and not be late again for breakfast. Nadia is big and dares to sleep alone ", said Nadia who makes Reno smile happy.

Siska was silent and busy with her own thoughts. He was worried, his heart still hurt but he also did not want his household to continue like that.

After that Siska invites Nadia to clean up and take a nap in her room.
