46. Postponing Reception

Siska went inside her room and Reno and saw Reno who was putting a tie in front of her dresser. Siska smiled as she looked at Reno who was a little troubled to tidy up the tie around her neck. Siska went straight to Reno.

" Here let me clean up" Siska told Reno.

Reno turned to face Siska. Reno smiled seeing Siska who was so painstakingly tidying up the tie around her neck.

" It's over" said Siska smiling with satisfaction.

" Thank you" said Reno kissing Siska's forehead.

Siska smiled and nodded her head.

" You ready? " ask Siska to Reno.

" Yes "Reno replied.

" Yes, let's go out. Nadia had been waiting for breakfast "said Siska because she did not want to make their daughter wait for long.

After that they came out of the room and went down the stairs to go to the dining table on the first floor. Reno and Siska immediately joined Nadia and Arisa who were already at the dinner table and they had breakfast together.

" I left first" said Arisa standing up and took her school bag.

" Be careful on the road, Ris. Don't speed the bike "message Siska to Arisa.

" Well, " answered Arisa.

" Assalamualaikum" said Arisa.

" Walaikumsalam "answer them.

Arisa immediately got out of the house and went to her school.

" I also assume work yes, dear" said Reno standing up from her seat.

" Let me drive forward" Siska said, standing up as well.

" Dear, Dad went to first yes" said Reno and kissed Nadia's head.

" Yes Dad" replied Nadia who was still finishing her breakfast.

" Dear, Mother anter Daddy to the front first" said Siska to Nadia.

Nadia nodded her head because her mouth was full of food.

Then Reno and Siska left the living room and headed to the front of the house.

" What time do you go to college? " ask Reno to Siska.

" Eight o'clock, Mas. Today I only have one course so I will go home short " replied Siska.

" Don't forget to tell me" Reno said so he knew where and how his wife was.

" Yes" replied Siska.

" I'm leaving first "well Reno.

" Yes Mas. Be careful on the road "answer Siska.

Reno nodded her head.

Siska kisses Reno's hand and Reno kisses Siska's forehead before she goes to the office.

" Assalamualaikum" said Reno.

" Walaikumsalam" replied Siska.

Reno got into his car and started driving it away from home.

Thirty minutes later, Reno was at the office. He asked a security guard to park his car.

" Thank you, sir" Reno said to the security guard.

Then Reno went into the office. Sometimes he would reply to his employees kindly. Reno walked into his room and started working on some files that he had to check and sign today.

While Reno was focusing on checking the files, suddenly the sound of her room door being knocked.

" Go in" Reno said from the inside.

Shortly after, Anto appears from behind the door and enters Reno's room.

Anto approached Reno's desk and stood in front of her.

" What's up, Anto? " ask Reno to Anto.

" Look sir, the housing development in Bandung is experiencing problems. Some of the buildings collapsed and the clients asked you to handle the matter directly. They said if the materials used were less good materials so it could happen "Anto replied explaining what happened to Reno.

Reno was a little surprised to hear that. " Athaghfirullah" said Reno.

" Why can our workers use less good materials? Didn't we give enough money for them to buy materials with good quality" said Reno because it had never happened before.

" That's what I'm investigating, sir. I think someone cheated there "Anto replied.

" Alright, tomorrow we will go to Bandung to overcome the problem and also investigate what is really happening cheating there" said Reno who had to deal with the problem itself.

" Please you prepare for our departure tomorrow" Reno orders Anto.

" Well, sir "Anto replied.

After that, Anto came out of Reno's room and continued his work.

" Athaghfirullah, nothing happened. Hopefully the problem in Bandung quickly resolved ", said Reno massaging the base of his nose.

Reno feels dizzy because he has to go to Bandung and it is not enough just one day, he also has to prepare for his wedding reception and Siska which will be held in a few days.

" It looks like the wedding reception has to be postponed first because this issue must be addressed immediately or the clients cancel their cooperation with this company" Reno said after thinking about it.

The sky turned dark and the night changed. Siska was waiting for Reno who had not come home from the office even though the clock had shown ten o'clock at night. Siska becomes worried about things happening that are not desirable to Reno. Siska has also tried several times to contact Reno's phone but the number is not active.

" Where is Reno? How come you haven't come home at this hour? " siska said worriedly.

Shortly afterwards, a car stopped in front of the house. Siska immediately went out and sure enough Reno had just gotten out of the car.

" Assalamualaikum" said Reno.

" Walaikumsalam "answered Siska and kissed Reno's hand.

" Have you not slept? " ask Reno to Siska.

" How can I sleep Mas, you just haven't come home and there is no news. I was worried ", Siska replied.

Reno feels very guilty to Siska because he is too busy taking care of office problems so he forgets to give news to his wife.

" I'm sorry, honey. I've been busy all day. There's a bit of a problem in the office" Reno said feeling guilty.

" Yes, let's go in. Mas must be tired and sultry, I will prepare water for you to take a bath "take Siska to her husband.

Siska felt a little disappointed that their wedding reception had to be postponed but she also had to understand Reno who had to attach importance to the problems of her office first let alone the many people who worked there and relied on the Reno company. If until the clients cancel the cooperation with Reno company then Reno will suffer losses and many are affected.
